Among the exposed pipes, there are only the pipe connecting the heat exchanger 80 with the hot water outlet of the device to be cooled and the pipe connecting the water pump 60 with the cold water inlet of the device to be cooled. The embodiment of the invention also provides communication equipment, which comprises a communication equipment body arranged on the top surface of the mounting substrate and a water-cooling radiating assembly arranged on the bottom surface of the mounting surface, wherein the water-cooling radiating assembly is connected with the radiating pipeline of the communication equipment body.
In the above embodiment, main body frame through adopting the U type supports heat exchanger, through the fixed water tank of water tank mount and water tank stationary blade, through the fixed water pump of the board of bending and the water pump stationary blade of water tank mount, thereby realize with heat exchanger, water tank and water pump relative position's fixed, made things convenient for heat exchanger, the connection of pipeline between water tank and the water pump, avoided appearing the pipeline in the installation and twined together, and the pipeline influence of overlength causes the influence to other equipment. And through forming the modularization subassembly, made things convenient for water-cooling radiating component and external member's installation and dismantlement.

Claims (12)

a U-shaped main body frame having a space for accommodating a heat exchanger therein;
the water tank fixing frame is arranged on one side of the main body frame, and a bending plate for supporting the water pump is arranged at the top of the water tank fixing frame;
the water tank fixing piece is detachably and fixedly connected with the water tank fixing frame and fixes the water tank on the water tank fixing frame;
the water pump fixing piece is detachably and fixedly connected with the bending plate and is used for fixing the water pump on the bending plate.

The water-cooled heat dissipation assembly support as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water pump fixing plate is an inverted U-shaped bent plate, and two side walls of the U-shaped bent plate are provided with bending structures, and the bending structures are fixedly connected with the bent plate through connecting pieces.

The bracket for a water-cooled heat dissipation assembly as defined in claim 1, further comprising a reinforcing bracket disposed at the other side of the water tank fixing frame, wherein the reinforcing bracket is an L-shaped structure, two ends of a vertical portion of the L-shaped structure are provided with bending structures, the two bending structures of the vertical portion are respectively connected with two side walls of the main frame in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and a horizontal portion of the L-shaped structure is fixedly connected with the bottom plate of the main frame.
4. The bracket for a water-cooled heat dissipating assembly according to claim 3, wherein the reinforcing bracket is integrally formed with the bottom plate of the main frame, and the reinforcing bracket is fixedly connected to the two side walls of the main frame by a connecting member.
5. The bracket for a water-cooling heat dissipation assembly as defined in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the side wall and the bottom plate of the main frame are respectively provided with a plurality of hollowed-out structures.

The bracket for a water-cooled heat dissipating module according to claim 5, wherein through holes are formed in both side walls of the main body frame, respectively, and when the heat exchanger is disposed in the main body frame, the heat exchanger is fixedly coupled to the main body frame by a coupling member passing through the through holes.

The bracket for a water-cooled heat dissipation assembly as claimed in claim 5, wherein the water tank fixing frame is of a U-shaped structure, the bottom plate of the main body frame extends to the outside of the side wall of the main body frame and is bent to form the bottom plate of the water tank fixing frame, the two side walls of the water tank fixing frame are fixedly connected with the two side walls of the main body frame in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the bending plate for supporting the water pump is a bending plate formed by bending one end of the bottom plate of the water tank fixing frame, which is far away from the bottom plate of the main body frame.

The bracket for a water-cooled heat dissipation assembly as claimed in claim 7, wherein the water tank fixing piece is an inverted L-shaped bent plate, the horizontal portion and the vertical portion of the L-shaped bent plate are respectively provided with a bending structure, the bending structure of the horizontal portion is detachably connected with the bottom plate of the water tank fixing frame, and the bending structure of the vertical portion is detachably and fixedly connected with the bottom plate of the main body frame.
9. The bracket for a water-cooled heat dissipation assembly as recited in claim 5, wherein a bent structure is formed at a top of the side wall of the main body frame, and a through hole or a kidney-shaped hole is formed in the bent structure of the side wall of the main body frame.

The bracket for a water-cooled heat dissipating assembly according to claim 9, wherein the side walls of the main frame have a stepped structure, and a distance between ends of the two side walls of the main frame, which are far away from the bottom plate of the main frame, is greater than a distance between ends of the two side walls of the main frame, which are close to the bottom plate of the main frame.
11. A water-cooling heat dissipation assembly, comprising the water-cooling heat dissipation assembly bracket as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10, a heat exchanger, a water tank and a water pump; wherein,
the heat exchanger is placed in the main body frame and is fixedly connected with the main body frame through a connecting piece;
the water tank is positioned on one side of the heat exchanger and is fixed in a space surrounded by the bottom plate of the main body frame, the water tank fixing frame and the water tank fixing plate through a water tank fixing plate;
the water pump is fixed on the bending plate at the top of the water tank fixing frame through the water pump fixing piece.
12. The communication equipment is characterized by comprising a communication equipment body arranged on the top surface of a mounting substrate and a water-cooling radiating assembly arranged on the bottom surface of a mounting surface, wherein the water-cooling radiating assembly is connected with a radiating pipeline of the communication equipment body.
