The fixing element for fixing the deflector unit is constructed integrally with the end cap unit.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention relates to a wiper blade device having a spoiler unit with at least one spoiler element.
It is proposed that the deflector element has at least one fixing element which is provided for fixing the wash water unit and is constructed integrally with the deflector element. A "wiper blade device" is to be understood to mean, in particular, at least one component, in particular a subassembly, of a wiper blade, wherein, in particular, an accessory unit for a wiper blade, for example, at least one wiper blade adapter and/or at least one end cap and/or at least one spray unit and/or at least one wash water channel element, may also be additionally included. In particular, the wiper blade device can also comprise the entire wiper blade. A "spoiler unit" is to be understood in this connection to mean, in particular, a unit which is provided for guiding an air inflow or a driving wind acting on the spoiler unit and/or on the wiper blade and/or for pressing the wiper blade against a surface to be cleaned, in particular a window to be cleaned. Preferably the deflector element is at least partly made of rubber and/or of at least partly elastic plastic. Preferably, the deflector element has at least one concave inflow surface. The spoiler unit faces away from the end cap unit, the wiper lip and/or from the wiper blade adapter. Advantageously, the spoiler unit extends at least for the most part over the, in particular entire, longitudinal extension of the wiper blade in an operating state. Preferably, the deflector element has at least one retaining element for fastening to the spring rail and/or the wiper strip. An "air inflow" is to be understood in this connection to mean, in particular, a flow which impinges on the deflector element at a certain air inflow speed. The term "air inflow velocity" is to be understood in this connection to mean, in particular, the velocity of the air inflow relative to at least one point of the deflector element. The deflector element is in particular a base body of the deflector element. In particular, the baffle element defines at least partially and advantageously at least largely the geometry of the baffle unit. The deflector element provides, inter alia, the main function of guiding the flow. The fastening element is in particular an element which is provided for fastening the deflector element in at least one installation state. The fastening element is provided in particular for fastening at least one part of the washing water unit, in particular at least one part of at least one article of the washing water unit, in at least one installation state. A "wash water unit" is to be understood to mean, in particular, a unit which is provided for receiving wash water and/or for conveying wash water and/or for discharging wash water, in particular along the longitudinal extension of the unit, in at least one operating state. "washing water" is to be understood in this connection to mean, in particular, a liquid suitable for washing and/or cleaning motor vehicle windows, such as, in particular, water, alcohol or a mixture having a water component, an antifreeze component and/or an alcohol component. Advantageously, the washing water unit is provided for at least acting together when cleaning the glass to be cleaned, in particular the motor vehicle glass to be cleaned. "integrally" is to be understood in particular to mean at least a material-to-material connection, for example by means of a welding process, a bonding process, an injection molding process and/or other processes which are considered appropriate by the skilled person and/or advantageously formed in one piece, for example by production from a cast part and/or by production in a single-component or multi-component injection molding process and advantageously from a separate blank. "provided" is to be understood in particular as meaning specially designed and/or equipped. An object is provided for a certain function, in particular, in the sense that the object fulfills and/or performs this certain function in at least one application and/or operating state.
By fastening the washing water unit to the fastening element of the deflector unit according to the invention, a simple fastening and/or good accessibility of the washing water unit can be achieved in particular. A high stability can be achieved in particular by the design according to the invention in the form of an integrated design of the fastening element and the air deflector element. In particular, losses of the wash water unit can be avoided in the operating state. In particular, different washing water units can be fastened to the fastening element, whereby in particular flexible designs can be achieved.
