技术领域
本发明涉及纸品加工技术领域,具体为一种纸品剪裁机构。
背景技术
在纸品加工生产流程中,需要对纸板进行裁剪,目前的生产线均为机械化连续生产线,运行速度较快,现有的纸板裁剪装置在运行时容易受到机器震动的影响,裁偏现象较多,直接导致了不合格品的产生,资源浪费,同时在裁剪的同时,纸屑会吸附到裁刀上,影响裁剪的效率,还会造成纸品的质量下降。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种纸品剪裁机构,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种纸品剪裁机构,包括纸品传送设备、主体支架和气泵,所述纸品传送设备的上端面架设有传送带,所述传送带的两端均固定安装有驱动电机,所述传送带的两侧均固定安装有导向架,所述导向架的内侧转动连接有导轮,所述主体支架固定安装在纸品传送设备的下端,所述气泵通过固定架固定安装在纸品传送设备的上端,所述气泵的下端安装有气压推杆,所述气压推杆的下端固定安装有刀架,所述刀架的两侧固定安装有导杆,所述刀架的两端通过导向管与导杆套接,所述刀架的下端固定安装有刀盘,所述刀盘的下端面固定安装有裁刀。
优选的,所述主体支架的底部固定安装有缓冲垫。
优选的,所述纸品传送设备的外侧固定安装有控制器,所述气泵、驱动电机均与控制器电性连接。
优选的,所述裁刀的两侧开设有气孔,所述气孔通过导管与气泵连通。
优选的,所述导杆的下端固定安装有弹簧件。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该纸品剪裁机构结构合理,实用性高,在传输设备上安装导轮对裁切中的纸板起到导向与限位作用,防止纸板在裁切时因为震动而出现裁偏,导致不合格品,同时在主体支架上安装缓冲垫,减少了整体装置的震动,使结构更加稳定,同时使用气压装置提供裁剪刀的动力,在裁减过程中更加平滑,同时在刀盘上开设气孔,在裁剪时可及时将纸屑清除,整体而言操作更加方便,裁剪效率更高,裁剪之后的产品质量更好。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种纸品剪裁机构,包括纸品传送设备5、主体支架7和气泵11,所述纸品传送设备5的上端面架设有传送带18,所述传送带18的两端均固定安装有驱动电机14,所述传送带18的两侧均固定安装有导向架16,所述导向架16的内侧转动连接有导轮17,所述主体支架7固定安装在纸品传送设备5的下端,所述主体支架7的底部固定安装有缓冲垫13,用于减震,所述气泵11通过固定架3固定安装在纸品传送设备5的上端,所述气泵11的下端安装有气压推杆10,所述气压推杆10的下端固定安装有刀架1,所述刀架1的两侧固定安装有导杆9,用于导向和限位,所述导杆9的下端固定安装有弹簧件4,用于刀架1的复位和减震,所述刀架1的两端通过导向管2与导杆9套接,使结构更加稳定,所述刀架1的下端固定安装有刀盘8,所述刀盘8的下端面固定安装有裁刀6,所述裁刀6的两侧开设有气孔12,所述气孔12通过导管与气泵11连通,用于吹散加工中产生的纸屑,所述纸品传送设备5的外侧固定安装有控制器15,所述气泵11、驱动电机14均与控制器15电性连接,用以控制裁剪进程。
工作原理:在使用时,将此机构安装在纸品加工流水线的末端,使产品进入纸品传送设备5上,纸品在两侧导向架16的导轮17之间进行传送,确保在传送的过程中不会发生偏离的情况,同时在控制器15的作用下,当纸品到达一特定区域后,启动气泵11,通过气压推杆10的作用下,使用裁刀6对纸品进行裁剪,在每次裁剪时,气泵11通过气孔12将造成的纸屑吹走,防止纸屑影响裁剪效果。

1.一种纸品剪裁机构,包括纸品传送设备(5)、主体支架(7)和气泵(11),其特征在于:所述纸品传送设备(5)的上端面架设有传送带(18),所述传送带(18)的两端均固定安装有驱动电机(14),所述传送带(18)的两侧均固定安装有导向架(16),所述导向架(16)的内侧转动连接有导轮(17),所述主体支架(7)固定安装在纸品传送设备(5)的下端,所述气泵(11)通过固定架(3)固定安装在纸品传送设备(5)的上端,所述气泵(11)的下端安装有气压推杆(10),所述气压推杆(10)的下端固定安装有刀架(1),所述刀架(1)的两侧固定安装有导杆(9),所述刀架(1)的两端通过导向管(2)与导杆(9)套接,所述刀架(1)的下端固定安装有刀盘(8),所述刀盘(8)的下端面固定安装有裁刀(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸品剪裁机构,其特征在于:所述主体支架(7)的底部固定安装有缓冲垫(13)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸品剪裁机构,其特征在于:所述纸品传送设备(5)的外侧固定安装有控制器(15),所述气泵(11)、驱动电机(14)均与控制器(15)电性连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸品剪裁机构,其特征在于:所述裁刀(6)的两侧开设有气孔(12),所述气孔(12)通过导管与气泵(11)连通。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸品剪裁机构,其特征在于:所述导杆(9)的下端固定安装有弹簧件(4)。
