In a tenth implementation manner of the ninth aspect, before the signal transceiver broadcasts the relay request information, the processor is further configured to determine whether a downlink out-of-step indication is received, whether a preset number of downlink out-of-step indications are continuously received, and whether uplink data is received;
and if the second user equipment receives downlink out-of-step instructions, or continuously receives a preset number of downlink out-of-step instructions, or receives uplink data, the signal transceiver broadcasts relay request information.
In an eleventh implementation manner of the ninth aspect, in the tenth implementation manner of the ninth aspect, the relay request information carries: the second user equipment performs any one or more parameters of a second quality measurement value after the quality measurement on the received reference signal, request information for requesting the first user equipment to feed back resource pool configuration information, and a PLMN to which the second user equipment belongs.
The invention provides a relay method, user equipment and a base station, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the base station sends first configuration information to first user equipment, indicates the first user equipment to acquire whether the first user equipment is available according to the first configuration information, when the second configuration information is available, the second user equipment is indicated to acquire whether the second user equipment is available according to the second configuration information, so that the first user equipment can establish the connection with the base station when the second configuration information is available, thereby ensuring that the selected first user equipment is the available relay user equipment and ensuring that the selected second user equipment is the available user equipment to be relayed, therefore, the communication strength between the selected relay user equipment and the base station is ensured, and the user equipment to be relayed can establish connection with the base station through the relay user equipment and carry out data communication with the base station.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
A user equipment, as referred to herein, may be a wireless terminal, which may refer to a device providing voice and/or data connectivity to a user, a handheld device having wireless connection capability, or other processing device connected to a wireless modem. Wireless terminals, which may be mobile terminals such as mobile telephones (or "cellular" telephones) and computers having mobile terminals, such as portable, pocket, hand-held, computer-included, or vehicle-mounted mobile devices, may communicate with one or more core networks via a Radio Access Network (e.g., RAN). For example, Personal Communication Service (PCS) phones, cordless phones, Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) phones, Wireless Local Loop (WLL) stations, Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs), and the like. A wireless Terminal may also be referred to as a system, a Subscriber Unit (Subscriber Unit), a Subscriber Station (Subscriber Station), a Mobile Station (Mobile), a Remote Station (Remote Station), an Access point (Access point), a Remote Terminal (Remote Terminal), an Access Terminal (Access Terminal), a User Terminal (User Terminal), a User Agent (User Agent), a User Device (User Device), or a User equipment (User equipment).
In addition, the term "and/or" herein is only one kind of association relationship describing an associated object, and means that there may be three kinds of relationships, for example, a and/or B, which may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. In addition, the character "/" herein generally indicates that the former and latter related objects are in an "or" relationship.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an embodiment of a relay method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, including:

The user equipment within the coverage of the base station network may be in a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connected state or an RRC idle state. When the user equipment is in the RRC connected state, the user equipment may receive the first configuration information or the second configuration information sent by the base station through dedicated signaling or a channel, or receive the first configuration information or the second configuration information broadcasted by the base station. When the user equipment is in an RRC idle state, the user equipment may receive the first configuration information or the second configuration information broadcast by the base station.
Further, in order to improve the transmission efficiency of the first configuration information or the second configuration information, before step 201, the method may further include: the base station receives the capability information sent by the first user equipment with the relay capability. Correspondingly, step 201 may specifically be that the base station sends the first configuration information to the first user equipment according to the capability information. And/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
prior to step 202, the method may further comprise: and the base station receives the capability information transmitted by the second user equipment with the relay request capability. Correspondingly, step 202 may specifically be that the base station sends the second configuration information to the second user equipment according to the capability information.
The first user equipment with relay capability refers to an equipment which can provide wireless relay service for user equipment out of network coverage or user equipment with poor network signals in the network coverage. The second user equipment with relay request capability refers to user equipment which is out of the network coverage and can request relay or user equipment which is in the network coverage and can request relay with poor network signal.