It is furthermore proposed that the fixing element extends over at least a major portion of the longitudinal extension of the baffle element. The term "longitudinal extension" of an object is to be understood in particular as the extension of the object in the longitudinal extension direction of the object. The "extension" of an object is to be understood in particular as the maximum distance between two points of the projection of the object on a plane. The term "longitudinal extension" of an object is to be understood in particular to mean a direction which is parallel to the longest side of a cuboid which encompasses the smallest imaginary geometric figure which also completely surrounds the object. In particular, the fixing element extends over a proportion of at least 20%, in particular at least 40%, advantageously at least 60%, particularly advantageously at least 80%, preferably at least 90% and particularly preferably at least 95% of the longitudinal extension of the baffle element. A particularly high flexibility in the fixing of the washing water unit on the deflector element can thereby be achieved. The washing water unit can be connected to the deflector unit, in particular at any desired point of the deflector unit.
Furthermore, it is proposed that the fastening element is arranged laterally on the air deflector element with respect to a wiping direction and/or with respect to a transverse extension direction of the air deflector unit. In particular, the fixing element, viewed in projection onto a plane which is oriented, in particular, at least substantially parallel to the glass to be cleaned, forms a boundary of the deflector element on the edge side. The term "transverse extension" of an object is understood to mean, in particular, a direction which is oriented perpendicularly to the longitudinal extension of the object. The transverse extent of the baffle unit is oriented, in particular, parallel to the glass to be cleaned. This makes it possible in particular to achieve a particularly good application of the washing water to the glass to be cleaned. The washing water can be applied to the window to be cleaned in particular in front of the wiper blade with the wiper blade device with respect to a washing direction. In particular, easy access to the fastening element and/or simple installation of the washing water unit can be achieved.
For example, the fastening element can have at least one contact surface, which can be provided for a material-fit connection with the washing water unit. Advantageously, the fastening element is provided for the non-positive and/or positive fastening of the washing water unit. Preferably, the fixing element is configured as a positioning element, which is provided for locking with the washing water unit. This makes it possible in particular to achieve a quick and/or simple mounting and/or dismounting of the washing water unit on and/or from the fastening element.
For example, the fastening element can be provided for at least partially engaging into and/or at least partially hooking over a corresponding positioning element in at least one installation state. Advantageously, the fastening element provides in particular at least one positioning receptacle. Preferably, the fastening element forms at least one positioning receptacle which is provided for receiving at least one part of the washing water unit, in particular at least one part of at least one article of the washing water unit. Advantageously, the fixing element is provided for at least partially receiving and/or enclosing at least one corresponding positioning element in at least one installation state. In particular, the corresponding positioning element is a shape of at least one outer portion and/or at least one outer shape of a part of the washing water unit, in particular of an article of the washing water unit, which in the mounted state in particular accommodates the fixing element. In at least one installation state, the washing water unit is clamped on the fixing element. Viewed in a cross-sectional plane, which is oriented in particular perpendicularly to the longitudinal extension of the fastening element, the fastening element has in particular an at least substantially oval shape which is open in particular toward one side. The fastening element can, for example, have an at least clip-like and/or groove-like shape when viewed in a cross-sectional plane which is oriented, in particular, perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the fastening element. The fastening element, when viewed in a cross-sectional plane, is oriented in particular perpendicularly to the longitudinal extension of the fastening element, in particular having an at least C-shaped form. The fixing element has in particular an at least substantially constant cross-sectional shape along the longitudinal extension of the fixing element. The cross-sectional shape of an object, in particular when viewed in a cross-sectional plane which is oriented in particular perpendicularly to the longitudinal extension of the object, is the shape of the object. This makes it possible in particular to achieve a secure fastening of the washing water unit. In particular, a simple mounting of the washing water unit on the fixing element and/or a simple dismounting of the washing water unit from the fixing element can be achieved.
