Abstract
The disclosure relates to a method and a device for processing a communication request, which can dynamically set personalized communication request prompt information for a communication requester in real time, and increase user experience. The method comprises the following steps: detecting a communication request initiated by a communication initiator to a communication requester; in response to detecting the communication request, acquiring first identification information corresponding to the communication initiator, where the first identification information includes at least one of: picture information, video information, audio information, the first identification information being stored in the target device by the communication responder; and controlling the communication responder to output prompt information of the communication request, wherein the prompt information comprises the first identification information.
Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of computer processing, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for processing a communication request.
Background
In addition to having basic communication functions, smart phones or other communication initiators are also paying more and more attention to user experience and entertainment functions thereof. For example, when an incoming call is called by the existing smart phone, the same call background interface is generally adopted, and the interface display pattern is single and rigid, so that the personalized requirements of the user cannot be met completely.

The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can have the following beneficial effects: when a communication request initiated by a communication initiator to a communication requester is detected, acquiring first identification information corresponding to the communication initiator, wherein the first identification information comprises at least one of the following items: the method comprises the steps that picture information, video information and audio information are stored in target equipment by a communication responder; generating at least one item of prompt information according to the first identification information: the background and the head portrait of the communication initiator are prompted, the communication responder is controlled to output prompt information of the communication request, and the prompt information comprises first identification information, so that personalized prompt information of the communication request can be dynamically set for the communication requester in real time, and user experience is improved.
The present disclosure provides an apparatus for processing a communication request, which is used for implementing the methods shown in fig. 1 to 5.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 illustrates an apparatus for processing a communication request according to an example embodiment. Referring to fig. 6, the apparatus 60 includes:
a detecting module 61, configured to detect a communication request initiated by a communication initiator to a communication requester;
an obtaining module 62, configured to, in response to detecting the communication request, obtain first identification information corresponding to the communication initiator, where the first identification information includes at least one of: the method comprises the steps that picture information, video information and audio information are stored in target equipment by a communication responder;
and the control module 63 is configured to control the communication responder to output prompt information of the communication request, where the prompt information includes the first identification information.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the obtaining module 62 includes:
a first obtaining sub-module 621, configured to obtain an identifier database;
a second obtaining sub-module 622, configured to obtain feature information of the communication initiator, where the feature information includes at least one of: appearance information, name, communication address;
and a third obtaining sub-module 623, configured to obtain the first identification information from the identification database according to the feature information.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 8, the third obtaining sub-module 623 includes:
a first acquiring unit 6231 configured to acquire second identification information corresponding to the feature information from the identification database;
a second obtaining unit 6232, configured to obtain at least one of the following reference information: current time information, current position information, mood information of a user;
a third acquiring unit 6233, configured to acquire the first identification information from the second identification information according to the reference information.
In one embodiment, the reference information includes time information;
the first identification information satisfies at least one of: the generation time is within the time period indicated by the time information and the content indicates the time period.
In one embodiment, the reference information includes location information;
the first identification information satisfies at least one of: the generation position is located in the position information indication area and the content indication area.
In one embodiment, the reference information includes mood information;
the content of the first identification information indicates the mood corresponding to the mood information.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the obtaining module 62 includes:
the fourth obtaining sub-module 624 is configured to obtain the first identification information from a local or server.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10, the control module 63 includes:
a fifth obtaining sub-module 625, configured to obtain at least one item of the prompt information according to the first identification information: prompting the background and the head portrait of the communication initiator;
and an output sub-module 626 for outputting the prompt information.
In an embodiment, the communication request comprises any one of: call request, instant messaging request.
With regard to the apparatus in the above-described embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs the operation has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated here.
Fig. 11 is a block diagram illustrating an apparatus 1100 for processing a communication request in accordance with an example embodiment. For example, the apparatus 1100 may be a mobile phone, a computer, a digital broadcast terminal, a messaging device, a game console, a tablet device, a medical device, an exercise device, a personal digital assistant, and the like.
Referring to fig. 11, apparatus 1100 may include one or more of the following components: processing component 1102, memory 1104, power component 1106, multimedia component 1108, audio component 1110, input/output (I/O) interface 1112, sensor component 1114, and communications component 1116.
The processing component 1102 generally controls the overall operation of the device 1100, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. The processing components 1102 may include one or more processors 1120 to execute instructions to perform all or a portion of the steps of the methods described above. Further, the processing component 1102 may include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between the processing component 1102 and other components. For example, the processing component 1102 may include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 1108 and the processing component 1102.
The memory 1104 is configured to store various types of data to support operations at the apparatus 1100. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on device 1100, communication requester data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth. The memory 1104 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
A power component 1106 provides power to the various components of the device 1100. The power components 1106 may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the apparatus 1100.
The multimedia component 1108 includes a screen that provides an output interface between the device 1100 and the communication initiator. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from the communication initiator. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 1108 includes a front facing camera and/or a rear facing camera. The front camera and/or the rear camera may receive external multimedia data when the device 1100 is in an operating mode, such as a shooting mode or a video mode. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.
