Abstract

本发明提出了一种维持农业生态平衡的循环系统,包括农作物种植系统和牲畜养殖系统,农作物种植系统包括苗木种植园、蔬菜花卉园和果木林地,牲畜养殖系统包括牲畜养殖场、沼气制备装置和沼气收集器,沼气收集器通过管道连接有发电机,发电机的输出电缆连接农作物种植系统和牲畜养殖系统的供电系统,沼气制备装置连接固液分离装置,经固液分离装置分离后的沼液作为蔬菜、苗木和果木的冲施肥,沼渣作为苗木和果树的有机肥料,由于采用了种植植物、养殖牲畜同沼气发酵池同时使用,相互大配,实现了资源的合理配置与利用。

技术领域
本发明属于生态农业领域,特别是指一种维持农业生态平衡的循环系统。
背景技术
生生态农业是一个农业生态经济复合系统,将农业生态系统同农业经济系统综合统一起来,以取得最大的生态经济整体效益。它也是农、林、牧、副、渔各业综合起来的大农业,又是农业生产、加工、销售综合起来,适应市场经济发展的现代农业。当前农村沼气建设中存在诸多问题,农民对建设沼气池作用的理解多数仅局限于“做饭、点灯”这样的日常用途上,并未深刻认识到沼气建设对生态保护和改善、资源的循环利用等方面的重要作用,温室气体的排放以及自然资源合理配置方面都有较大欠缺,冬季,当室外温度低于零度时,地下沼气池处于半生产或停止生产状态,严重限制了沼气池的产气效率,且现有的沼气池和大棚中在各种有机物没有能循环利用,自然资源被白白浪费掉。
发明内容
本发明提出一种维持农业生态平衡的循环系统,解决了现有技术中冬季沼气池产气效率低,沼气池和大棚中在各种有机物没有能循环利用,自然资源被白白浪费掉的缺陷。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种维持农业生态平衡的循环系统,包括农作物种植系统和牲畜养殖系统,所述农作物种植系统包括苗木种植园、蔬菜花卉园和果木林地,所述牲畜养殖系统包括牲畜养殖场、沼气制备装置和沼气收集器,沼气收集器通过管道连接有发电机,所述发电机的输出电缆连接农作物种植系统和牲畜养殖系统的供电系统,所述沼气制备装置连接固液分离装置,经固液分离装置分离后的沼液作为蔬菜、苗木和果木的冲施肥,沼渣作为苗木和果树的有机肥料,所述沼气制备装置包括沼气发酵池,所述沼气发酵池上设置有气体出口、物料进口和废料排出口,所述沼气发酵池外部设置有保温腔,所述保温腔内设置有热水循环管,所述发电机上设置有排气口,所述排气口与热交换器连接,所述热水循环管与热交换器连接,所述保温腔的外壁上设置有保温层。
进一步的,所述热交换器包括封闭的储水池,所述储水池内设置有与排气口连接的烟气管道,所述储水池上还设置有循环水进口和循环水出口,所述循环水进口和循环水出口与热水循环管连接。
进一步的,所述循环水进口上设置有循环水泵。
进一步的,所述烟气管道在储水池中呈S形布置。
进一步的,所述沼气发酵池底部设置有输送绞龙,所述输送绞龙与电机连接,输送绞龙的作用在于输送物料以及搅拌物料,使得发酵更充分。
进一步的,所述固液分离装置包括与废料排出口连接的废渣收集箱,所述废渣收集箱内设置有过滤网将废渣收集箱分隔为上下两层,下层上连接有出液管道,上层设置有沼渣出口,沼渣出口上设置有密封门,当需要清除沼渣时,打开密封门,清除沼渣。
进一步的,所述沼气发酵池的底部为锥形。
综上所述,本发明的优点在于:
本发明的一种维持农业生态平衡的循环系统,由于采用了种植植物、养殖牲畜同沼气发酵池同时使用,相互大配,实现了资源的合理配置与利用;冬季可通过发电机烟气高温对沼气池进行加温、保温,以最低的能耗解决了沼气池的保温问题。