Furthermore, it is proposed that a fastening element is provided for selectively fastening and in particular at least partially accommodating at least one spray unit of a washing water unit or at least one washing water channel element of a washing water unit or the spray unit and the washing water channel element. The washing water unit has in particular at least one spray unit, which can be fastened to the fastening element in particular in at least one installation state. The injection unit has in particular at least one fixing element corresponding to the fixing element. Advantageously, the corresponding fixing element is a corresponding positioning element. A "spray unit" is to be understood to mean, in particular, a unit which is provided to convey, in at least one operating state, at least one liquid in at least one spray direction, in particular to spray, at least one glass to be cleaned. The spray unit has in particular at least one nozzle element, which in at least one operating state is provided in particular for spraying at least one liquid onto the glass to be cleaned. The spray unit has in particular at least one passage element, which is provided in particular for connecting at least one washing water passage element and in particular for receiving washing water. The liquid may be, for example, water and/or wash water and/or a cleaning liquid. The spray direction is in particular oriented at least substantially perpendicularly to a surface of the spray unit, in particular a surface of a nozzle element of the spray unit. The spray direction is oriented in particular in a direction pointing away from the spray unit, in particular the nozzle element of the spray unit. For example, the spray direction can be oriented radially with respect to the wiper track. Advantageously, the spray direction is oriented at least substantially parallel to the wiping direction. In particular, a wiper blade with a wiper blade device wipes across the wiper track in the operating state. In particular, the washing water unit has at least one washing water channel element, which can be fastened to the fastening element, in particular in at least one installation state. The washing water channel element has in particular at least one fixing element corresponding to the fixing element. Advantageously, the corresponding fixing element is a corresponding positioning element. The fastening element is provided in particular for at least largely enclosing and/or accommodating at least one part of the corresponding fastening element, in particular of the spray unit and/or of the wash water channel element, in the installed state. In particular, an inner shape of the fastening element and in particular an outer shape of the corresponding fastening element of the spray unit and/or of the wash water channel element are configured in particular in a corresponding manner. A "washing water passage element" is to be understood in this connection to mean, in particular, a tubular element which is provided for conducting washing water. Preferably, the wash water channel element is a wash water hose and is advantageously flexibly and/or elastically configured. Alternatively, the wash water channel element may be at least substantially rigidly constructed. In this way, the loss of at least one article of the washing water unit in the operating state can be avoided. The spray unit can be arranged in particular in the vicinity of the glass to be cleaned. In particular, a protected arrangement of the wash water channel elements and/or protection against damage to at least a large part of the exposed wash water channel elements can be achieved.
It is furthermore proposed that the baffle unit is extruded, in particular co-extruded (produced). For example, the baffle element and the fastening element can be produced on one workpiece and in particular by means of a one-component extrusion process. Alternatively, the baffle element and the securing element may be manufactured by means of a multicomponent extrusion process. This makes it possible in particular to achieve high stability.
For example, the baffle element can be at least substantially asymmetrically formed and in particular can have an at least substantially asymmetrical shape. Advantageously, the baffle element is at least substantially mirror-symmetrically configured and in particular has an at least substantially mirror-symmetrical shape. The baffle element has in particular at least one plane of symmetry which is oriented in particular at least substantially perpendicularly to the glass to be cleaned. This makes it possible in particular to achieve a simple production of the baffle element.
A particularly well-cleaned pane can be realized by a washing water unit for a wiper blade device according to the invention.
A high stability and a good fixation of the washing water unit can be achieved by a spoiler unit for a wiper blade device according to the invention.
By means of a wiper blade with a wiper blade device according to the invention, an optimum cleaning of the window to be cleaned can be achieved in particular.
A particularly high stability can be achieved by a method for producing a wiper blade device according to the invention having a spoiler unit with at least one spoiler element and at least one fastening element, which is provided for fastening a washing water unit, wherein the spoiler element and the fastening element are integrally connected to one another. In particular, the baffle unit is extruded and/or coextruded (manufactured). The baffle element and the fixing element can for example be manufactured from the same material. Alternatively, the deflector element and the fixation element may for example be manufactured from different and/or various materials. In particular, a high stability can be achieved.
The wiper blade device according to the invention should not be limited to the above-described applications and embodiments. In particular, the wiper blade device can have a number which differs from the number of individual elements, components and units specified here in order to meet the operating mode described here.