In this embodiment, the base station sends first configuration information to the first user equipment, and instructs the first user equipment to know whether the first user equipment is available according to the first configuration information, so as to establish a connection with the base station for the second user equipment when the first user equipment is available, and/or the base station sends second configuration information to the second user equipment, and instructs the second user equipment to know whether the second user equipment is available according to the second configuration information, so as to establish a connection with the base station through the first user equipment when the second user equipment is available, thereby ensuring that the selected first user equipment is an available relaying user equipment, and ensuring that the selected second user equipment is an available relaying user equipment, thereby ensuring the communication strength between the selected relaying user equipment and the base station, so that the relaying user equipment can perform data communication with the base station through the connection with the base station established by the relaying user equipment.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a relay method according to another embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, step 201 may specifically include:

The first configuration information may carry a first power threshold.
Further, the base station may further send any one or more of a second power threshold, a first quality threshold, and a first power threshold to the first user equipment, so as to instruct the first user equipment to know whether the first user equipment is available according to the first power threshold, and any one or more of the second power threshold, the first quality threshold, and the first power threshold. A base station receives first reporting information reported by first user equipment; the first reporting information carries a first comparison result obtained by comparing the received reference signal with the first configuration information after the first user equipment measures the received reference signal.
In a scenario where the base station sends the first power threshold and the second power threshold, the first reporting information reported by the first user may carry: the first user equipment carries out a comparison result between a first power measurement value and a first power threshold value after power measurement is carried out on the received reference signal, and a comparison result between the first power measurement value and a second power threshold value.
In a scenario where the base station sends the first power threshold and the first quality threshold, the first reporting information reported by the first user may carry: the first user equipment compares a first power measurement value after performing power measurement on the received reference signal with a first power threshold value, and the first user equipment compares a first quality measurement value after performing quality measurement on the received reference signal with a first quality threshold value. The first quality measurement value may be specifically obtained by performing quality measurement on the received reference signal by the first user equipment and calculating.
In a scenario where the base station sends the first power threshold and the first electric quantity threshold, the first reporting information reported by the first user may carry: the first user equipment performs a comparison result between a first power measurement value and a first power threshold value after performing power measurement on the received reference signal, and a comparison result between the electric quantity of the first user equipment and the first electric quantity threshold value.

The first user equipment with relay capability refers to an equipment which can provide wireless relay service for user equipment out of network coverage or user equipment with poor network signals in the network coverage. The second user equipment with relay request capability refers to user equipment which is out of the network coverage and can request relay or user equipment which is in the network coverage and can request relay with poor network signal.
In this embodiment, the base station sends first configuration information to the first user equipment, and instructs the first user equipment to know whether the first user equipment is available according to the first configuration information, so as to establish a connection with the base station for the second user equipment when the first user equipment is available, and/or the base station sends second configuration information to the second user equipment, and instructs the second user equipment to know whether the second user equipment is available according to the second configuration information, so as to establish a connection with the base station through the first user equipment when the second user equipment is available, thereby ensuring that the selected first user equipment is an available relaying user equipment, and ensuring that the selected second user equipment is an available relaying user equipment, thereby ensuring the communication strength between the selected relaying user equipment and the base station, so that the relaying user equipment can perform data communication with the base station through the connection with the base station established by the relaying user equipment.

The available information may be relay information. Fig. 13 is a schematic structural diagram of another embodiment of a base station according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 13, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 11, the base station further includes: a second receiving module 115 and a second determining module 116;
the second receiving module 115 is configured to receive second reporting information reported by the second user equipment; the second reported information carries a second comparison result which is obtained by comparing the second reported information with second configuration information after the second user equipment measures the received reference signal;
the second determining module 116 is configured to determine whether the second ue is an available ue to be relayed according to the second reported information;
the second sending module 112 is configured to send relay request indication information to the second user equipment when the second user equipment is an available user equipment to be relayed, so as to indicate that the second user equipment can establish a connection with the base station through the first user equipment.
