The invention also comprises a plurality of silencing devices, wherein the silencing devices are sound absorption cotton 13 and are arranged between the ultraviolet lamp 12 and the air outlet 2, and the sound absorption cotton 13 are respectively arranged on the inner walls of the bottom frame 5, the fixed frame and the side frames. Through the arrangement, the noise generated by the fan can be effectively reduced to be below 60db, and the fan is suitable for daily use.
