Detailed Description
In order to make the technical means, the creation characteristics, the achievement purposes and the effects of the invention easy to understand, the invention is further described with the specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a technical solution: the utility model provides a take diaper of cooling function, includes middle absorption core 1 and surface coating 2, and surface coating 2 has the first cladding 21 of being connected with absorption core 1 front end and the second cladding 22 of being connected with absorption core 1 rear end, and first cladding 21 and second cladding 22 bond together through the magic subsides, be equipped with endothermic reactor 3 that covers baby's groin department on first cladding 21 and be used for responding to baby's groin department's body temperature and start the trigger 4 of endothermic reaction, endothermic reactor 3 is along the direction of baby's groin at the inboard border of surface coating 2 distribution, endothermic reactor 3 includes two or more reactants, and two reactants are preferred to this embodiment, and these two reactants react together in the endothermic reaction when starting the reaction. Each of the two reactants is contained in a receiving bag 31, and the trigger 4 is disposed between the two receiving bags 31 for opening the receiving bag 31 or opening the receiving bag 31 to allow the two reactants to contact for endothermic reaction. Preferably, one of the reactants is water and the other reactant is ammonium nitrate, and when the endothermic reaction is triggered, the water contacts the ammonium nitrate, and the ammonium nitrate starts to dissolve in the water to start the endothermic reaction, thereby immediately starting to generate the temperature reduction effect on the surface coating layer 2. Since the endothermic reaction proceeds gradually, heat is continuously absorbed from the infant groin during the endothermic reaction. The progressive nature of the reaction may be enhanced by the gradual release of water into the containment means containing the ammonium nitrate, for example by adjusting the size of the openings or capillary action.
Of course, the endothermic reaction should not be so severe as to cause frostbite in the infant, and in this regard, the contact rate of water with sodium nitrate and the amount of water with ammonium nitrate should be strictly controlled.
The dissolution reaction between ammonium nitrate and water is preferred because the reactants and reaction products are relatively non-toxic. Of course, another purpose is to have the reactants stay inside the endothermic reactor 3 rather than being released on the baby or in the external environment.
In addition to ammonium nitrate being soluble in water, several endothermic reactions are known and are of practical use in accordance with the present invention. Other well-known endothermic chemical reactions that may be used in place of water-soluble ammonium nitrate are:
-reaction of barium hydroxide octahydrate crystals and dry ammonium chloride;
-ammonium chloride is dissolved in water;
thionyl chloride (SOCl)2) Reacting with cobalt (II) sulfate heptahydrate;
-mixing water and potassium chloride;
and the reaction of acetic acid and sodium carbonate.
It is also envisaged that in an alternative arrangement the endothermic reactor 3 may comprise a pressurised or liquefied gas which may be gradually released into the external environment to lower the temperature at the infant groin as the gas expands. Of course, in this alternative structure, the endothermic reactor 3 is preferably provided on the outer surface of the surface covering layer 2 of the diaper.
The trigger 4 includes a temperature control switch 42, a trigger member 41 and a battery 43, the battery 43 is preferably a sheet-shaped button battery 43, the trigger member 41 includes a housing 411 and a sliding member 412 sliding in the housing 411 in a sealing manner, the accommodating bag 31 is provided with a hole a311, the housing 411 is fixedly connected to the accommodating bag 31, for example, the housing 411 is fixedly connected to the accommodating bag 31 in an adhesive manner, the housing 411 is provided with a hole B4111 communicating with the hole a311, the sliding member 412 is provided with a hole C4121 communicating with the hole B4111, the sliding member 412 and the inner wall of the housing 411 form a sealed cavity 4112, the cavity 4112 is provided with an electric heating wire 413, and the electric heating wire 413 is connected in series with the temperature control switch 42 and the battery 43 to form a circuit loop. When the temperature control switch 42 detects that the body temperature in the groin of the infant exceeds 38.5 ℃, the temperature control switch 42 connects the above circuits, the electric current causes the heating wire 413 to generate heat through the heating wire 413, so that the heating wire 413 heats the gas in the cavity 4112, the gas expands due to heat to push the slider 412 to slide, the hole C4121 can be connected with the hole B4111 during the sliding of the slider 412, so that the water in one accommodating bag 31 sequentially passes through the hole a311 in the accommodating bag 31, the hole B4111 in the housing 411, the hole C4121 in the slider 412 and the hole a311 in the other accommodating bag 31 to enter the other accommodating bag 31 containing ammonium nitrate, thereby triggering the endothermic reaction. The trigger 4 for triggering the endothermic reactor 3 in response to the temperature change at the groin of the infant has a simple structure and low cost.
When the temperature control switch 42 detects that the body temperature in the groin of the infant is lower than 38.5 ℃, the temperature control switch 42 disconnects the circuit, so that the heating wire 413 stops heating the gas in the cavity 4112, the gas is gradually cooled, and in order to ensure that the slider 412 returns to a position where the hole C4121 is separated from the hole B4111, the trigger 41 further comprises a return spring 414 located in the housing 411. The return spring 414 can timely interrupt the reaction of ammonium nitrate dissolved in water, and prevent the ammonium nitrate from continuously dissolving in water to frostbite the baby.
To ensure that the sliding member 412 does not press the heating wires 413 during the sliding process in the housing 411, the sliding member 412 may be connected to the housing 411 by the return spring 414, so that when the sliding member 412 returns to the initial position, the return spring 414 is in an uncompressed or unstressed state, and the sliding member 412 is hindered by the return spring 414 when the sliding member 412 continues to move, however, this arrangement does not facilitate the connection of the return spring 414 to the sliding member 412 and the housing 411. In another preferred embodiment, a limit protrusion 4113 is disposed in the housing 411 to prevent the slider 412 from pressing the heating wire 413, so that the structure is simple and the return spring 414 and the slider 412 can be easily assembled into the housing 411.
The baby diaper with the cooling function can cool the baby spontaneously at the first time of the baby fever, thereby effectively reducing the fever degree of the baby and avoiding the aggravation of the disease.
