Background
With the rapid development of national economy, the capacity of a power grid can be increased all the time, so that the improvement of the breaking capacity of a breaker is a constant target. When the existing circuit breaker is used for breaking short-circuit current, the breaking capacity of the circuit breaker is limited due to the fact that contacts of a moving contact are seriously ablated and electric arcs cannot timely and fully enter an arc extinguish chamber grid. It is known that when a short-circuit current is cut off, when a moving contact and a fixed contact of a circuit breaker are separated, an electric arc is generated between the moving contact and the fixed contact, and the longer the electric arc stays on the moving contact and the fixed contact, the more serious the contact erosion is. Therefore, it is the objective of the industry to make the arc leave the moving and static contacts as soon as possible and enter the arc extinguishing grid plate. In the low-voltage circuit breaker, the force pushing the arc to move is two types, one is electromagnetic force, and the other is airflow thrust, wherein the electromagnetic force is Lorentz force generated when current flows, and the force can make the arc move to the arc extinguishing grid sheet; the gas flow thrust is that after the electric arc is generated, the gas near the contact expands rapidly, and simultaneously, under the action of high temperature, the gas generating material near the contact releases a large amount of gas instantly, and the gas flow is sprayed out of the gas outlet of the arc extinguishing chamber rapidly, so that the electric arc is pushed to move towards the arc extinguishing grid piece. The two sides of the right part of the movable arc striking piece are respectively provided with a second protrusion perpendicular to the surface of the movable arc striking piece, the two symmetrical connecting pieces are arranged in each cavity of the circuit breaker, the two connecting pieces are respectively attached to two side faces of the upper base plate in the cavity, and the connecting pieces are connected with the second protrusions of the movable arc striking pieces through second bolts.
