背景技术

根据本发明的一个实施例,本发明提供了一种用于切割蔬菜产品的切割机器。该切割机器包括:框架,该框架支承产品流动通路;至少三个连杆,该连杆可枢转地附接在框架上;以及切割板,该切割板在三个枢转点处可枢转地附接在各三个连杆上,并定向成基本垂直于流动通路。多个切割刀由切割板承载,各切割刀有大致波纹形形状,该大致波纹形形状确定了相邻的峰和沟槽,切割刀定向成相对彼此成角度。切割机器还包括驱动马达,该驱动马达连接成相对于框架旋转驱动至少一个连杆,因此切割板以轨道运动而在与流动通路基本垂直的平面中运动,从而使得切割刀相继和重复地横过产品流动通路运动。

如图1-4中所示,切割机器110大致包括支承框架132,该支承框架132支承供给导管126的一部分,并包括:控制壳体133,该控制壳体133包围系统控制器134等;以及驱动壳体135,供给导管126的末端穿过该驱动壳体135伸出。驱动马达136附接在马达安装件137上,该马达安装件137也附接在框架132上。驱动马达136和相关结构的另外视图在图5-9中表示。驱动马达设置成以控制速度沿轨道驱动栅格切割板114。如图所示,驱动马达136包括旋转输出轴138,该旋转输出轴138与输出滑轮140连接,该输出滑轮140再通过合适的驱动或楔形齿带142而与从动滑轮144连接。本领域技术人员应当知道,驱动滑轮140和从动滑轮144的相对速度将取决于这两个滑轮的相对直径。
从动滑轮144与输出轴146连接,该输出轴146由驱动壳体135支承,并旋转驱动曲柄连杆148a,该曲柄连杆是三个曲柄连杆148a-c中的一个。因此,马达136能够根据该马达136的速度而以选定速度驱动切割板114。马达的速度能够根据产品供给速度和其它参数而由系统控制器134来控制。如图中所示,各曲柄连杆148在枢转点149处可旋转地附接在驱动壳体135上,各曲柄连杆148的远端也可旋转地附接在栅格切割板114的三个枢转点150中的一个上。曲柄连杆能够各自包括配重151等,用于平滑的旋转操作。
在各曲柄连杆148的曲柄连杆枢转点149和切割板枢转点150之间的长度或距离L(图7)相同。在一个实施例中,该距离L是4英寸。栅格切割机器110的实施例还测试了距离L为5英寸。曲柄连杆148的其它长度也能够使用。因此,通过驱动第一曲柄连杆148a,驱动马达136驱动整个切割板114以轨道运动通过在切割位置130附近的大致圆形通路。该圆形通路定向在与产品流动通路128的中心线大致垂直的平面中。尽管马达136只驱动三个曲柄连杆148中的一个,但是其它两个曲柄连杆共同旋转,因为它们通过切割板而与第一曲柄连杆连接。这种结构并不包括任何附加的正时马达、滑轮或其它在曲柄连杆之间的连接件,因此避免了可能由于这些结构而产生的机械问题。全部三个曲柄连杆的同时旋转将只利用通过切割头部的连接件而实现。
更特别如图10中所示,栅格切割板114包括大致圆形切割区域151,该切割区域151近似中心布置在三个延伸部分152内,这三个延伸部分152包括与曲柄连杆148的端部枢转连接的连接件或枢转点150。栅格切割板114还包括形成于其中的中心孔154,以方便液压流体(例如水122)通过沿轨道驱动的板114运动。另外,需要时,栅格切割板114还能够包括多个较小孔155,这些较小孔155形成于整个板区域,由于另外的水释放流动。
栅格切割板114还承载多个栅格或波纹形切割刀116,在图中表示了四个这样的刀,该切割刀116以大致等角度排列而支承在切割板114的上游侧,因此刀116定向成大致间隔为大约90°。各切割刀116还与凹入斜面156(图10-11)连接,该凹入斜面156确定于切割板114的上游侧,相对于切割板的旋转方向在相关刀116的前部位置处。斜面156能够形成为切割板114的一部分,或者作为附接在板114上的单独结构。作为另一可选方案,各斜面能够与包括切割刀116的刀组件相连。连续的各产品(例如土豆)由液压流体122对着斜面156驱动,该斜面156将产品112引导成与相关切割刀116切割接合,且切片运行通过在与各刀116相关联的切割板114中的狭槽158(图11)。斜面156的特定角度与相关狭槽58的尺寸一起影响切片厚度。当通过各狭槽158排出时,切片向下游前进至收集系统,并能够进行脱水和进一步的生产处理,例如热烫、油炸和/或冷冻。作为斜面156的可选方案,其它结构可以用于将产品引导成与各刀116切割接合。例如,选定尺寸的狭槽能够设置于切割板114中并在各刀116附近,从而使得产品的随后下一个部分能够延伸至切割位置,相邻刀能够在该切割位置处切割切片。
