本发明公开了一种LED灯具用可调节上安装机构,包括主安装壳体,所述主安装壳体的底板中部具有主透光通孔,主安装壳体的顶端面上固定有上安装板,主安装壳体的左右两侧外壁上固定有调节块,调节块上螺接有竖直调节螺杆,竖直调节螺杆的底端铰接在底部支撑板上,竖直调节螺杆的顶端固定在顶部支撑板,顶部支撑板的顶面边部固定有连接螺套,顶部支撑板的顶面固定有驱动电机,驱动电机的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在竖直调节螺杆的顶端具有的花键孔中;主透光通孔处于底部支撑板的中部通槽的正上方。它可以将LED灯体安装在主安装壳体中,其可以将主安装壳体进行上下调节,从而调节照射范围,满足不同的照射范围的要求。

本发明涉及LED灯具技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种LED灯具用可调节上安装机构。
背景技术:
现有的LED灯体一般是直接固定在灯架上,其LED灯体高低是无法进行调节的,这样就无法调节照射范围,而且现有的LED灯体散热一般只是通过散热板加散热翅片散热,而没有主动式散热装置,其散热效果有限。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种LED灯具用可调节上安装机构,它可以将LED灯体安装在主安装壳体中,其可以将主安装壳体进行上下调节,从而调节照射范围,满足不同的照射范围的要求,同时,其具有散热风扇可以实现主动散热,大大提高散热效果。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种LED灯具用可调节上安装机构,包括主安装壳体,所述主安装壳体的底板中部具有主透光通孔,主安装壳体的顶端面上固定有上安装板,主安装壳体的左右两侧外壁上固定有调节块,调节块上螺接有竖直调节螺杆,竖直调节螺杆的底端铰接在底部支撑板上,竖直调节螺杆的顶端固定在顶部支撑板,顶部支撑板的顶面边部固定有连接螺套,顶部支撑板的顶面固定有驱动电机,驱动电机的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在竖直调节螺杆的顶端具有的花键孔中;
主透光通孔处于底部支撑板的中部通槽的正上方。
所述主安装壳体的底板的边部顶面上固定有弹性层上。
所述顶部支撑板的中部具有与上安装板的中部成型有的上通线孔相对应的主通线孔。
所述主安装壳体的侧壁上具有多个通气通孔;顶部支撑板的底面固定有环形罩,主安装壳体插套在环形罩中,环形罩的底面固定在底部支撑板上,环形罩的左右两侧壁上具有导风通孔,环形罩的左右两侧的外壁上固定有散热风扇,散热风扇的吸风端插套在导风通孔中。
所述上安装板的底面边部固定有导向螺套,导向螺套与上安装板上具有的竖直通孔上下相通,调节压杆插套在竖直通孔中并螺接在导向螺套中,调节压杆的底端伸出导向螺套并铰接在上压板的顶面上,调节压杆的顶端伸出上安装板并成型有转动部,上压板处于主安装壳体中并对着主安装壳体的底板。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它可以将LED灯体安装在主安装壳体中,其可以将主安装壳体进行上下调节,从而调节照射范围,满足不同的照射范围的要求,同时,其具有散热风扇可以实现主动散热,大大提高散热效果。

实施例:见图1所示,一种LED灯具用可调节上安装机构,包括主安装壳体20,所述主安装壳体20的底板中部具有主透光通孔21,主安装壳体20的顶端面上固定有上安装板22,主安装壳体20的左右两侧外壁上固定有调节块23,调节块23上螺接有竖直调节螺杆24,竖直调节螺杆24的底端铰接在底部支撑板25上,竖直调节螺杆24的顶端固定在顶部支撑板26,顶部支撑板26的顶面边部固定有连接螺套261,连接螺套261由于将顶部支撑板26固定在房间的顶面上具有的连接螺杆中,方便固定,顶部支撑板26的顶面固定有驱动电机27,驱动电机27的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在竖直调节螺杆24的顶端具有的花键孔中;
主透光通孔21处于底部支撑板25的中部通槽251的正上方。
进一步的说,所述主安装壳体20的底板的边部顶面上固定有弹性层201上。
进一步的说,所述顶部支撑板26的中部具有与上安装板22的中部成型有的上通线孔相对应的主通线孔。
进一步的说,所述主安装壳体20的侧壁上具有多个通气通孔28;顶部支撑板26的底面固定有环形罩29,主安装壳体20插套在环形罩29中,环形罩29的底面固定在底部支撑板25上,环形罩29的左右两侧壁上具有导风通孔291,环形罩29的左右两侧的外壁上固定有散热风扇292,散热风扇292的吸风端插套在导风通孔291中。
进一步的说,所述上安装板22的底面边部固定有导向螺套221,导向螺套221与上安装板22上具有的竖直通孔222上下相通,调节压杆223插套在竖直通孔222中并螺接在导向螺套221中,调节压杆223的底端伸出导向螺套221并铰接在上压板224的顶面上,调节压杆223的顶端伸出上安装板22并成型有转动部225,上压板224处于主安装壳体20中并对着主安装壳体20的底板。
本实施例在使用时,将LED灯体安装在主安装壳体20中,通过转动调节压杆223,从而将LED灯体夹持在上压板224与主安装壳体20的底板之间,实现固定。
而通过驱动电机27运行,可以实现主安装壳体20的上下位置调节,从而实现LED灯体17的上下调节,满足不同的照射范围的调节,其调节方便,效果好。
而通过散热风扇292进行导风散热,其散热效果好,散热效率高。

1.一种LED灯具用可调节上安装机构,包括主安装壳体(20),其特征在于:所述主安装壳体(20)的底板中部具有主透光通孔(21),主安装壳体(20)的顶端面上固定有上安装板(22),主安装壳体(20)的左右两侧外壁上固定有调节块(23),调节块(23)上螺接有竖直调节螺杆(24),竖直调节螺杆(24)的底端铰接在底部支撑板(25)上,竖直调节螺杆(24)的顶端固定在顶部支撑板(26),顶部支撑板(26)的顶面边部固定有连接螺套(261),顶部支撑板(26)的顶面固定有驱动电机(27),驱动电机(27)的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在竖直调节螺杆(24)的顶端具有的花键孔中;
主透光通孔(21)处于底部支撑板(25)的中部通槽(251)的正上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种LED灯具用可调节上安装机构,其特征在于:所述主安装壳体(20)的底板的边部顶面上固定有弹性层(201)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种LED灯具用可调节上安装机构,其特征在于:所述顶部支撑板(26)的中部具有与上安装板(22)的中部成型有的上通线孔相对应的主通线孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种LED灯具用可调节上安装机构,其特征在于:所述主安装壳体(20)的侧壁上具有多个通气通孔(28);顶部支撑板(26)的底面固定有环形罩(29),主安装壳体(20)插套在环形罩(29)中,环形罩(29)的底面固定在底部支撑板(25)上,环形罩(29)的左右两侧壁上具有导风通孔(291),环形罩(29)的左右两侧的外壁上固定有散热风扇(292),散热风扇(292)的吸风端插套在导风通孔(291)中。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种LED灯具用可调节上安装机构,其特征在于:所述上安装板(22)的底面边部固定有导向螺套(221),导向螺套(221)与上安装板(22)上具有的竖直通孔(222)上下相通,调节压杆(223)插套在竖直通孔(222)中并螺接在导向螺套(221)中,调节压杆(223)的底端伸出导向螺套(221)并铰接在上压板(224)的顶面上,调节压杆(223)的顶端伸出上安装板(22)并成型有转动部(225),上压板(224)处于主安装壳体(20)中并对着主安装壳体(20)的底板。
