本发明涉及包装材料生产技术领域的设备，具体地说是涉及包装材料成型机，名称是具有灭菌装置的包装材料成型机，包括机架，在机架上具有输送装置和裁切装置，材料板放置在输送装置上进入裁切装置可以对材料板进行裁切，在裁切装置的后面具有一个灭菌室，灭菌室具有进口和出口，输送装置经过进口和出口，灭菌室内具有灭菌装置，所述的灭菌装置包括前面的灭菌液喷洒装置和后面的干燥装置，所述灭菌室包括两个小室，分别是第一室和第二室，灭菌液喷洒装置在第一室内，干燥装置在第二室内，所述的灭菌装置是加热器件或紫外线灭菌器件。这样的包装材料成型机具有生产工艺简单、劳动强度小、产品能够满足卫生包装要求的优点。

本发明涉及包装材料生产技术领域的设备，具体地说是涉及包装材料成型机。
背景技术
包装材料成型机具有机架，在机架上具有输送装置和裁切装置，材料板放置在输送装置上进入裁切装置可以对材料板进行裁切；现有技术中，这样的成型机上没有灭菌装置，这样生产出来的材料板没有经过灭菌处理，里面往往含有较多的病菌，不适合一些卫生要求较高的包装，需要重新灭菌，具有生产麻烦的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述缺点，提供一种生产工艺简单、劳动强度小、产品能够满足卫生包装要求的包装材料成型机——具有灭菌装置的包装材料成型机。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：具有灭菌装置的包装材料成型机，包括机架，在机架上具有输送装置和裁切装置，材料板放置在输送装置上进入裁切装置可以对材料板进行裁切；其特征是：在裁切装置的后面具有一个灭菌室，灭菌室具有进口和出口，输送装置经过进口和出口，灭菌室内具有灭菌装置。
进一步地讲，所述的灭菌装置包括前面的灭菌液喷洒装置和后面的干燥装置，所述灭菌室包括两个小室，分别是第一室和第二室，灭菌液喷洒装置在第一室内，干燥装置在第二室内。
进一步地讲，所述的灭菌装置是加热器件或紫外线灭菌器件。
本发明的有益效果是：这样的包装材料成型机具有生产工艺简单、劳动强度小、产品能够满足卫生包装要求的优点。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示，具有灭菌装置的包装材料成型机，包括机架1，在机架上具有输送装置2和裁切装置3，材料板放置在输送装置上进入裁切装置可以对材料板进行裁切；其特征是：在裁切装置的后面具有一个灭菌室4，灭菌室具有进口5和出口6，输送装置2经过进口和出口，灭菌室内具有灭菌装置7。
这样，在材料板生产出来后，随即就进行了灭菌，不用多次搬运，简化了生产步骤，具有工艺简单、劳动强度小的优点，生产的产品经过灭菌，病菌含量少，可以满足一些包装的要求。
进一步地讲，所述的灭菌装置包括前面的灭菌液喷洒装置8和后面的干燥装置9，所述灭菌室包括两个小室，分别是第一室10和第二室11，灭菌液喷洒8装置在第一室内10，干燥装置9在第二室内11。
进一步地讲，所述的灭菌装置是加热器件12或紫外线灭菌器件13。

2.根据权利要求1所述的包装材料成型机，其特征是：所述的灭菌装置包括前面的灭菌液喷洒装置和后面的干燥装置，所述灭菌室包括两个小室，分别是第一室和第二室，灭菌液喷洒装置在第一室内，干燥装置在第二室内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的包装材料成型机，其特征是：所述的灭菌装置是加热器件或紫外线灭菌器件。
