一种用于桥梁设备
技术领域
本发明涉及桥梁建筑设备领域,具体涉及一种用于桥梁设备。
背景技术
在桥梁建造的过程中,需要用到各种用电设备,这些用电设备使用的电通过外接电缆接通,通常在使用后这些电缆都随处摆放,从而当发生雨水天气没有及时收起时,容易发生短路现象,而且传统的都是通过手动收线的,依靠人力收线速度慢工作效率低,而且长期的裸露在外容易影响其使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于桥梁设备及其使用方法,能够克服现有技术的上述缺陷。
根据本发明,本发明装置的一种用于桥梁设备,包括联电壳体以及联电头,所述联电壳体底部设置有支撑脚,所述支撑脚倾斜设置从而增加稳定性,所述支撑脚下还设置有脚垫,所述联电壳体中设置有空心腔,所述联电壳体中还设置有位于所述空心腔上方的安设槽,所述安设槽顶端中固定安装有电动机,所述空心腔中通过旋转轴承可旋转地安装有旋转轴,所述旋转轴上固定安装有圈筒,所述圈筒外圈上饶设电缆,所述电缆与所述联电头固定连接,所述旋转轴上端往上延展至所述安设槽中并与所述电动机固定连接,所述旋转轴上位于所述安设槽中固定安装有旋转齿形轮,所述联电壳体中位于所述安设槽上方设置有滑行腔,所述滑行腔中滑行安装有滑行板,所述滑行腔中通过旋转轴承可旋转地安装有螺旋杆,所述螺旋杆与所述滑行板螺纹配合连接,所述螺旋杆下端延展到所述安设槽中并固定安装有被动齿形轮,所述被动齿形轮与所述旋转齿形轮相咬合,所述滑行板上端设置有上电杆,所述滑行腔顶端中设置有与所述上电杆相配合的上电槽,所述联电壳体右端设置有吊挂装置,所述联电壳体和联电头中还设置有触控装置,所述触控装置包括触控器和闪烁灯。
有益地,所述吊挂装置包括固定安装在所述联电壳体右端面的吊挂台以及固定设置在所述吊挂台下端的堵塞头,所述堵塞头外侧设置有凹孔,所述联电头端部设置有与用电设备连接的上电孔,且所述上电孔中设置有与所述凹孔相配合的弹片。
进一步的技术方案,所述上电孔与所述堵塞头形状以及尺寸相等。
进一步的技术方案,所述上电杆与所述电缆电性连接,且所述上电槽与市电电性连接。
进一步的技术方案,所述联电头上设置有与所述电动机连接且操纵所述电动机正向转的出线开关,所述联电头上还设置有与所述电动机连接且操纵所述电动机反向转的缩线开关。
进一步的技术方案,所述触控器固定设置在位于所述滑行腔上端处,且所述触控器为接碰式,所述闪烁灯固定安装在所述联电头中,且所述联电头与所述触控器电性连接。
本发明的有益效果是:
1. 由于联电头的上电孔与堵塞头相配合,且弹片与凹孔相配合,故可将联电头悬挂在吊挂台下端,由于堵塞头将上电孔封堵,故可避免雨水对上电孔的影响,有利于对上电孔的保护;
2.使用时,将联电头从堵塞头上取下,并将出线开关按下,出线开关使电动机带动圈筒正向旋转,从而可使联电头向远处拉长,以此同时,可带动螺旋杆旋转,螺旋杆可带动滑行板往上滑行,当滑行板往上滑行至最高点时,上电杆插入到上电槽中并与上电槽相配合,从而可将电传输到联电头中,联电头与用电设备连接后便可对设备进行供电;
3.供电完毕后,拔下联电头,并将缩线开关按下,缩线开关使电动机带动圈筒反向旋转,圈筒可将电缆慢慢卷收,以此同时,旋转齿形轮可带动螺旋杆反向旋转并驱动滑行板向下滑行,上电杆逐渐从上电槽中脱离,而使电缆暂时断电,故在雨天也可避免雨水进入到上电孔中而造成短路的事故;
4.本发明装置在不供电时可将电缆卷收在容腔中,从而可避免日晒雨淋以及车辆、行人的踩压,有利于对电缆以及联电头的保护,可有效延长电缆以及联电头的使用寿命,且缩线和出线的操作简便,运行稳定,安全可靠。

如图1-3所示,本发明的一种用于桥梁设备,包括联电壳体10以及联电头40,所述联电壳体10底部设置有支撑脚101,所述支撑脚101倾斜设置从而增加稳定性,所述支撑脚下还设置有脚垫102,所述联电壳体10中设置有空心腔11,所述联电壳体10中还设置有位于所述空心腔11上方的安设槽12,所述安设槽12顶端中固定安装有电动机21,所述空心腔11中通过旋转轴承可旋转地安装有旋转轴22,所述旋转轴22上固定安装有圈筒23,所述圈筒23外圈上饶设电缆41,所述电缆41与所述联电头40固定连接,所述旋转轴22上端往上延展至所述安设槽12中并与所述电动机21固定连接,所述旋转轴22上位