Abstract

微细气泡生成装置,涉及气泡产生装置。设有水泵、污水输送管道、收缩段、顶盖、空气流量调节孔、涡流腔室、导流片和角锥;所述水泵的输入端外接污水和污水处理剂出口,水泵的出口端接污水输送管道的输入端,污水输送管道的出口端接涡流腔室,污水输送管道内设有收缩段,导流片设于涡流腔室内,涡流腔室的上部为角锥,污水输送管道内设有导流片,污水输送管道上设有顶盖和空气流量调节孔。可以提高污水中病菌和重金属等有害物质的上浮率,大量细微的气泡可以产生托浮效果,达到加快污水和污水处理剂反应的目的。同时在高效能微细气泡生成装置的腔室内增加导流片可以进一步提高气液的掺混效率,可以更高效地提高污水处理效率。

微细气泡生成装置
技术领域
本发明涉及气泡产生装置,尤其是涉及微细气泡生成装置。
背景技术
随着社会的逐渐进步,工业污水及生活污水逐渐增多,然而污水的来源较多,成分复杂,不同类的污水成分各不相同,不经有效处理会成为一条病毒扩散的重要途径和环境的严重污染源。然而污水的处理中需要采用强氧化剂等污水处理剂与污水充分混合后发生相关化学反应,实现污水中病菌和重金属等有害物质的有效处理。为了提高污水处理的效率,需实现污水与气体的充分混合,故设计了可以实现气、液充分掺混的高效能微细气泡生成装置。
中国专利CN105636679A公开一种能够从污染水生成微细气泡的微细气泡生成装置。包括加压后的液体流入的液体流入通道(11)、将液体和生成的微细气泡排出的排出通道(12);连接液体流入通道(11)和排出通道(12)并且相比液体流入通道(11)和排出通道(12)流通面积更狭窄的喉部(13)、以及向液体流入通道(11)或喉部(13)中供给气体的气体供给通道(14),气体供给通道(14)的出口端(143)朝向液体流动的下游侧开口。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供微细气泡生成装置。
本发明设有水泵、污水输送管道、收缩段、顶盖、空气流量调节孔、涡流腔室、导流片和角锥;所述水泵的输入端外接污水和污水处理剂出口,水泵的出口端接污水输送管道的输入端,污水输送管道的出口端接涡流腔室,污水输送管道内设有收缩段,导流片设于涡流腔室内,涡流腔室的上部为角锥,污水输送管道内设有导流片,污水输送管道上设有顶盖和空气流量调节孔。
本发明由涡流腔室和污水输送管道等部分组成。污水输送管道的收缩段使得水流加速,导致空气连接通道的气压降低,空气被吸入水流中产生大量气泡。同时污水输送管道里的空气流量调节孔和顶盖可以用于调节空气的流量,以此来控制水流中气泡的含量。污水输送管道的水流进入涡流腔室产生涡流,腔室内的导流片可以进一步提高气液的掺混效率,使污水和污水处理剂高效反应。最后通过角锥收缩段来加速,将高效掺混了污水处理剂的污水送至污水处理池,角锥的角度设计还可以用于调节污水的速度。
本发明可以产生大量细微的气泡。典型的应用领域是大型污水处理装置,使污水和污水处理剂反应的效果大大增强。同时可以提高污水中病菌和重金属等有害物质的上浮率,大量细微的气泡可以产生托浮效果,达到加快污水和污水处理剂反应的目的。同时在高效能微细气泡生成装置的腔室内增加导流片可以进一步提高气液的掺混效率,可以更高效地提高污水处理效率。

具体实施方式
以下实施例将结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
参见图1~3,本发明实施例设有水泵1、污水输送管道2、收缩段3、顶盖4、空气流量调节孔5、涡流腔室6、导流片7和角锥8;所述水泵1的输入端外接污水和污水处理剂出口,水泵1的出口端接污水输送管道2的输入端,污水输送管道2的出口端接涡流腔室6,污水输送管道2内设有收缩段3,导流片7设于涡流腔室6内,涡流腔室6的上部为角锥8,污水输送管道2内设有导流片7,污水输送管道2上设有顶盖4和空气流量调节孔5。
所述收缩段3由于收缩使得水流加速,导致空气连接通道的气压降低,空气被吸入水流中产生大量微小气泡。空气流量调节孔5和顶盖4可以用于调节空气的流量,以此来控制水流中气泡的含量。之后污水输送管道2连接到涡流腔室6,污水和污水处理剂进入涡流腔室,在涡流室中产生涡流。导流片7可以进一步提高气液的掺混效率,使污水和污水处理剂高效反应。最后通过收缩段来加速,将高效掺混了污水处理剂的污水送至污水处理池,角锥8的角度设计还可以用于调节污水的速度。

1.微细气泡生成装置,其特征在于设有水泵、污水输送管道、收缩段、顶盖、空气流量调节孔、涡流腔室、导流片和角锥;所述水泵的输入端外接污水和污水处理剂出口,水泵的出口端接污水输送管道的输入端,污水输送管道的出口端接涡流腔室,污水输送管道内设有收缩段,导流片设于涡流腔室内,涡流腔室的上部为角锥,污水输送管道内设有导流片,污水输送管道上设有顶盖和空气流量调节孔。
