Abstract

本发明用于集装和散装货物的固定，具体涉及一种系留钢索装置。在使用船舶、航空器、车辆等运输工具运输集装、散装货物时，多使用化纤绳索、铁链等对货物进行固定，此种装置使用周期短，操作不便，难以对货物进行有效、可靠固定。本发明公开的系留钢索装置，解决在提供高强度系留拉力的同时，减小了系留装置体积，简化了操作程序，提供了一种应用钢索快速进行集装、散装货物系留固定的装置。

技术领域
本发明用于集装和散装货物的固定，具体涉及一种系留钢索装置。
背景技术
在使用船舶、航空器、车辆等运输工具运输集装、散装货物时，多使用化纤绳索、铁链等对货物进行固定，此种装置使用周期短，操作不便，难以对货物进行有效、可靠固定。
发明内容
本发明要解决在提供高强度系留拉力的同时，减小了系留装置体积，简化了操作程序，提供了一种应用钢索快速进行集装、散装货物系留固定的装置。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明采用了以下技术方案：
一种系留钢索装置，包括偏心夹紧锁机构、钢索钩机构、杆接头和带钩钢索，其中，所述偏心夹紧锁机构包括耳孔、松紧把手、凸轮和壳体，所述松紧把手上的两个通孔与凸轮上的两个偏心孔通过销轴固定连接，从而可以控制凸轮相对于壳体的距离；
所述钢索钩机构包括松紧手轮、螺套、弹簧、套管、挡件和闭锁钩，所述松紧手轮的内部与所述杆接头螺纹连接，外部与螺套螺纹连接，所述闭锁钩的外部与所述螺套的内部螺纹连接；弹簧在螺套和套管中间的环形区域内，套管在弹簧的弹性作用力下扣住挡件；
杆接头的另一端固定在所述偏心夹紧锁机构的一端；所述带钩钢索的一端是开口钩，另一端穿过凸轮和壳体之间的间隙，并通过所述松紧把手固定。
另外的，所述闭锁钩与挡件用圆柱销穿连。
有益效果：本发明在提供高强度系留拉力的同时，减小系留装置的体积，简化系留操作程序。实现对集装、散装货物地快速、可靠系留。

具体实施方式
结合附图，对本发明工作方式作详细说明：
一种系留钢索装置，包括偏心夹紧锁机构、钢索钩机构、杆接头6和带钩钢索，其中，所述偏心夹紧锁机构包括耳孔2、松紧把手3、凸轮4和壳体5，所述松紧把手3上的两个通孔与凸轮4上的两个偏心孔通过销轴固定连接，从而可以控制凸轮4相对于壳体5的距离；
所述钢索钩机构包括松紧手轮7、螺套8、弹簧9、套管10、挡件11和闭锁钩12，所述松紧手轮7的内部与所述杆接头6螺纹连接，外部与螺套8螺纹连接，所述闭锁钩12的外部与所述螺套8的内部螺纹连接；弹簧9在螺套8和套管10中间的环形区域内，套管10在弹簧9的弹性作用力下扣住挡件11；
杆接头6的另一端固定在所述偏心夹紧锁机构的一端；所述带钩钢索的一端是开口钩13，另一端穿过凸轮4和壳体5之间的间隙，并通过所述松紧把手3固定。
另外的，所述闭锁钩12与挡件11用圆柱销穿连。
按压松紧把手3改变凸轮与壳体相对位置，使钢索分别处于自由状态和夹紧状态，见图4和图5。
用该系留钢索装置系留物品时，需将系留钢索两端的钩子分别扣在系留物和运输平台的系留环上。将套管10拔开，转动挡件11，将闭锁钩12扣入系留环内，转动挡件11，松开套管10，使系留钩子组件处于闭锁状态。两端钩子扣紧后，按压松紧把手3，使钢索通过间隙L1增大，以便调节钢索长度，如图4所示。当钢索抽紧后，凸轮上移，钢索通过间隙L2减小，钢索被压紧，再用松紧手轮7调紧钢索，钢索带动凸轮转动，由于偏心作用，使钢索卡得更紧；松开钢索时，旋转松紧手轮7，再按松紧把手3即可。

1.一种系留钢索装置，用于集装和散装货物的固定，其特征在于：该装置包括偏心夹紧锁机构、钢索钩机构、杆接头(6)和带钩钢索，其中，所述偏心夹紧锁机构包括耳孔(2)、松紧把手(3)、凸轮(4)和壳体(5)，所述松紧把手(3)上的两个通孔与凸轮(4)上的两个偏心孔通过销轴固定连接，从而可以控制凸轮(4)相对于壳体(5)的距离；
所述钢索钩机构包括松紧手轮(7)、螺套(8)、弹簧(9)、套管(10)、挡件(11)和闭锁钩(12)，所述松紧手轮(7)的内部与所述杆接头(6)螺纹连接，外部与螺套(8)螺纹连接，所述闭锁钩(12)的外部与所述螺套(8)的内部螺纹连接；弹簧(9)在螺套(8)和套管(10)中间的环形区域内，套管(10)在弹簧(9)的弹性作用力下扣住挡件(11)；
杆接头(6)的另一端固定在所述偏心夹紧锁机构的一端；所述带钩钢索的一端是开口钩(13)，另一端穿过凸轮(4)和壳体(5)之间的间隙，并通过所述松紧把手(3)固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的系留钢索装置，其特征在于：所述闭锁钩(12)与挡件(11)用圆柱销穿连。