The second configuration information sent by the second sending module 112 may carry a third power threshold.
Further, the second sending module 112 may also send any one or more parameters of a second electric quantity threshold value, a maximum number of times that the second user equipment sends the relay request, a period that the second user equipment sends the relay request, or a power that the second user equipment sends the relay request to the second user equipment. The above parameters may also be included in the second configuration information and uniformly transmitted by the second transmitting module 112.
Further, the second sending module 112 may also send one or more of the following parameters to the second user equipment: the maximum times of sending the relay request by the second user equipment, the period of sending the relay request by the second user equipment or the power of sending the relay request by the second user equipment are convenient for the second user equipment to send the relay request according to the parameters.
In a scenario where the second sending module 112 sends the third power threshold to the second user equipment, the second reported information may carry: the second user equipment performs a comparison result between a second power measurement value after power measurement on the received reference signal and a third power threshold value; or, the second reporting information may carry: and the second user equipment performs a comparison result between a second power measurement value obtained after the power measurement is performed on the received reference signal and a third power threshold value, and the second power measurement value, a third power measurement value obtained by the second user equipment performing the measurement on the signal sent by the first user equipment, and a first power measurement value obtained from the relay information sent by the first user equipment.
In a scenario where the second sending module 112 sends the third power threshold and the second electric quantity threshold to the second user equipment, the second reported information may carry: and the second user equipment performs a comparison result between a second power measurement value and a third power threshold value after performing power measurement on the received reference signal, and a comparison result between the electric quantity of the second user equipment and a second electric quantity threshold value.
The second sending module 112 sends the third power threshold to the second ue, where the second reported information may carry: in a scenario of a comparison result between a second power measurement value obtained after the second user equipment performs power measurement on the received reference signal and a third power threshold, the second determining module 116 may specifically be that, if the second power measurement value is smaller than the third power threshold, the base station determines that the second user equipment is an available user equipment to be relayed.
A third power threshold is sent to the second user equipment at the second sending module 112, and the second reported information carries: the second determining module 116 may be specifically configured to, if the second power measurement value is smaller than the third power threshold value and the first power measurement value is larger than the second power measurement value, determine that the second user equipment is an available user equipment to be relayed, in a scenario where the second power measurement value is compared with a third power threshold value after the second user equipment performs power measurement on the received reference signal, and the second power measurement value, a third power measurement value obtained by the second user equipment performing measurement on a signal transmitted by the first user equipment, and a first power measurement value obtained from relay information transmitted by the first user equipment. Further, the second determining module 116 may be specifically configured to determine, if the second power measurement value is smaller than a third power threshold value, the first power measurement value is larger than the second power measurement value, and the third power measurement value is larger than the second power measurement value, that the second user equipment is an available user equipment to be relayed.
A second sending module 112 sends a third power threshold and a second electric quantity threshold to the second user equipment, where the second reported information carries: in a scenario where the second user equipment performs a comparison result between a second power measurement value after performing power measurement on the received reference signal and a third power threshold value and a comparison result between the electric quantity of the second user equipment and a second electric quantity threshold value, the second determining module may be specifically configured to determine, if the second power measurement value is smaller than the third power threshold value and the electric quantity of the second user equipment is smaller than the second electric quantity threshold value, that the second user equipment is an available user equipment to be relayed.
In this embodiment, the base station sends first configuration information to the first user equipment, indicates the first user equipment to know whether the first user equipment is available according to the first configuration information, and establishes a connection with the base station for the second user equipment when the first user equipment is available, and/or sends second configuration information to the second user equipment, and receives second reporting information reported by the second user equipment; the second reported information carries a second comparison result which is obtained by comparing the second configuration information with the second configuration information after the second user equipment measures the received reference signal, determining whether the second user equipment is available user equipment to be relayed according to the second reported information, if the second user equipment is available user equipment to be relayed, the base station sends relay request indication information to the second user equipment, indicating that the second user equipment can establish a connection with the base station through the first user equipment, thereby ensuring that the selected first user equipment is the available relay user equipment and ensuring that the selected second user equipment is the available user equipment to be relayed, therefore, the communication strength between the selected relay user equipment and the base station is ensured, and the user equipment to be relayed can establish connection with the base station through the relay user equipment and carry out data communication with the base station.

