环保酵素在烤烟种植过程中的使用方法,(1)烤烟移栽后每10‑15天将环保酵素液1000~1500倍液浇施,每株烟浇800~1000毫升,直至烟株封顶,共浇施5‑6次;(2)烟株进入成熟期后,上、中、下部叶成熟时用环保酵素液1000~1500倍液叶面各喷施1次,每亩用量50~60公斤。使用本发明的有益效果是,对烟株生长有明显促进作用,对控制烟草赤星病的危害有一定作用,烟叶含钾量有显著提高,对提高烟叶品质有明显著效果,烟叶含钾量可上等烟比例提高11.76%—0.02%,亩产值提高628.96元—159.17元。

[0002] 酵素菌技术始创于日本,酵素菌是由细菌、丝状菌、酵母菌组成的能产生多种生物 催化分解酶,其有益生物群体包含三属、二十四种,这些生物菌群在培养繁殖过程中能产生 淀粉酶、蛋白酶、脂肪酶、乳酸酶等十几种不同类的酶,催化分解秸秆、杂草、木肩等有机物 质,形成腐殖质,产物被植物吸收的活性元素,还能降低化肥农药吸收的活性元素和溶解固 化的磷、钾及微量元素,增加土壤有效养分的含量。酵素菌技术,为农业可持续发展带来了 新的希望。该技术可有效地解决农业生产中的化肥公害,农药污染,土壤板结,污染环境等 问题。目前的酵素菌技术在种植业上,主要有以下3项技术:利用酵素菌制作发酵的堆肥和 土曲子来改良土壤;使用经BYM发酵的有机质肥料,如高级粒状肥、BYM粒状全元肥、磷酸粒 状肥、鸡粪类粒状肥、有机质发酵液肥等;为提高农作物品质而进行叶面喷洒的叶面肥。 [0003]酵素菌技术自1994年引入我国以来,尽管在种植业、养殖业多个领域取得较好的 应用效果,但也存在不少问题。首先,酵素菌技术从日本移植到我国,日本磐亚株式会社从 未转让酵素菌原菌生产技术也未告知各种有益菌名称及其比例,各厂家均得从日本进口原 菌再生产放大菌这几乎成了企业发展的一大瓶颈,导致企业经营生产成本也较高,酵素技 术应用成本也较高,成为农业生产酵素菌技术应用的一大障碍。其次,微生物作为生物活物 质,对气候、温度、湿度及原材料等依赖程度很大,加上不同地域、不同公司依据不同的原材 料调节生产工艺,甚至有的根据不同作物需肥特性将有机肥掺混无机化肥而制成特种作物 专用肥,从而造成酵素肥鱼龙混杂、品质不一,极大地影响到了酵素菌技术的推广应用效 果。
[0004] 近年来,泰国的乐素昆博士 (Dr.Rosukon)将30多年来研究环保酵素的秘密完全公 开,将环保酵素推广应用到了生活中的方方面面。所谓环保酵素,是发酵过程的一种,是对 混合了糖和水的厨余(鲜垃圾),经厌氧发酵后产生的棕色液体的通俗称法,所产生的发酵 液体有酸性的刺激气味。在农业方面,利用作物秸杆、杂草和生活中厨余(鲜垃圾,如蔬菜、 瓜果皮)废弃物,混合黑糖、水,经发酵后形成酵素菌液可作为天然肥料,施用到农作物上也 取得了非常好的应用效果。国内己有通过混合了糖和水和其它果蔬、果皮、鲜垃圾等经厌氧 发酵后产生酵素的报道。但对环保酵素液在烟叶生产上对烤烟产量品质影响的研宄,尚未 见公开文献报道应用于烤烟栽培技术。
发明内容
[0005] 本发明的目的是提供环保酵素在烤烟种植过程中的应用及其使用方法,达到改良 土壤和改善烟叶品质,减少农药化肥使用的目的。

[0007] 环保酵素在烤烟种植过程中的应用及其使用方法,(1)烤烟移栽后每10-15天将自 制的环保酵素液1000〜1500倍液浇施,每株烟浇800〜1000毫升,直至烟株封顶,共浇施4-6 次;(2)烟株进入成熟期后,上、中、下部叶成熟时用环保酵素液1000〜1500倍液叶面各喷施 1次,每亩用量5〇〜6〇公斤〇
[0008] 本发明的有益效果是,能使土壤变得疏松,通透性能好,保水,促进土壤养分的转 化和烟株吸收,提高肥料利用率,并能使土壤有机质含量不断提高。土壤形成有益微生物的 群体优势,抑制有害微生物的繁殖。在田间生产上表现为促进烟株生长,减少病害发生,烤 后烟叶含钾量和上等烟比例显著提高,本发明对烟株生长有明显促进作用,对控制烟草赤 星病的危害有一定作用,对提高烟叶品质有明显著效果,烟叶含钾量提高〇.1〜0 •8%,上等 烟比例提高11.76 %〜0.2 %,亩产值提高628 • 96元〜159 • 17元。

1.环保酵素在烤烟种植过程中的使用方法,其特征是,(1)烤烟移栽后每10-15天将环 保酵素液1000〜1500倍液浇施,每株烟浇800〜1000毫升,直至烟株封顶,共浇施5-6次;(2) 烟株进入成熟期后,上、中、下部叶成熟时用环保酵素液1000〜1500倍液叶面各喷施1次,每 亩用量50〜60公斤。
