Abstract
一种粉煤灰水泥混合材,其特征在于由50-80公斤粉煤灰、19-40公斤氢氧化钙和1-5公斤硅酸钠组成。其掺入到水泥熟料中的量大,可达30%,质量符合GB175-92、BG1344-92技术标准的要求,主要技术性能能满足425R普硅水泥的使用要求。可代替矿渣作为水泥混合材。
Description
本发明属于建筑材料,确切地说是一种粉煤灰水泥混合材。
水泥是国民经济建设的重要材料。随着我国现代化建设事业的发展,水泥的需求量逐年增大。一方面作为传统水泥混合材主要来源的矿碴,资源严重短缺,价格不断上涨。另一方面,我国火力发电厂每年都排出数千万吨的废料—粉煤灰,又堆积如山,既占用大量的土地,又污染了环境,成为众所周知的公害。采用粉煤灰作水泥混合材在我国已有一段历史,既可将粉煤灰变废为宝,化害为利,又可缓解矿碴资源短缺的矛盾,促进水泥工业的健康发展。但是,由于粉煤灰活性较低,用粉煤灰作混合料掺入到水泥中使用,其强度下降的幅度较大,尤其是早期强度发展慢。因此,粉煤灰的掺入量受到限制,一般只能掺入10-15%,掺入量低。
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够替代矿碴、掺入量大、早期强度高的粉煤灰水泥混合材。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种粉煤灰水泥混合材,其特征在于由50-80公斤粉煤灰、19-40公斤氢氧化钙和1-5公斤硅酸钠组成。经计量配料后混合搅拌、碾压、成品。
经按GB12957-91《水泥混合材的工业废渣活性试验办法》进行试验,取该粉煤灰水泥混合材30公斤,525R水泥熟料70公斤,其侧试结果为:7天的抗压强度为42.9MPa,抗折强度为6.4MPa;28天的抗压强度为46.6MPa,抗折强度为7.1MPa;初凝2小时,终凝3个半小时。质量达到GB175-92、BG1344-92技术标准要求;并且其耐磨性能好,后期强度还有所提高,其主要技术性能满足425R普硅水泥的使用要求。
同时,本发明代替矿碴作为水泥混合材,既可扩大水泥混合材的来源,缓解矿碴资源不足的矛盾,又可充分利用火力发电厂排出的废料——粉煤灰,减少灰场占地和环境污染,还可降低水泥成本。与水淬矿碴相比,其成本下降50%,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。
另外,本发明的生产工艺较简单,设备投资少,可广泛适用于各火力的发电厂就地取材,生产出质优价廉的水泥混合材。
实施例:
粉煤灰75公斤,碱性激发剂(氢氧化钙)24公斤,外加剂(硅酸钠)1公斤,经计量配料后混合搅拌、碾压、成品。