Further, the receiving module 141 may further receive any one or more of a second power threshold, a first quality threshold, and a first power threshold sent by the base station, and instruct the first user equipment to obtain whether the first user equipment is available according to the first power threshold, and any one or more of the second power threshold, the first quality threshold, and the first power threshold. The relay information may include: any one or more of available information of the first user equipment, electric quantity of the first user equipment, position information of the first user equipment and PLMN to which the first user equipment belongs.
In this embodiment, a first user equipment receives first configuration information sent by a base station, and the first user equipment learns whether the first user equipment is available according to the first configuration information, and if the first user equipment is available, the first user equipment broadcasts relay information or listens to relay request information broadcast by or sent by a second user equipment, and establishes a connection with the base station for the second user equipment, so that the selected first user equipment is ensured to be available relay user equipment, and thus the communication strength between the selected relay user equipment and the base station is ensured, and the user equipment to be relayed can establish a connection with the base station through the relay user equipment and perform data communication with the base station.

In addition, the determining submodule 1425 may be specifically configured to obtain relay parameter information of itself, where the relay parameter information includes: any one or more parameters of the electric quantity of the first user equipment, whether the first user equipment receives a relay request of the second user equipment, whether the first user equipment is connected with a third user equipment, the position of the first user equipment and a PLMN to which the first user equipment belongs; and determining whether the relay device is available according to the relay parameter information and the first comparison result.
In this embodiment, a first user equipment receives first configuration information sent by a base station, the first user equipment measures a received reference signal of the base station to obtain a measurement result, the first user equipment compares the measurement result with the first configuration information to obtain a first comparison result, the first user equipment determines whether the first user equipment is available according to the first comparison result, if the first user equipment is available, the first user equipment can broadcast relay information or listen to relay request information broadcast or sent by a second user equipment to establish a connection with the base station for the second user equipment, thereby ensuring that the selected first user equipment is the available relay user equipment, thereby ensuring the communication intensity between the selected relay user equipment and the base station, the user equipment to be relayed can establish connection with the base station through the relay user equipment and carry out data communication with the base station.
Fig. 17 is a schematic structural diagram of a further embodiment of a user equipment according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 17, including:
a receiving module 171, configured to receive second configuration information sent by the base station;
a determining module 172, configured to learn whether the ue is available according to the second configuration information;
a broadcasting or listening module 173, configured to broadcast relay request information or listen to relay information broadcasted or sent by the first user equipment when the user equipment is available, and establish a connection with the base station through the first user equipment.
The second configuration information may carry a third power threshold.
Further, the receiving module 171 may further receive any one or more parameters of a second electric quantity threshold value sent by the base station, the maximum number of times that the second user equipment sends the relay request, a period that the second user equipment sends the relay request, or power that the second user equipment sends the relay request. The above parameters may also be included in the second configuration information uniformly transmitted by the base station.
Further, the receiving module 171 may also receive one or more of the following parameters sent by the base station: the maximum times of sending the relay request by the second user equipment, the period of sending the relay request by the second user equipment or the power of sending the relay request by the second user equipment are convenient for the second user equipment to send the relay request according to the parameters.
Further, to ensure efficiency of sending the second configuration information by the base station, the user equipment may further include: a sending module;
before the receiving module 171 receives the second configuration information sent by the base station, the sending module is configured to send capability information of itself to the base station; the receiving module 171 is specifically configured to receive the second configuration information sent by the base station according to the capability information.
Further, the receiving module 171 may further receive any one or more parameters of a second electric quantity threshold value sent by the base station, the maximum number of times that the second user equipment sends the relay request, a period that the second user equipment sends the relay request, or power that the second user equipment sends the relay request. The above parameters may also be included in the second configuration information uniformly transmitted by the base station.