图12表示了一个切割刀116的端视图,以便表示它的大致波纹形状的切割刃160。各切割刀116确定了峰和谷或沟槽形状,以便在相关产品(例如土豆112)中形成波纹形峰-沟槽切口。在附图所示的实施例中,多个切割刀116相同,尽管应当知道,刀并不都相同的切割结构也能够使用。
图13-16以90°增量表示了栅格切割板114相对于液压驱动的产品(例如土豆112)旋转一整圈,以便将产品切成有栅格或华夫饼形切口的切片。在这些图中,驱动壳体135的轮廓、两个曲柄连杆枢转点149和切割位置130以轮廓表示。因为这些结构并不相对于切割机器110运动,因此它们的位置提供了用于观察切割板114的运动的固定参考。为了清楚,切割刀标记为116a-d。应当知道,图13-16中的切割刀116a-d布置成与图1、3、5和7中所示的切割刀116相比相对于切割板114稍微不同。在图10和13-16中,刀116a-d的位置和方位相对于切割板114稍微不同,但是仍然定向成大致相互垂直。应当知道,刀116相对于切割板114的确切布置能够变化,而并不影响切割机器110的操作。
各曲柄连杆148沿顺时针方向旋转,因此使得切割板114以顺时针轨道运动来运动。由于该运动,各切割刀116以一定角度横过切割位置130,该角度大致垂直于紧接着前一个刀经过的方向。不过,因为整个切割板114以轨道运动来运动,因此切割刀的方位并不相对于切割位置130旋转。因此,各刀连续地以曲线运动来横过切割位置。本领域技术人员应当知道,刀的曲线运动的半径取决于在曲柄连杆148的两个枢转点149、150之间的长度(在图7中的L)。
如图13中所示,在第一或初始旋转位置中,全部三个曲柄连杆148定位在向上延伸方位(相对于它们的枢转点149),且配重151定向为朝下。在该初始位置中,最低的一个切割刀116a定位成横过切割位置30运动,并与产品112切割接合。由于切割板114的顺时针方向运动,最低切割刀116a的这种运动(在图中从左向右运动)在产品上形成大致水平的波纹形切口图形。应当知道,当在图13-16中应用于刀116a-d的切割方向时,术语“水平”和“竖直”仅仅是近似,并不是用于提议确切水平或竖直运动。在该运动中切割的切片沿下游方向通过狭槽158而从切割板114排出,并能够落入收集系统中。
参考图14,当曲柄连杆148沿顺时针方向旋转前进通过大约90°的角位移时(其中,曲柄连杆148相对于它的的枢转点149向右延伸,配重151向左延伸),在切割位置130处的产品112进入下一个斜面156,用于与连续的下一个刀116b切割接合。如由图中可见,在该位置中,切割刀大致向下运动,因此在产品上形成大致竖直的波纹形切口图形。因为该第二切口图形定向成与恰好前次在切割切片的相对侧面上切割的切口图形近似成直角或者垂直,因此在切片的相对侧面上的沟槽和脊的图形定向成相互成近似直角,因此产生栅格或华夫饼图形。根据切片的总厚度和刀116的波纹的相对深度,一个侧面的波纹沟槽能够与另一侧面的波纹沟槽相交,并产生在相对沟槽中有通孔的栅格或华夫饼图形。
参考图15,曲柄连杆148沿顺时针方向旋转前进通过大约90°的另一角位移,以使得产品112前进和与在切割板114的上游侧的下一个斜面156连续地接合。在该阶段,曲柄连杆148指向下,配重151定向成向上。在该运动过程中,下一个切割刀116c大致从右向左横过切割位置130运动,因此在产品上形成大致水平的波纹形切口图形,并从切割板114沿下游方向通过狭槽158而排出切割的切片。再有,因为切口图形定向成与恰好前次在切割切片的相对侧面上切割的切口图形近似成直角或垂直,从而导致另一切片在相对侧面上具有栅格或华夫饼形图形。
