Abstract
The invention discloses an emergency unlocking device for a battery box, which comprises a lever (1), a supporting leg (2), a movable joint (3), a rotating shaft (4), a middle shaft (5), a pulling disc, a cylindrical pin (6) and a guide head (8), wherein the supporting leg (2) is hinged with the middle part of the lever (1); one end of the movable joint (3) is connected with the front end of the lever (1), the rotating shaft (4) is connected with the other end of the movable joint (3), the rotating shaft (4), the center shaft (5) and the guide head (8) are of hollow structures and are sequentially connected with each other through penetrating screws, and a cylindrical pin (6) is further arranged between the center shaft (5) and the pulling disc. The invention has simple structure, convenient operation, reliable control, and can be used as a vehicle-mounted tool for handheld operation, and can quickly unlock and shift the battery box when dangerous emergency occurs and the operation system fails; in addition, the device has low cost and is easy for large-scale production and popularization.

Background
With the continuous development of new energy technology, electric automobiles gradually become pets in the era. When the electric automobile suddenly risks and the operation system breaks down, the unlocking and the shifting work of the battery box can be manually completed through the unlocking device, however, the device is complex in structural design, more in unlocking steps, and needs to be assembled before use, and the operation is low in working efficiency, particularly in dangerous conditions, the emotion of a person is tense, and the complex unlocking steps are unfavorable for rapidly taking out the battery box. Therefore, it is particularly important to design the battery box emergency unlocking device which is simple in structure and convenient to carry and operate.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the emergency unlocking device for the battery box, which has the advantages of simple structure and convenience in operation, and can unlock the battery box rapidly when the electric automobile suddenly runs at risk and the running system fails, so that the emergency unlocking device is separated from a dangerous environment.

As an optimal scheme, two ends of the movable joint are respectively connected with the lever and the rotating shaft in a bolt connection mode.
As a preferable scheme, the pulling disc is provided with two pin holes, the distances between the two pin holes and the central axis of the pulling disc are the same, and the angle formed by the two pin holes and the central axis of the pulling disc is 0-30 degrees.
Preferably, the pulling disc is a trisection pulling disc.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the emergency unlocking device for the battery box comprises a lever, a supporting leg, a movable joint, a rotating shaft, a central shaft, a pull disc, a cylindrical pin and a guide head, wherein the supporting leg is hinged with the middle part of the lever; one end of the movable joint is hinged with the front end of the lever through a bolt, the rotating shaft is connected with the other end of the movable joint, the rotating shaft, the middle shaft and the guide head are of hollow structures and are sequentially connected with each other through screws penetrating the rotating shaft, and cylindrical pins are further arranged on the contact wall surface of the middle shaft and the pulling disc, so that the pulling disc can be driven to rotate when the middle shaft is rotated, and the pulling disc is a trisection pulling disc as a preferable scheme. Two pin holes are arranged on the trisection pulling disc, the distances between the two pin holes and the central axis of the pulling disc are the same, and the angle formed by the two pin holes and the central axis of the pulling disc is 0-30 degrees.
When the unlocking device is used, the trisection pulling disc (7) is placed into the battery box lock head A through the guide head (8), the trisection pulling disc (7) is clamped in the battery box lock head A through the rotary center shaft (5), then the supporting leg (2) is used for supporting the battery box lock head B, the lever (1) is pressed down, the supporting leg (2) presses down the lock head B to unlock the lock head A, meanwhile, the movable joint (3), the rotary shaft (4) and the center shaft (5) are driven, the lock head A clamped by the trisection pulling disc (7) is pulled out outwards, the lock pin connected with the lock head A is separated from the battery box bracket, and the battery box is unlocked manually.

An emergency unlocking device for a battery box is characterized in that: the device comprises a lever (1), a supporting leg (2), a movable joint (3), a rotating shaft (4), a middle shaft (5), a pulling disc, a cylindrical pin (6) and a guide head (8), wherein the supporting leg (2) is hinged with the middle part of the lever (1); one end of the movable joint (3) is connected with the front end of the lever (1), the rotating shaft (4) is connected with the other end of the movable joint (3), the rotating shaft (4), the center shaft (5) and the guide head (8) are of hollow structures and are sequentially connected with each other through penetrating screws, and a cylindrical pin (6) is further arranged between the center shaft (5) and the pulling disc;
the two ends of the movable joint (3) are respectively connected with the lever (1) and the rotating shaft (4) in a bolt way;
the pull disc is provided with two pin holes, the distances between the two pin holes and the central axis of the pull disc are the same, and the angle formed by the two pin holes and the central axis of the pull disc is 0-30 degrees.