Further, the receiving module 171 may also receive one or more of the following parameters sent by the base station: the maximum times of sending the relay request by the second user equipment, the period of sending the relay request by the second user equipment or the power of sending the relay request by the second user equipment are convenient for the second user equipment to send the relay request according to the parameters.
In addition, the relay request information carries: the power of the second user equipment and/or the public land mobile network PLMN to which the second user equipment belongs. Further, the relay request information may also carry: the second user equipment performs a second quality measurement value after the quality measurement on the received reference signal, request information for requesting the first user equipment to feed back resource pool configuration information, and any one or more parameters in a PLMN to which the second user equipment belongs.
Further, the user equipment may further include: a judgment module; before the broadcast or monitoring module 173 broadcasts the relay request information, the determining module is configured to determine whether a cell is searched, whether a cell without access restriction is searched, whether a cell on an LTE frequency is searched, or whether a cell without access restriction on an LTE frequency is searched;
the broadcasting or listening module 173 is specifically configured to broadcast the relay request information if the second ue does not search for a cell, or does not search for a cell without access restriction, or does not search for a cell on the LTE frequency without access restriction.
Further, before the broadcasting or monitoring module 173 broadcasts the relay request information, the determining module is further configured to determine whether a downlink out-of-step indication is received, whether a preset number of downlink out-of-step indications are continuously received, and whether uplink data is received;
the broadcasting or monitoring module 173 is specifically configured to broadcast the relay request information if the second ue receives the downlink out-of-step indication, or continuously receives a preset number of downlink out-of-step indications, or receives uplink data.
In this embodiment, the second user equipment receives second configuration information sent by the base station, and learns whether the second user equipment is available according to the second configuration information, if the second user equipment is available, the second user equipment broadcasts relay request information or listens to relay information broadcast or sent by the first user equipment, and establishes a connection with the base station through the first user equipment, so that the selected first user equipment is ensured to be available relay user equipment, and thus the communication strength between the selected relay user equipment and the base station is ensured, and the user equipment to be relayed can establish a connection with the base station through the relay user equipment and perform data communication with the base station.
Fig. 18 is a schematic structural diagram of another embodiment of the user equipment according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 18, based on the embodiment shown in fig. 17, the determining module 172 includes: a first measurement submodule 1721 and a first comparison submodule 1722;
the first measurement submodule 1721 is configured to measure the received reference signal to obtain a measurement result;
the first comparing and comparing module 1722 is configured to compare the measurement result with the second configuration information, and send second reporting information including a second comparison result obtained by the comparison to the base station;

In the receiving module 171, receiving the third power threshold sent by the base station, the second reporting information may carry: in a scenario of a comparison result between a second power measurement value obtained after the second user equipment performs power measurement on the received reference signal and a third power threshold, the receiving module 171 may be specifically configured to, if the second power measurement value is smaller than the third power threshold, receive, by the second user equipment, relay request indication information sent by the shown base station.
The receiving module 171 receives a third power threshold sent by the base station, and the second reporting information carries: the receiving module 171 may be specifically configured to, if the second power measurement value is smaller than the third power threshold value and the first power measurement value is larger than the second power measurement value, receive relay request indication information sent by the base station by the second user equipment in a scenario where the second power measurement value is compared with the third power threshold value after the second user equipment performs power measurement on the received reference signal, and the second power measurement value, the third power measurement value obtained by the second user equipment performing measurement on a signal sent by the first user equipment, and the first power measurement value obtained from relay information sent by the first user equipment.
Receiving, by the receiving module 171, a third power threshold and a second electric quantity threshold sent by the base station, where the second reporting information carries: in a scenario where the second user equipment performs a comparison result between a second power measurement value obtained after performing power measurement on the received reference signal and a third power threshold value and a comparison result between the electric quantity of the second user equipment and a second electric quantity threshold value, the receiving module 171 may be specifically configured to, if the second power measurement value is smaller than the third power threshold value and the electric quantity of the second user equipment is smaller than the second electric quantity threshold value, receive, by the second user equipment, relay request indication information sent by the base station.
