Further, the connecting rod comprises a straight section arranged along the horizontal direction and an upward bent section connected with the straight section; the straight section is connected with the rotating ring, and the upward bending section is connected with the guide sleeve.
Further, the head ends of the piston rods and the fixing rod are provided with arc surfaces, and the tail ends of the piston rods are provided with annular limiting protrusions.
Furthermore, the positioning ring is arranged at the position below the middle part of the main body, and the top surface of the positioning ring is contacted with the bottom surface of the rotating ring sleeve.
Compared with the prior art, the cotter pin splitter provided by the invention has the advantages of simple and compact structure, originality, lightness, portability, manual power source, suitability for various environments and various cotter pins, and can ensure that the cotter pins can be installed at all specified angles.

In a particular embodiment, the present invention provides a cotter pin splitter. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the structure of a cotter pin splitter according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown.
The invention provides a cotter pin splitter, which comprises: the piston rod 1, the guide sleeve 2, the connecting rod 3, the positioning pin 4, the main body 5, the rotating ring 6, the positioning ring 7 and the fixing rod 8; wherein,
the guide sleeve 2 is fixedly connected with the rotating ring 6 through a connecting rod 3;
a rear portion of the piston rod 1 is mounted within the guide sleeve 2 for movement back and forth and for rotation along the guide sleeve 2;
the rotating ring 6 is sleeved on the periphery of the middle part of the main body 5 and is positioned by the positioning ring 7; the rotating ring 6 and the main body 5 can rotate relatively;
the upper part of the main body 5 is provided with a positioning pin 4; the lower part of the main body 5 is provided with a hole arranged along the horizontal direction, and the fixing rod 8 penetrates through the hole and can move along the hole.
Further, the connecting rod 3 comprises a straight section arranged along the horizontal direction and an upward bent section connected with the straight section; the straight section is connected with the rotary ring 6, and the upward bending section is connected with the guide sleeve 2.
Preferably, the head ends of the piston rod 1 and the fixing rod 8 are provided with arc surfaces, and the tail ends of the piston rod 1 and the fixing rod 8 are provided with annular limiting protrusions.
Further, the positioning ring 7 is disposed at a lower position in the middle of the main body 5, and the top surface thereof is in contact with the bottom surface of the rotating ring 6.
In operation, when the cotter pin 10 is inserted into the round pin 9, the body 5 of the cotter pin splitting apparatus of the present invention is placed over the bottom of the round pin 9, the locating pin 4 is inserted into the round hole of the cotter pin 10, the position of the piston rod 1 is adjusted so that the plane of the front end of the piston rod is opposite to the plane of the longer rod of the cotter pin 10, the fixing rod 8 is held by one hand, the piston rod 1 is held by the other hand and rotated, so that the longer rod of the cotter pin 10 is bent to form an angle, or wrapped around the outside of the body 5, and then the position of the piston rod 1 is adjusted so that the piston rod 1 is opposite to the plane of the shorter rod of the cotter pin 10, the piston rod 1 is rotated in the opposite direction to the previous direction, so that the shorter rod of the cotter pin 10 is bent to form an angle, or wrapped around the outside of the body 5, i.e. the installation of the cotter pin 10 is completed, the two rods of the cott, the split pin 10 can be pulled to be separated from the round pin 9 by matching of a hand hammer, and the disassembly is finished.
Compared with the prior art, the cotter pin splitter provided by the invention has the advantages of simple, compact and original structure, lightness and portability, manual power source, suitability for various environments, suitability for mounting and dismounting various cotter pins and capability of enabling the cotter pins to be mounted at all specified angles.
The cotter pin splitter provided by the present invention is described in detail above. 1. A cotter pin splitter, comprising: the piston rod, the guide sleeve, the connecting rod, the positioning pin, the main body, the rotating ring, the positioning ring and the fixing rod; wherein,
the guide sleeve is fixedly connected with the rotating ring through a connecting rod;
a rear portion of the piston rod is mounted within the guide sleeve and is movable back and forth and rotatable along the guide sleeve;
the rotating ring is sleeved on the periphery of the middle part of the main body and is positioned by the positioning ring; the rotating ring and the main body can rotate relatively;
the upper part of the main body is provided with a positioning pin; the lower part of the main body is provided with a hole arranged along the horizontal direction, and the fixing rod penetrates through the hole and can move along the hole.

The cotter pin splitter of claim 1 wherein the connecting rod comprises a straight section disposed in a horizontal direction and an upwardly bent section connected to the straight section; the straight section is connected with the rotating ring, and the upward bending section is connected with the guide sleeve.
3. The cotter pin splitter of claim 1, wherein both the piston rod and the fixing rod are provided with circular arc surfaces at the head ends and annular limiting protrusions at the tail ends.
4. The cotter pin splitter of claim 1 wherein the retaining ring is located below the middle of the body with its top surface in contact with the bottom surface of the rotating collar.
