The existing foam fire fighting truck is added with one or more sets of annular pump negative pressure type or positive pressure type foam proportion mixing devices on an original truck waterway system, so that foam and water form a certain proportion, generally the proportion of the water and foam liquid is not more than 8%, and finally the foam and foam liquid are output in a form of foam mixed liquid to achieve the purpose of fire extinguishing.
Because the foam proportional mixing device is basically matched according to the rated flow of a water pump of an original vehicle, particularly for a foam fire fighting vehicle provided with the conventional positive pressure type foam proportional mixing device, the chassis power of the foam fire fighting vehicle not only needs to meet the power required by the water pump, but also needs to meet the power required by the positive pressure type foam proportional mixing device, so that the flow of foam liquid is generally small and is not enough for external conveying (the ring pump negative pressure type foam proportional mixing device does not have the capability of outputting foam stock liquid externally).
In many medium and large-scale fires, particularly petrochemical fires, a large number of foam fire trucks are needed, but due to limited sites, the number of the foam fire trucks which can really approach the fire scene for putting out a fire is very small, and a large number of the foam fire trucks can only carry out reinforcement on the periphery, so that the embarrassment situation that foam of a front truck is used up and foam stoste cannot be conveyed by a rear truck is caused, and the putting out of the fire is seriously influenced.
Disclosure of Invention

4. the foam stock solution can be provided for one or more foam fire engines through the foam tanks carried by the foam tanks and also through an external suction mode.

Wherein, the foam pump 2 can be a rotor pump or other volumetric pumps such as a gear pump; an unloading valve 10 is arranged between the foam liquid inlet pipeline 6 and the foam liquid outlet pipeline 7; the power of the foam pump 2 is provided by a power source 11, and the power source 11 can be any power device such as a power takeoff, an electric motor, a hydraulic motor, a pneumatic motor and a stand-alone engine.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, an original negative pressure foam proportioner is retained on the basis of an existing foam fire fighting truck, and a set of the foam supply and delivery device is added, wherein a foam liquid inlet pipeline 6 and a foam liquid outlet pipeline 7 are respectively arranged on two sides of an inlet and an outlet of a foam pump 2 and are respectively connected with a foam tank of the novel foam fire fighting truck; in another embodiment, an original foam proportioning mixer (positive and negative pressure type) is eliminated on the basis of the existing foam fire fighting truck, and a set of foam supply and conveying device is added.
In order to meet various requirements and ensure structural diversity, applicability and reliability, the power source 11 for driving the foam pump 2 may be any power device such as a power takeoff, an electric motor, a hydraulic motor, a pneumatic motor, an independent engine, and the like. In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the drive portion of the foam pump 2 is coupled to a power source 11 via a drivetrain 4, where the power source 11 is a self-contained engine, such as a gas or oil-fired engine. In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the power source includes a hydraulic motor and a hydraulic speed regulation circuit, the hydraulic speed regulation circuit includes an oil tank, an oil pump, an overflow valve, a proportional speed regulation valve 16, a reversing valve, and a buffer oil-filling valve 17, wherein the buffer oil-filling valve 17 is connected in parallel to the oil inlet and the oil outlet of the hydraulic motor. The rotating speed of the hydraulic motor is controlled by adjusting the proportional speed regulating valve 16, and further the flow of the foam pump is controlled.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, an air communication valve 13 is added to the original foam tank 3, when the foam is sucked from the foam tank, the pressure in the foam tank decreases and negative pressure is generated to form vacuum, and in order to avoid damage to the foam tank, the air communication valve 13 is automatically opened to balance the pressure of the foam tank with the external air; when foam is injected into the foam tank, the pressure inside the foam tank is increased, and in order to prevent the foam tank from being damaged, the air communication valve 13 is automatically opened, so that the air pressure of the foam tank and the external air is balanced.
In one embodiment, the foam intake line 6 may draw foam out or from a foam tank. The foam liquid outlet pipeline 7 can respectively output foam stock solution to a foam tank, a waterway system and other foam fire engines. For this purpose, several liquid supply hoses are provided to accommodate a plurality of foam inlet ports 12 and a plurality of foam outlet ports 9, respectively.
The invention can greatly improve the foam liquid suction and supply capacity of the foam fire fighting truck (the traditional foam fire fighting truck can only suck the foam stock solution through the foam liquid suction port of the foam proportional mixer arranged on the truck, and the sucked foam solution can only directly participate in the circulation of the fire pump to form foam mixed solution, but can not inject the foam solution into the foam tank of the fire pump), and add the liquid supply capacity of the foam fire fighting truck to other main fighting trucks (according to the flow of the foam pump arranged on the novel foam fire fighting truck, the foam stock solution can be simultaneously provided for one or more main fighting trucks), and the foam fire fighting trucks which do not directly participate in fighting on site can be connected in series, thereby effectively utilizing the stock foam stock solution in the foam tanks of the foam fire fighting trucks. Through the measures, the fire extinguishing performance and the use reliability of the novel foam fire fighting truck are effectively improved, the combined operation capacity with a main fighting truck is greatly improved, the utilization rate of the stored foam stock solution on the accident site is effectively improved, the working time for transporting the foam solution is shortened, and the fire extinguishing efficiency is greatly improved.