Further, after the first measurement sub-module 1721 measures the received reference signal and obtains a measurement result, the first comparison sub-module 1722 is further configured to compare a second power measurement value obtained by performing power measurement on the received reference signal with a preset fourth power threshold value; the preset fourth power threshold value is smaller than the third power threshold value;
the first comparing sub-module 1722 is specifically configured to compare the measurement result with the second configuration information to obtain a second comparing result;
the sending module is used for sending the second comparison result to the base station if the second power measurement value is greater than or equal to the fourth power threshold value;
if the second power measurement value is smaller than the fourth power threshold value, the determining module 172 determines whether the ue is an available ue to be relayed according to the second comparison result.
In this embodiment, the second user equipment receives second configuration information sent by the base station, the second user equipment measures the received reference signal to obtain a measurement result, the second user equipment compares the measurement result with the second configuration information, and sends second reported information including a second comparison result obtained by the comparison to the base station, the second user equipment receives relay request indication information sent by the base station when the second user equipment is determined to be available according to the second reported information, the second user equipment can broadcast the relay request information or monitor the relay information broadcast or sent by the first user equipment when receiving the relay request indication information, and establishes a connection with the base station through the first user equipment, so as to ensure that the selected first user equipment is an available relay user equipment, and thus ensure the communication strength between the selected relay user equipment and the base station, the user equipment to be relayed can establish connection with the base station through the relay user equipment and carry out data communication with the base station.
Fig. 19 is a schematic structural diagram of a further embodiment of the user equipment according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 19, based on the embodiment shown in fig. 17, the determining module includes: a second measurement submodule 1723, a second alignment submodule 1724 and a determination submodule 1725;
the second measurement submodule 1723 is configured to measure the received reference signal to obtain a measurement result;
the second comparison submodule 1724 is configured to compare the measurement result with the second configuration information to obtain a second comparison result;
the determining submodule 1725 is configured to determine whether the ue is an available ue to be relayed according to the second comparison result.
In a scenario where the receiving module 171 receives the second configuration information carrying the third power threshold sent by the base station, the measurement result includes: and the second user equipment carries out power measurement on the received reference signal to obtain a second power measurement value.

In the receiving module 171, receiving the third power threshold sent by the base station, the second reporting information may carry: the determining sub-module 1725 may be specifically configured to, in a scenario of a comparison result between a second power measurement value obtained after the second user equipment performs power measurement on the received reference signal and a third power threshold, determine that the second user equipment is an available user equipment to be relayed if the second power measurement value is smaller than the third power threshold.
The receiving module 171 receives a third power threshold sent by the base station, and the second reporting information carries: the determining sub-module 1725 may be specifically configured to, if the second power measurement value is smaller than the third power threshold value and the first power measurement value is greater than the second power measurement value, determine that the second user equipment is an available user equipment to be relayed, when the first power measurement value is greater than the second power measurement value, a comparison result between the second power measurement value and the third power threshold value is obtained after the second user equipment performs power measurement on the received reference signal, and the second power measurement value, the third power measurement value obtained by the second user equipment performing measurement on a signal transmitted by the first user equipment, and the first power measurement value obtained from relay information transmitted by the first user equipment are provided. Further, the determining sub-module 1725 may be specifically configured to, if the second power measurement value is smaller than the third power threshold value, and the first power measurement value is greater than the second power measurement value, and the third power measurement value is greater than the second power measurement value, determine that the second user equipment is an available user equipment to be relayed.