最后,参考图16,当切割板114继续它的轨道循环时,曲柄连杆148沿顺时针方向旋转前进通过大约90°的另一角位移,以使得产品112前进和与在切割板114的上游侧的下一个斜面156连续接合。在该阶段,曲柄连杆148指向左,配重151定向成向右。在该运动过程中,下一个切割刀116d大致向上横过切割位置130运动,因此在产品上形成大致竖直的波纹形切口图形,并从切割板114沿下游方向通过狭槽158而排出切割的切片。再有,该切口图形定向成与恰好前次在切割切片的相对侧面上切割的切口图形近似垂直,从而产生具有在相对侧面上的栅格或华夫饼形图形的另一切片。
因此,与各切割刀116接合产生了在产品中的波纹形切口图形,同时通过相关狭槽158而排出切割切片,用于进一步的生产处理。优选是,各切割切片有在其相对侧面上的、相互定向成大约直角的波纹形切口图形。
通过相对于各产品112沿液压流动通路128运行的速度来密切控制栅格切割板114的沿轨道旋转速度,能够控制各切割切片的单个厚度。在该方面,推动各产品112的液压流体能够以足够的质量流速来泵送,以便抵靠着斜面将各产品推动成与切片刀116切割接合,用于密切控制由斜面几何形状来管理的切片厚度。在一个操作示例中,栅格切割板114以大约1000rpm的速度沿轨道旋转,因此,当切割板114由驱动马达136旋转驱动时,四个切割刀116将每分钟进行4000次切割。通过这些参数,各土豆112的运行速度能够为大约80英尺每分钟(fpm),从而产生具有大约0.50英寸的峰-峰尺寸的切割切片厚度。当然,可选的斜面形状将导致可选的切片厚度。还应当知道,能够采用不同操作范围的切割板轨道速度和产品流速。例如,对于具有4英寸长度L的曲柄连杆148,切割机器110以1300rpm的速度操作。可以认为,操作速度通常很可能在500至1500rpm的范围内,且认为也能够使用更快的速度。
对于大约0.50英寸的峰-峰的切割切片厚度,由栅格切割板114承载的各切割刀116能够有稍微大于1/2切片厚度的沟槽或谷深度尺寸。通过这种几何形状,当在各切割切片的相对侧面上形成两个波纹形切口图形时,两个图形的沟槽至少稍微相交,以便在各切割切片中形成较小开口的图形。在一个实施例中,各切割刀116的高度尺寸选择为大约0.30英寸,以便形成具有大约0.20英寸乘以大约0.20英寸的大致矩形尺寸的较小开口,且峰-峰的切割切片厚度为大约0.50英寸。
本领域技术人员显然清楚本发明的栅格切割机器110的多种变化形式和改进。作为一个示例,在切割板114上的切片刀116的特定数目能够变化,且产品生产率相应变化。作为另一示例,各切割切片的厚度能够相对于刀的几何形状进行选择,以使得由切片刀116确定的波纹形沟槽并不相交,因此并不形成包括小孔图形的切割切片。也能够采用其它变化形式。
这里公开的栅格切刀的另一有利特征是,除了所示和所述的液压系统,该切刀还能够使用机械系统来进给。例如,产品能够使用皮带或链来送入切刀内。另外,切刀能够定向成使得产品流向下(竖直或以一定角度),以使得产品能够下落或滑入切刀内。因此,栅格切刀能够液压、机械或通过重力或者它们的任意组合来供给。
图1-16中所示和上面所述的栅格切割系统能够包含在用于输送和控制要切割的产品的多种系统中。用于这些系统的多个实施例在图17-19中表示。这些系统各自包括:输送系统,该输送系统设置成用于使得蔬菜产品以单列朝向出口输送;以及多个蔬菜切割机器,这些蔬菜切割机器布置在出口处。这些系统还包括选择装置,该选择装置设置成使得输送系统的出口选择地与一个或多个蔬菜切割机器连接。这样的系统能够很容易地改变切割方法,和/或更容易选择系统部件和将一些部件拿出用于清洁、维护等。
