Abstract
本发明属于醇基燃料添加剂技术领域,特别涉及醇基燃料金属钝化剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:二己胺18~28份,2,5‑二甲基‑1,3,4‑噻二唑10~20份,二乙烯三胺8~16份,2,6‑二叔丁基苯酚8~17份,乙酸仲丁酯8~16份,N‑乙基乙二胺2~10份。本发明的醇基燃料金属钝化剂可防止金属(铜)的催化氧化作用,避免醇基燃料对金属设备的腐蚀,延长设备的使用寿命,节约能源。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于醇基燃料添加剂技术领域,特别涉及醇基燃料金属钝化剂。
背景技术
醇基燃料是指含有一定比例甲醇或乙醇的汽油。甲醇作为替代传统燃料的新型能源,既可掺烧汽、柴油,也可直接作为燃料使用,其环保性、动力性、经济性具有的优势是举世公认的。甲醇被认为是“世界上最清洁的汽车发动机燃料是甲醇燃料”、“未来的汽车发动机燃料是甲醇燃料”等,权威专家预测是未来20~30年石化燃料的最佳替代燃料,但是目前的甲醇燃料还存在以下问题:甲醇与汽油互不相溶,动力小、油耗大,易产生爆震,燃烧不充分,溶胀,需对发动机和供油系统进行改造,低温抗相分层、冷启动、高温气阻、对金属腐蚀、生成沉积组分等。
其中针对醇基燃料对金属腐蚀的问题,目前比较有效的添加剂是T1201(N,N′-二亚水杨-1,2-丙二胺),可供选择性很少,因此研究开发一种更为有效的替代产品,拓宽选择,满足市场需求,非常有必要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供醇基燃料金属钝化剂,其可防止金属(铜)的催化氧化作用,避免醇基燃料对金属设备的腐蚀,延长设备的使用寿命,节约能源。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明提供醇基燃料金属钝化剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:二己胺18~28份,2,5-二甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑10~20份,二乙烯三胺8~16份,2,6-二叔丁基苯酚8~17份,乙酸仲丁酯8~16份,N-乙基乙二胺2~10份。
作为优选,本发明所述的醇基燃料金属钝化剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:二己胺18份,2,5-二甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑20份,二乙烯三胺8份,2,6-二叔丁基苯酚17份,乙酸仲丁酯8份,N-乙基乙二胺10份。
作为优选,本发明所述的醇基燃料金属钝化剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:二己胺20份,2,5-二甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑18份,二乙烯三胺10份,2,6-二叔丁基苯酚16份,乙酸仲丁酯10份,N-乙基乙二胺9份。
作为优选,本发明所述的醇基燃料金属钝化剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:二己胺22份,2,5-二甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑16份,二乙烯三胺12份,2,6-二叔丁基苯酚14份,乙酸仲丁酯12份,N-乙基乙二胺8份。
作为优选,本发明所述的醇基燃料金属钝化剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:二己胺24份,2,5-二甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑14份,二乙烯三胺14份,2,6-二叔丁基苯酚12份,乙酸仲丁酯14份,N-乙基乙二胺6份。
作为优选,本发明所述的醇基燃料金属钝化剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:二己胺26份,2,5-二甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑12份,二乙烯三胺15份,2,6-二叔丁基苯酚10份,乙酸仲丁酯15份,N-乙基乙二胺4份。
作为优选,本发明所述的醇基燃料金属钝化剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:二己胺28份,2,5-二甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑10份,二乙烯三胺16份,2,6-二叔丁基苯酚8份,乙酸仲丁酯16份,N-乙基乙二胺2份。
本发明在醇基燃料的应用中,添加量为醇基燃料的0.0001%~0.0005%。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的醇基燃料金属钝化剂能够有效防止金属(铜)的催化氧化作用,避免醇基燃料对金属设备的腐蚀,延长设备的使用寿命,节约能源,还具有延缓醇基燃料的氧化,防止胶质生成。经测试,在醇基燃料中添加本发明的金属钝化剂后,铜片腐蚀(50℃,3h)为1a级。

以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明并不局限于这些实施例。
实施例1
醇基燃料金属钝化剂,由以下重量份的原料制成(常温混合均匀即可):二己胺18份,2,5-二甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑20份,二乙烯三胺8份,2,6-二叔丁基苯酚17份,乙酸仲丁酯8份,N-乙基乙二胺10份。
经测试,在醇基燃料中添加本实施例的金属钝化剂后,铜片腐蚀(50℃,3h)为1a级。
实施例2
醇基燃料金属钝化剂,由以下重量份的原料制成(常温混合均匀即可):二己胺20份,2,5-二甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑18份,二乙烯三胺10份,2,6-二叔丁基苯酚16份,乙酸仲丁酯10份,N-乙基乙二胺9份。
经测试,在醇基燃料中添加本实施例的金属钝化剂后,铜片腐蚀(50℃,3h)为1a级。
实施例3
醇基燃料金属钝化剂,由以下重量份的原料制成(常温混合均匀即可):二己胺22份,2,5-二甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑16份,二乙烯三胺12份,2,6-二叔丁基苯酚14份,乙酸仲丁酯12份,N-乙基乙二胺8份。

1.醇基燃料金属钝化剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:二己胺18~28份,2,5-二甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑10~20份,二乙烯三胺8~16份,2,6-二叔丁基苯酚8~17份,乙酸仲丁酯8~16份,N-乙基乙二胺2~10份。