Receiving, by the receiving module 171, a third power threshold and a second electric quantity threshold sent by the base station, where the second reporting information carries: the determining sub-module 1725 may be specifically configured to, in a scenario that the second user equipment performs a comparison result between a second power measurement value obtained after performing power measurement on the received reference signal and a third power threshold value and a comparison result between the electric quantity of the second user equipment and a second electric quantity threshold value, determine that the second user equipment is an available user equipment to be relayed if the second power measurement value is smaller than the third power threshold value and the electric quantity of the second user equipment is smaller than the second electric quantity threshold value.
In this embodiment, the second user equipment receives the second configuration information sent by the base station, the second user equipment measures the received reference signal to obtain a measurement result, the second user equipment compares the measurement result with the second configuration information to obtain a second comparison result, the second user equipment determines whether the second user equipment is an available user equipment to be relayed according to the second comparison result, the second user equipment can broadcast the relay request information or listen to the relay information broadcast or sent by the first user equipment when the second user equipment is available, and establishes a connection with the base station through the first user equipment, thereby ensuring that the selected first user equipment is the available relay user equipment, thereby ensuring the communication intensity between the selected relay user equipment and the base station, the user equipment to be relayed can establish connection with the base station through the relay user equipment and carry out data communication with the base station.
Fig. 20 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a base station according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 20, including:
the signal transceiver 21 is configured to send first configuration information to the first user equipment, instruct the first user equipment to know whether the first user equipment is available according to the first configuration information, and establish a connection with the base station for the second user equipment when the first user equipment is available; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the signal transceiver 21 is configured to send second configuration information to the second user equipment, and instruct the second user equipment to know whether the second user equipment is available according to the second configuration information, so as to establish a connection with the base station through the first user equipment when the second user equipment is available.
Further, the base station further includes: a processor 22;
the signal transceiver 21 is configured to receive first reporting information reported by a first user equipment; the first reporting information carries a first comparison result which is obtained by comparing the first configuration information with the received reference signal after the first user equipment measures the received reference signal;
the processor 22 is configured to determine whether the first user equipment is an available relay user equipment according to the first reporting information;
the signal transceiver 21 is further configured to send relay indication information to the first user equipment when the first user equipment is an available relay user equipment, to indicate that the first user equipment may establish a connection with the base station for the second user equipment.
Wherein the wireless transceiver may further transmit to the first user equipment any one or more of the following parameters: any one or more of a second power threshold, a first quality threshold, a first electric quantity threshold, a broadcast period when the first user equipment broadcasts the available information, indication information indicating a broadcast synchronization signal, and broadcast power when the first user equipment broadcasts the available information.
It should be noted that the signal transceiver in this embodiment may be a wireless transmitter and a wireless receiver, and is used to implement the functions of the first sending module 111, the first receiving module 113, the second sending module 112, and the second receiving module 115 in the embodiments of fig. 11, 12, and 13, and the specific operation of the signal transceiver may refer to the embodiments of fig. 11, 12, and 13, and will not be described in detail here. The processor in this embodiment may be a processing chip, and is configured to implement the functions of the first determining module 114 and the second determining module 116 in the embodiments of fig. 11, 12 and 13, and specific operations of the processor may refer to the embodiments of fig. 11, 12 and 13, and will not be described in detail here.
In this embodiment, the base station sends first configuration information to the first user equipment, and instructs the first user equipment to know whether the first user equipment is available according to the first configuration information, so as to establish a connection with the base station for the second user equipment when the first user equipment is available, and/or the base station sends second configuration information to the second user equipment, and instructs the second user equipment to know whether the second user equipment is available according to the second configuration information, so as to establish a connection with the base station through the first user equipment when the second user equipment is available, thereby ensuring that the selected first user equipment is an available relaying user equipment, and ensuring that the selected second user equipment is an available relaying user equipment, thereby ensuring the communication strength between the selected relaying user equipment and the base station, so that the relaying user equipment can perform data communication with the base station through the connection with the base station established by the relaying user equipment.
Fig. 21 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a user equipment according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 21, including:
a signal transceiver 23, configured to receive first configuration information sent by a base station;
a processor 24, configured to learn whether itself is available according to the first configuration information;
the signal transceiver 23 is further configured to broadcast relay information when the ue is available or listen to relay request information broadcast or sent by a second ue to establish a connection with the base station for the second ue.