图17中表示了用于同时平行地使用多个水刀以便切割土豆的系统的视图。该系统大致包括各种尺寸的、整个土豆201的输入流200,该整个土豆首先送入土豆筛分机器202内,该土豆筛分机器202根据尺寸来分开土豆201,并将它们选择地排出至多个输送导管204a-c中的任意一个。在该实施例中,土豆筛分机器202操作为选择装置。各输送导管204通向泵储罐206,该泵储罐206将土豆201储存在液压流体208(例如水)中,准备送入相应水刀切割机器210内。各泵储罐206与泵212连接,该泵212将液压流体208和成单列的土豆201泵送给特定的水刀切割机器210。在三个机器的水刀系统中,如图所示,土豆201储存成较小、中等和较大的尺寸,并传送给不同尺寸的三个水刀切割机器210。通常为三个和四个切割机器系统,其它数目的机器也能够使用。
图17的系统还包括收集系统,该收集系统布置在蔬菜切割机器的下游,设置成在切割后收集蔬菜。具体地说,在通过相应切割机器210来切割后,土豆201进入公用收集槽214,该公用收集槽214通向脱水机器216。本领域技术人员应当知道,食品收集系统通常将食品收集在传送器带上、槽中或振动传送器上。网带传送器、固定筛或者振动传送器通常用于脱水。脱水机器使得液压流体(例如水)与土豆切片分离,并将切割和脱水的土豆切片排出成一串218(例如在传送器带或链上),并通过泵220和返回水管线222而使得水返回至泵储罐206。
图18中表示了用于选择地使用多个切片机器的另一系统的视图,其中,选择装置是切割机器输送装置,它选择地使得多个切割机器中的一个进入操作位置。在该结构中,筛分的土豆流240提供给泵储罐242,并朝向单个输送系统246的出口244泵送。多个切片机器248可运动地安装在导轨系统252的导轨250上。导轨系统252是切割机器输送装置,多个蔬菜切割机器248安装在该切割机器输送装置上。系统设置成选择地使得多个蔬菜切割机器248中的任意一个在与输送系统246的出口244连通的有效位置249a和表示在249b处的一个或多个无效位置之间运动。
各切割机器248包括在它的进口端处的可释放连接器254,该可释放连接器254设置成用于选择地使得相应蔬菜切割机器248与输送系统246的出口244可释放地连接。各切割机器248还包括在它的出口端处的可释放连接器256,该可释放连接器256设置成用于选择地使得相应蔬菜切割机器248与收集系统或收集槽258的进口可释放地连接,该收集系统或收集槽258布置在蔬菜切割机器248的下游。如上所述,收集系统258设置成在切割后收集蔬菜切片,并能够通向脱水系统等。
在图18的系统中,希望用于特殊产品的切刀248能够滚入布置在导轨250上,并通过可释放连接件254、256而与输送系统246和收集系统258快速连接。这种结构使得多种切割机器(例如环形和栅格切刀)通过导轨系统252而添加在水刀系统上。这能够在不同类型的机器之间快速地选择和转换,还能够更容易将一个机器取出以便用于清洁或维护。
另一方法在图19中表示,该图19提供了用于通过选择调节在水输送系统中的阀来选择地平行使用多个切片机器的系统的视图。在该实施例中,筛分的土豆流260提供给泵储罐262,然后朝向单个输送系统266的出口264泵送。在该实施例中,不是使得不同切割机器运动至操作位置,而是切刀静止,产品通过打开或关闭在管路系统中的阀而引导到合适切刀和从合适切刀引导出。具体地说,在该系统中的选择装置包括:多个输送阀268,这些输送阀268布置成与输送系统266的出口264连通;以及多个输送延伸部分270,各输送延伸部分270从该多个输送阀268中的一个延伸至该多个蔬菜切割机器272中的一个。这种结构能够用于在使用多个不同类型的切割机器之间选择地转换。还可以用于同时使用多个相同类型的切割机器。也可以有其它的使用。