The audio component 1110 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component 1110 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the apparatus 1100 is in operating modes, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may further be stored in the memory 1104 or transmitted via the communication component 1116. In some embodiments, the audio assembly 1110 further includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The I/O interface 1112 provides an interface between the processing component 1102 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
The sensor assembly 1114 includes one or more sensors for providing various aspects of state assessment for the apparatus 1100. For example, the sensor assembly 1114 may detect an open/closed state of the apparatus 1100, the relative positioning of components, such as a display and keypad of the apparatus 1100, the sensor assembly 1114 may also detect a change in position of the apparatus 1100 or a component of the apparatus 1100, the presence or absence of user contact with the apparatus 1100, orientation or acceleration/deceleration of the apparatus 1100, and a change in temperature of the apparatus 1100. The sensor assembly 1114 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object without any physical contact. The sensor assembly 1114 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 1114 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 1116 is configured to facilitate wired or wireless communication between the apparatus 1100 and other devices. The apparatus 1100 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, 2G or 3G, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 1116 receives broadcast signals or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 1116 also includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus 1100 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above-described methods.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions, such as the memory 1104 storing processor-executable instructions, that are executable by the processor 1120 of the apparatus 1100 to perform the method described above, is also provided. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
An apparatus for processing a communication request, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to:
detecting a communication request initiated by a communication initiator to a communication requester;
in response to detecting the communication request, acquiring first identification information corresponding to the communication initiator, wherein the first identification information comprises at least one of the following items: the method comprises the steps that picture information, video information and audio information are stored in target equipment by a communication responder;
and controlling the communication responder to output prompt information of the communication request, wherein the prompt information comprises first identification information.
The processor may be further configured to:
acquiring first identification information corresponding to a communication initiator, wherein the first identification information comprises:
acquiring an identification database;
acquiring feature information of a communication initiator, wherein the feature information comprises at least one of the following items: appearance information, name, communication address;
and acquiring first identification information from the identification database according to the characteristic information.
The processor may be further configured to:
acquiring first identification information from an identification database according to the characteristic information, wherein the first identification information comprises the following steps:
acquiring second identification information corresponding to the characteristic information from an identification database;
acquiring at least one item of reference information: current time information, current position information, mood information of a user;
and acquiring the first identification information from the second identification information according to the reference information.
The processor may be further configured to: the reference information includes time information;
the first identification information satisfies at least one of: the generation time is within the time period indicated by the time information and the content indicates the time period.
The processor may be further configured to: the reference information includes position information;
the first identification information satisfies at least one of: the generation position is located in the position information indication area and the content indication area.
The processor may be further configured to: the reference information includes mood information;
the content of the first identification information indicates the mood corresponding to the mood information.
The processor may be further configured to: acquiring first identification information corresponding to a communication initiator, wherein the first identification information comprises:
the first identification information is obtained from a local or server.
The processor may be further configured to: the prompt message for controlling the communication response party to output the communication request comprises:
acquiring at least one item of prompt information according to the first identification information: prompting the background and the head portrait of the communication initiator;
and outputting prompt information.
The processor may be further configured to: the communication request includes any one of: call request, instant messaging request.
A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having instructions therein, which when executed by a processor of a communication initiator device, enable a terminal device to perform a method of processing a communication request, the method comprising:
detecting a communication request initiated by a communication initiator to a communication requester;
in response to detecting the communication request, acquiring first identification information corresponding to the communication initiator, wherein the first identification information comprises at least one of the following items: the method comprises the steps that picture information, video information and audio information are stored in target equipment by a communication responder;
and controlling the communication responder to output prompt information of the communication request, wherein the prompt information comprises first identification information.
The instructions in the storage medium may further include:
acquiring first identification information corresponding to a communication initiator, wherein the first identification information comprises:
acquiring an identification database;
acquiring feature information of a communication initiator, wherein the feature information comprises at least one of the following items: appearance information, name, communication address;
and acquiring first identification information from the identification database according to the characteristic information.
The instructions in the storage medium may further include:
acquiring first identification information from an identification database according to the characteristic information, wherein the first identification information comprises the following steps:
acquiring second identification information corresponding to the characteristic information from an identification database;
acquiring at least one item of reference information: current time information, current position information, mood information of a user;
and acquiring the first identification information from the second identification information according to the reference information.
The instructions in the storage medium may further include:
the reference information includes time information;
the first identification information satisfies at least one of: the generation time is within the time period indicated by the time information and the content indicates the time period.
The instructions in the storage medium may further include:
the reference information includes position information;
the first identification information satisfies at least one of: the generation position is located in the position information indication area and the content indication area.
The instructions in the storage medium may further include:
the reference information includes mood information;
the content of the first identification information indicates the mood corresponding to the mood information.
The instructions in the storage medium may further include:
acquiring first identification information corresponding to a communication initiator, wherein the first identification information comprises:
the first identification information is obtained from a local or server.