于所述安设槽中固定安装有旋转齿形轮24,所述联电壳体10中位于所述安设槽上方设置有滑行腔13,所述滑行腔13中滑行安装有滑行板31,所述滑行腔13中通过旋转轴承可旋转地安装有螺旋杆26,所述螺旋杆26与所述滑行板31螺纹配合连接,所述螺旋杆26下端延展到所述安设槽12中并固定安装有被动齿形轮25,所述被动齿形轮25与所述旋转齿形轮24相咬合,所述滑行板31上端设置有上电杆32,所述滑行腔13顶端中设置有与所述上电杆32相配合的上电槽14,所述联电壳体10右端设置有吊挂装置,所述联电壳体10和联电头40中还设置有触控装置,所述触控装置包括触控器50和闪烁灯51。
有益地,所述吊挂装置包括固定安装在所述联电壳体10右端面的吊挂台15以及固定设置在所述吊挂台15下端的堵塞头16,所述堵塞头16外侧设置有凹孔160,所述联电头40端部设置有与用电设备连接的上电孔400,且所述上电孔400中设置有与所述凹孔160相配合的弹片401。
有益地,所述上电孔400与所述堵塞头16形状以及尺寸相等,从而所述堵塞头16可与所述上电孔400相配合。
有益地,所述上电杆32与所述电缆41电性连接,且所述上电槽14与市电电性连接,从而在所述上电杆32与所述上电槽14配合时能够将电接通到所述电缆41中。
有益地,所述联电头40上设置有与所述电动机21连接且操纵所述电动机21正向转的出线开关,所述联电头40上还设置有与所述电动机21连接且操纵所述电动机21反向转的缩线开关。
有益地,所述触控器50固定设置在位于所述滑行腔13上端处,且所述触控器50为接碰式,所述闪烁灯51固定安装在所述联电头40中,且所述联电头40与所述触控器50电性连接,从而在所述滑行板31向上滑动与所述触控器50接碰时,所述闪烁灯51亮起,从而指示联电头40带电。
初始状态时,所述联电头40的上电孔400与所述堵塞头16相配合,且所述弹片401与所述凹孔160相配合,所述圈筒23将所述电缆41完全卷收,而所述滑行板31位于所述滑行腔13底部而使所述上电杆32与所述上电槽14分开;
使用时,将所述联电头40从所述堵塞头16上取下,并将所述出线开关按下,所述出线开关使所述电动机21带动所述圈筒23正向旋转,从而可使所述联电头40向远处拉长,以此同时,由于所述旋转齿形轮24与所述被动齿形轮25相咬合,因此,可带动所述螺旋杆26旋转,所述螺旋杆26可带动所述滑行板31往上滑行,当所述滑行板31往上滑行至最高点时,松开所述出线开关使所述电动机21停止运行,此时,所述上电杆32插入到所述上电槽14中并与所述上电槽14相配合,从而可将电传输到所述联电头40中,所述联电头40与用电设备连接后便可对设备进行供电;
供电完毕后,拔下所述联电头40,并将所述缩线开关按下,所述缩线开关使所述电动机21带动所述圈筒23反向旋转,所述圈筒23可将所述电缆41慢慢卷收,以此同时,所述旋转齿形轮24可带动所述螺旋杆26反向旋转并驱动所述滑行板31向下滑行,所述上电杆32逐渐从所述上电槽14中脱离,而使所述电缆暂时断电,所述滑行板31向下滑行至最底端时,松开所述缩线开关,所述电动机21停止运行,而后将所述联电头40的上电孔400与所述堵塞头16配合。
本发明的有益效果是:由于联电头的上电孔与堵塞头相配合,且弹片与凹孔相配合,故可将联电头悬挂在吊挂台下端,由于堵塞头将上电孔封堵,故可避免雨水对上电孔的影响,有利于对上电孔的保护;
使用时,将联电头从堵塞头上取下,并将出线开关按下,出线开关使电动机带动圈筒正向旋转,从而可使联电头向远处拉长,以此同时,可带动螺旋杆旋转,螺旋杆可带动滑行板往上滑行,当滑行板往上滑行至最高点时,上电杆插入到上电槽中并与上电槽相配合,从而可将电传输到联电头中,联电头与用电设备连接后便可对设备进行供电;
供电完毕后,拔下联电头,并将缩线开关按下,缩线开关使电动机带动圈筒反向旋转,圈筒可将电缆慢慢卷收,以此同时,旋转齿形轮可带动螺旋杆反向旋转并驱动滑行板向下滑行,上电杆逐渐从上电槽中脱离,而使电缆暂时断电,故在雨天也可避免雨水进入到上电孔中而造成短路的事故;
本发明装置,在不供电时可将电缆卷收在容腔中,从而可避免日晒雨淋以及车辆、行人的踩压,有利于对电缆以及联电头的保护,可有效延长电缆以及联电头的使用寿命,且缩线和出线的操作简便,运行稳定,安全可靠。
