一种无线局域网中的资源指示的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:接入点生成包含前导的数据帧,所述前导中包含信令指示B部分SIG‑B,所述信令指示B部分SIG‑B包括公共部分和位于所述公共部分之后的用户部分;所述公共部分用于指示被调度的站点的数量、所述被调度的站点的标识信息和所述被调度的站点的通信资源信息在所述用户部分中的位置;所述用户部分用于指示所述被调度的站点的通信资源信息,所述通信资源信息包括资源指示信息、数据部分的MCS信息、空间流数信息或者功率控制信息;发送所述数据帧。
