Abstract

本发明提供风力发电叶片用的焊接工装,它包括有底架、升降托梁,其中,底架底部设有行走轮,行走轮外侧的底架上设有地平支撑脚,底架顶部前侧两端设有立柱,底架顶部后侧设有斜梁,两条立柱相对一侧的上部设有导向槽,两条立柱下部之间通过连接横梁连接固定,升降托梁两端活动嵌装在导向槽内,升降托梁上设有承托孔,承托孔内活动插装有插销,升降托梁中心处设有轴套,升降螺杆顶部与调节手轮相连接,升降螺杆底部与轴承环相连接,地平支撑脚由支撑螺杆和地垫板构成,支撑螺杆顶部设有螺杆手轮,支撑螺杆底部穿过底架与地垫板连接。采用本方案后操作方便、劳动强度低、使用效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及新能源技术领域,尤其是指风力发电叶片用的焊接工装。
背景技术
风力发电作为一种清洁的可再生能源,具有广泛的发展前景。风能储量大,广泛发展风力发电是解决中国能源供应不足的有效途径;风力发电属于清洁能源的应用,是减少温室气体排放的有效途径。现有的风力发电装置都是大型的,其风力发电叶片大而且重,叶片在焊接固定环时大多是通过吊车或行车吊装焊接,这种吊装焊接时容易偏移,需要多人配合定位。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种风力发电叶片用的操作方便、劳动强度低、使用效果好的焊接工装。
为实现上述目的,本发明所提供的技术方案为:风力发电叶片用的焊接工装,它包括有底架、升降托梁,其中,底架底部设有行走轮,行走轮外侧的底架上设有地平支撑脚,底架顶部前侧两端设有立柱,底架顶部后侧设有与立柱下部相连接的斜梁,两条立柱相对一侧的上部设有导向槽,两条立柱下部之间通过连接横梁连接固定,升降托梁两端活动嵌装在导向槽内,升降托梁上设有多组承托孔,承托孔内活动插装有插销,插销与风力发电叶片的固定环环孔相配合,升降托梁中心处设有轴套,升降螺杆顶部与调节手轮相连接,升降螺杆底部穿过轴套和升降托梁后向下与连接横梁上的轴承环相连接,地平支撑脚由支撑螺杆和地垫板构成,支撑螺杆顶部设有螺杆手轮,支撑螺杆底部穿过底架与地垫板连接。
所述的地垫板上设有球槽,支撑螺杆底部设有万向球,万向球活动嵌装在球槽内。
所述的升降螺杆与轴套之间为啮合连接。
所述的立柱垂直固定在底架两端。
所述的连接横梁底部两端设有倾斜的加强梁。
本发明在采用上述方案后,焊接时,先将固定环竖起放在底架上,通过升降螺杆调节好升降托梁的高度,调节的高度以承托孔对准固定环环孔即可,将插销从承托孔一侧插入穿过固定环环孔后再通过螺母锁紧,将底座推至风力发电叶片的焊接端,将地平支撑脚下旋使其支撑在地面,通过升降螺杆调节使升降托梁的高度对应风力发电叶片的焊接端高度,使固定环与风力发电叶片对应即可进行焊接,采用本方案后操作方便、劳动强度低、使用效果好。

下面结合所有附图对本发明作进一步说明,本发明的较佳实施例为:参见附图1,本实施例所述的风力发电叶片用的焊接工装包括有底架1、升降托梁8,其中,底架1底部设有行走轮6,行走轮6外侧的底架1上设有地平支撑脚,底架1顶部前侧两端设有立柱2,立柱2垂直固定在底架1两端,底架1顶部后侧设有与立柱2下部相连接的斜梁7,两条立柱2相对一侧的上部设有导向槽3,两条立柱2下部之间通过连接横梁4连接固定,升降托梁8两端活动嵌装在导向槽3内,升降托梁8上设有多组承托孔9,承托孔9内活动插装有插销10,插销10与风力发电叶片的固定环环孔11相配合,升降托梁8中心处设有轴套12,升降螺杆13顶部与调节手轮14相连接,升降螺杆13底部穿过轴套12和升降托梁8后向下与连接横梁4上的轴承环相连接,连接横梁4底部两端设有倾斜的加强梁5,所述的升降螺杆13与轴套12之间为啮合连接,地平支撑脚由支撑螺杆和地垫板构成,支撑螺杆顶部设有螺杆手轮,支撑螺杆底部穿过底架1与地垫板连接,地垫板上设有球槽,支撑螺杆底部设有万向球,万向球活动嵌装在球槽内。

1.风力发电叶片用的焊接工装,其特征在于:它包括有底架(1)、升降托梁(8),其中,底架(1)底部设有行走轮(6),行走轮(6)外侧的底架(1)上设有地平支撑脚,底架(1)顶部前侧两端设有立柱(2),底架(1)顶部后侧设有与立柱(2)下部相连接的斜梁(7),两条立柱(2)相对一侧的上部设有导向槽(3),两条立柱(2)下部之间通过连接横梁(4)连接固定,升降托梁(8)两端活动嵌装在导向槽(3)内,升降托梁(8)上设有多组承托孔(9),承托孔(9)内活动插装有插销(10),插销(10)与风力发电叶片的固定环环孔(11)相配合,升降托梁(8)中心处设有轴套(12),升降螺杆(13)顶部与调节手轮(14)相连接,升降螺杆(13)底部穿过轴套(12)和升降托梁(8)后向下与连接横梁(4)上的轴承环相连接,地平支撑脚由支撑螺杆和地垫板构成,支撑螺杆顶部设有螺杆手轮,支撑螺杆底部穿过底架(1)与地垫板连接;
升降螺杆(13)与轴套(12)之间为啮合连接;
连接横梁(4)底部两端设有倾斜的加强梁(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的风力发电叶片用的焊接工装,其特征在于:风力发电叶片用的焊接工装,地垫板上设有球槽,支撑螺杆底部设有万向球,万向球活动嵌装在球槽内。