如图1所示,一种维持农业生态平衡的循环系统,包括农作物种植系统1和牲畜养殖系统2,所述农作物种植系统1包括苗木种植园、蔬菜花卉园和果木林地,所述牲畜养殖系统2包括牲畜养殖场、沼气制备装置和沼气收集器4,沼气收集器通过管道连接有发电机3,所述发电机3的输出电缆连接农作物种植系统和牲畜养殖系统的供电系统,所述沼气制备装置连接固液分离装置,经固液分离装置分离后的沼液作为蔬菜、苗木和果木的冲施肥,沼渣作为苗木和果树的有机肥料,所述沼气制备装置包括沼气发酵池5,所述沼气发酵池上设置有气体出口、物料进口和废料排出口6,所述沼气发酵池外部设置有保温腔,所述保温腔内设置有热水循环管7,所述发电机上设置有排气口,所述排气口与热交换器8连接,所述热水循环管与热交换器连接,所述保温腔的外壁上设置有保温层,所述热交换器包括封闭的储水池,所述储水池内设置有与排气口连接的烟气管道,所述储水池上还设置有循环水进口和循环水出口,所述循环水进口和循环水出口与热水循环管连接,所述循环水进口上设置有循环水泵,所述烟气管道9在储水池中呈S形布置,所述沼气发酵池底部设置有输送绞龙10,所述输送绞龙与电机连接,输送绞龙的作用在于输送物料以及搅拌物料,使得发酵更充分,所述固液分离装置包括与废料排出口连接的废渣收集箱11,所述废渣收集箱内设置有过滤网12将废渣收集箱分隔为上下两层,下层上连接有出液管道13,上层设置有沼渣出口,沼渣出口上设置有密封门,当需要清除沼渣时,打开密封门,清除沼渣,所述沼气发酵池的底部为锥形。

1.一种维持农业生态平衡的循环系统,其特征在于:包括农作物种植系统和牲畜养殖系统,所述农作物种植系统包括苗木种植园、蔬菜花卉园和果木林地,所述牲畜养殖系统包括牲畜养殖场、沼气制备装置和沼气收集器,沼气收集器通过管道连接有发电机,所述发电机的输出电缆连接农作物种植系统和牲畜养殖系统的供电系统,所述沼气制备装置连接固液分离装置,经固液分离装置分离后的沼液作为蔬菜、苗木和果木的冲施肥,沼渣作为苗木和果树的有机肥料,所述沼气制备装置包括沼气发酵池,所述沼气发酵池上设置有气体出口、物料进口和废料排出口,所述沼气发酵池外部设置有保温腔,所述保温腔内设置有热水循环管,所述发电机上设置有排气口,所述排气口与热交换器连接,所述热水循环管与热交换器连接,所述保温腔的外壁上设置有保温层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种维持农业生态平衡的循环系统,其特征在于:所述热交换器包括封闭的储水池,所述储水池内设置有与排气口连接的烟气管道,所述储水池上还设置有循环水进口和循环水出口,所述循环水进口和循环水出口与热水循环管连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种维持农业生态平衡的循环系统,其特征在于:所述循环水进口上设置有循环水泵。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种维持农业生态平衡的循环系统,其特征在于:所述烟气管道在储水池中呈S形布置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种维持农业生态平衡的循环系统,其特征在于:所述沼气发酵池底部设置有输送绞龙,所述输送绞龙与电机连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种维持农业生态平衡的循环系统,其特征在于:所述固液分离装置包括与废料排出口连接的废渣收集箱,所述废渣收集箱内设置有过滤网将废渣收集箱分隔为上下两层,下层上连接有出液管道,上层设置有沼渣出口,沼渣出口上设置有密封门,当需要清除沼渣时,打开密封门,清除沼渣。