The instructions in the storage medium may further include:
the prompt message for controlling the communication response party to output the communication request comprises:
acquiring at least one item of prompt information according to the first identification information: prompting the background and the head portrait of the communication initiator;
and outputting prompt information.
The instructions in the storage medium may further include:
the communication request includes any one of: call request, instant messaging request.

Claims (15)
1. A method of processing a communication request, comprising:
detecting a communication request initiated by a communication initiator to a communication requester;
in response to detecting the communication request, acquiring first identification information corresponding to the communication initiator, where the first identification information includes at least one of: picture information, video information, audio information, the first identification information being stored in the target device by the communication responder; the target equipment is a local server or a remote server;
controlling the communication responder to output prompt information of the communication request, wherein the prompt information comprises the first identification information;
the obtaining of the first identification information corresponding to the communication initiator includes:
acquiring an address book of the communication initiator; determining the relation information of the communication initiator and the communication requester based on the grouping information of the address book of the communication initiator; and determining first identification information suitable for the relationship between the communication initiator and the communication requester according to the relationship information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining the first identification information corresponding to the communication initiator comprises:
acquiring an identification database;
acquiring feature information of the communication initiator, wherein the feature information comprises at least one of the following items: appearance information, name, communication address;
and acquiring the first identification information from the identification database according to the characteristic information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the obtaining the first identification information from the identification database according to the feature information comprises:
acquiring second identification information corresponding to the characteristic information from the identification database;
acquiring at least one item of reference information: current time information, current position information, mood information of a user;
and acquiring the first identification information from the second identification information according to the reference information.
4. The method of claim 3,
when the reference information includes the time information, the first identification information satisfies at least one of: generating a time within the time period indicated by the time information, wherein the content indicates the time period;
when the reference information includes the location information, the first identification information satisfies at least one of: generating a position in the position information indication area and a content indication area;
when the reference information includes the mood information, the content of the first identification information indicates the mood corresponding to the mood information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining the first identification information corresponding to the communication initiator comprises:
and acquiring the first identification information from a local or server.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the controlling the communication responder to output prompt information of the communication request comprises:
acquiring at least one item of the prompt information according to the first identification information: prompting the background and the head portrait of the communication initiator;
and outputting the prompt information.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the communication request comprises any one of: call request, instant messaging request.
8. An apparatus for processing a communication request, comprising:
the detection module is used for detecting a communication request initiated by a communication initiator to a communication requester;
an obtaining module, configured to obtain, in response to detecting the communication request, first identification information corresponding to the communication initiator, where the first identification information includes at least one of the following: picture information, video information, audio information, the first identification information being stored in the target device by the communication responder; the target equipment is a local server or a remote server;
the control module is used for controlling the communication responder to output prompt information of the communication request, wherein the prompt information comprises the first identification information;
the acquisition module acquires an address book of the communication initiator; determining the relation information of the communication initiator and the communication requester based on the grouping information of the address book of the communication initiator; and determining first identification information suitable for the relationship between the communication initiator and the communication requester according to the relationship information.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the obtaining module comprises:
the first obtaining submodule is used for obtaining an identification database;
a second obtaining sub-module, configured to obtain feature information of the communication initiator, where the feature information includes at least one of: appearance information, name, communication address;
and the third obtaining submodule is used for obtaining the first identification information from the identification database according to the characteristic information.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the third acquisition submodule comprises:
a first obtaining unit configured to obtain second identification information corresponding to the feature information from the identification database;
a second obtaining unit, configured to obtain at least one of the following reference information: current time information, current position information, mood information of a user;
and a third obtaining unit configured to obtain the first identification information from the second identification information according to the reference information.
11. The apparatus according to claim 10, wherein when the reference information includes the time information, the first identification information satisfies at least one of: generating a time within the time period indicated by the time information, wherein the content indicates the time period;
when the reference information includes the location information, the first identification information satisfies at least one of: generating a position in the position information indication area and a content indication area;
when the reference information includes the mood information; the content of the first identification information indicates the mood corresponding to the mood information.
12. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the obtaining module comprises:
and the fourth obtaining submodule is used for obtaining the first identification information from a local or communication responder.
13. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the control module comprises:
a fifth obtaining sub-module, configured to obtain at least one item of the prompt information according to the first identification information: prompting the background and the head portrait of the communication initiator;
and the output submodule is used for outputting the prompt message.
14. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the communication request comprises any one of: call request, instant messaging request.
15. An apparatus for processing a communication request, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to:
detecting a communication request initiated by a communication initiator to a communication requester;
in response to detecting the communication request, acquiring first identification information corresponding to the communication initiator, where the first identification information includes at least one of: picture information, video information, audio information, the first identification information being stored in the target device by the communication responder; the target equipment is a local server or a remote server;
controlling the communication responder to output prompt information of the communication request, wherein the prompt information comprises the first identification information;
the processor is further configured to: acquiring an address book of the communication initiator; determining the relation information of the communication initiator and the communication requester based on the grouping information of the address book of the communication initiator; and determining first identification information suitable for the relationship between the communication initiator and the communication requester according to the relationship information.
