发明专利的名称:抗磁阀。技术领域:医疗器械、潜水、航空、航天。所要解决的技术问题:以往对肌体缺氧病人在进行磁共振检查时,只能依靠氧气袋供氧,而氧气袋需要人按压,而且氧流量小且不易控制。用抗磁阀制成的医用供氧器,因不会对磁共振设备造成影响,而且可以根据病人需要调节氧流量,氧气自动稳定输出。次抗磁阀还可以与抗磁呼吸机配套,使不能自主呼吸的病人得以方便使用磁共振设备检查。抗磁阀还可用于潜水或救生设备,避免铁磁物质阀对仪表、指南针等设备造成影响。

二、背景技术
一些病人,由于自主呼吸障碍或者是机体对氧气利用率降低,就需要为病 人吸氧,如果疾病较重,就可能时时刻刻离不开人为增加的氧气。当这样的病 人需要进行核磁共振检查或者是进行其他在强磁场环境下检查时,如果使用普 通供氧装置对病人进行供氧,就可能因为强磁场引起铁磁性物质受力运动而发 生事故。所以磁共振室都有避免推车、氧气瓶等金属物质进入的提示,但由于 疏忽等多种原因,在国内外都发生了不少因磁力吸引铁磁性物质造成人员伤亡、 设备损坏的案例。以往,为避免因铁磁性物质在强磁场环境下引起人员或设备 损害,吸氧时就用普通氧气袋,而氧气袋一方面需要一个人进行按压增加压力 使之流出氧气,另一方面输出流量小,对一些病情重一些的患者,氧流量不足,可以造成检查时肌体缺氧。
为满足磁共振室极其它强磁场环境对病人的供氧,避免铁磁性物质在强磁 场环境发生事故,发明了抗磁阀。抗磁阀采用非铁磁性物质制造,含铁磁性物 质非常少,在强磁场环境中没有明显的被磁化作用,因此避免了强磁场因磁引 力引起的事故发生,也避免铁磁性物质对核磁共振图像造成干扰。该抗磁阀可 以设计不同的输入输出接口,与相关零部件一起制成抗磁医用供氧器或抗磁呼 吸机。抗磁医用供氧器和抗磁呼吸机都可用于强磁环境对病人实施供氧,满足 了对病人在强磁场环境下的供氧需求。

图1是抗磁阀的基本结构。1与气瓶连接,通过开关手轮3控制气瓶气体是否输出;通 过活塞结构稳压器(或膜片结构稳压器)对气体压力进行降压和稳压,然后通过出气嘴7输 出。输出大小可通过流量调整手轮6进行调整。图中零件选用非金属材料或抗磁金属材料制 成,使抗磁性能符合使用要求。

1.抗磁阀主要特征是:
1.阀的零部件,采用非金属材料和抗磁金属材料制成,因而阀不会明显被磁化。
2.抗磁阀可以是开关阀或带有减压、稳压功能的阀。稳压系统可采用活塞式或膜片式。
3.主要用于核磁共振室、潜水、航空、航天等对设备周围磁场环境要求高的场合。