图19中所示的系统还包括多个选择阀274,各选择阀274布置在蔬菜切割机器272下游的收集系统276中。多个收集系统延伸部分278从各收集阀274延伸至收集系统276的公共部分。如上所述,收集系统276能够设置成在切割后收集蔬菜切片,并能够通向脱水系统等。通过该系统,在不同切割机器272之间的选择很快速,且通过在产品输送延伸导管270中选择较大半径的弯管274来减少或避免产品损坏。导管也能够重新布置,以便形成流动通路和省略阀。例如,流动通路能够在需要时由管部件和快速连接器来装配,而不需要阀。这种选择能够帮助减少产品由于与阀的内部部件接触而损坏的危险。
应当知道,上述结构是本发明原理应用的示例说明。本领域普通技术人员显然知道,在不脱离如权利要求中所述的本发明原理和概念的情况下能够进行多种变化。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于切割蔬菜产品的切割系统,包括:
输送系统,所述输送系统具有出口,设置成用于将蔬菜产品成单列朝向出口输送;
多个蔬菜切割机器;
收集系统,所述收集系统布置在蔬菜切割机器的下游,并设置成收集切割后的蔬菜;以及
选择装置,所述选择装置设置成选择地使得输送系统的出口与所述蔬菜切割机器中的一个或多个连接,
其中:选择装置包括:
切割机器输送装置,所述多个蔬菜切割机器安装于所述切割机器输送装置上,所述切割机器输送装置设置成选择地使得所述多个蔬菜切割机器中的一个运动成与输送系统的出口连通,
其中:切割机器输送装置包括导轨系统,蔬菜切割机器可滚转地安装于导轨系统上,并可在有效位置和一个或多个无效位置之间运动;
各蔬菜切割机器还包括:
第一可释放连接器,所述第一可释放连接器设置成用于使得相应蔬菜切割机器与输送系统的出口选择地连接;以及
第二可释放连接器,所述第二可释放连接器设置成用于使得相应蔬菜切割机器与收集系统选择地连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的切割系统,其中:选择装置包括:
筛分机器,所述筛分机器设置成根据尺寸来分开蔬菜;以及
输送系统的多个离散部分,各离散部分用于将给定尺寸范围的蔬菜从筛分机器输送至多个出口,各出口与特定蔬菜切割机器连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的切割系统,其中:输送系统包括多个导管,这些导管使液压流体流过,液压流体推动蔬菜通过导管,且所述切割系统还包括脱水系统,所述脱水系统与收集系统连接,设置成使得已切割的蔬菜与液压流体分离和使得液压流体返回至输送系统。
4.根据权利要求1所述的切割系统,其中:所述多个蔬菜切割机器包括水刀、环形切刀和栅格切割机器中的至少一种。
5.一种用于切割蔬菜产品的切割系统,包括:
输送系统,所述输送系统具有出口;
多个蔬菜切割机器;
收集系统,所述收集系统布置在蔬菜切割机器的下游,并设置成收集切割后的蔬菜;以及
载体,所述多个蔬菜切割机器安装在载体上,所述载体设置成选择地使得所述多个蔬菜切割机器中的一个运动成与输送系统的出口连通,
其中:所述载体包括导轨系统,蔬菜切割机器可滚转地安装于导轨系统上,并可在有效位置和一个或多个无效位置之间运动;
各蔬菜切割机器还包括:
第一可释放连接器,所述第一可释放连接器设置成用于使得相应蔬菜切割机器与输送系统的出口选择地连接;以及
第二可释放连接器,所述第二可释放连接器设置成用于使得相应蔬菜切割机器与收集系统选择地连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的切割系统,其还包括:
筛分机器,所述筛分机器设置成根据尺寸来分开蔬菜;以及
输送系统的多个离散部分,各离散部分用于将给定尺寸范围的蔬菜从筛分机器输送至出口的一部分,其中,所述载体设置成使多个蔬菜切割机器在出口的各部分之间选择地交替。
7.根据权利要求5所述的切割系统,其中:输送系统包括多个导管,这些导管使液压流体流过,液压流体推动蔬菜通过导管,所述切割系统还包括脱水系统,所述脱水系统与收集系统连接,设置成使得已切割的蔬菜与液压流体分离和使得液压流体返回至输送系统。
8.根据权利要求5所述的切割系统,其中:所述多个蔬菜切割机器包括水刀、环形切刀和栅格切割机器中的至少一种。