It should be noted that the signal transceiver in this embodiment may be a wireless transmitter and a wireless receiver, and is used to implement the functions of the receiving module 141 and the sending module in the embodiments of fig. 14, 15 and 16, and the specific operation of the signal transceiver may refer to the embodiments of fig. 14, 15 and 16, and will not be described in detail here. The processor in this embodiment may be a processing chip, and is configured to implement the functions of the determining module 142, the first measuring sub-module 1421, the first comparing sub-module 1422, the second measuring sub-module 1423, the second comparing sub-module 1424, and the determining sub-module 1425 in the embodiments of fig. 14, 15, and 16, and the specific operation of the processor may refer to the embodiments of fig. 14, 15, and 16, which will not be described in detail here.
In this embodiment, a first user equipment receives first configuration information sent by a base station, and the first user equipment learns whether the first user equipment is available according to the first configuration information, and if the first user equipment is available, the first user equipment broadcasts relay information or listens to relay request information broadcast by or sent by a second user equipment, and establishes a connection with the base station for the second user equipment, so that the selected first user equipment is ensured to be available relay user equipment, and thus the communication strength between the selected relay user equipment and the base station is ensured, and the user equipment to be relayed can establish a connection with the base station through the relay user equipment and perform data communication with the base station.
Fig. 22 is a schematic structural diagram of a user equipment according to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 22, including:
a signal transceiver 25, configured to receive second configuration information sent by the base station;
a processor 26, configured to learn whether itself is available according to the second configuration information;
the signal transceiver 25 is further configured to broadcast relay request information when the ue is available or listen to relay information broadcast or transmitted by the first ue, and establish a connection with the base station through the first ue.
It should be noted that the signal transceiver in this embodiment may be a wireless transmitter and a wireless receiver, and is used to implement the functions of the receiving module 171 and the broadcasting or listening module 173 in the embodiments of fig. 17, 18 and 19, and the specific operation of the signal transceiver may refer to the embodiments of fig. 17, 18 and 19, which will not be described in detail herein. The processor in this embodiment may be a processing chip, and is configured to implement the functions of the determining module 172, the first measuring sub-module 1721, the first comparing sub-module 1722, the second measuring sub-module 1723, the second comparing sub-module 1724, and the determining sub-module 1725 in the embodiments of fig. 17, fig. 18, and fig. 19, and specific operations of the processor may refer to the embodiments of fig. 17, fig. 18, and fig. 19, which are not described in detail here.
In this embodiment, the second user equipment receives second configuration information sent by the base station, and learns whether the second user equipment is available according to the second configuration information, if the second user equipment is available, the second user equipment broadcasts relay request information or listens to relay information broadcast or sent by the first user equipment, and establishes a connection with the base station through the first user equipment, so that the selected first user equipment is ensured to be available relay user equipment, and thus the communication strength between the selected relay user equipment and the base station is ensured, and the user equipment to be relayed can establish a connection with the base station through the relay user equipment and perform data communication with the base station.

Claims (93)

1. A relay method, comprising:
the base station sends first configuration information to first user equipment, and indicates the first user equipment to acquire whether the first user equipment is available according to the first configuration information so as to establish connection with the base station for second user equipment when the first user equipment is available;
the base station sends second configuration information to the second user equipment, and the second user equipment is indicated to acquire whether the second user equipment is available according to the second configuration information so as to establish connection with the base station through the first user equipment when the second user equipment is available;
the base station sends second configuration information to the second user equipment, indicates the second user equipment to acquire whether the second user equipment is available according to the second configuration information, and establishes a connection with the base station through the first user equipment when the second user equipment is available, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
the base station sends second configuration information to the second user equipment;
the base station receives second reporting information reported by the second user equipment; the second reported information carries a second comparison result obtained by comparing the second configuration information with the second configuration information after the second user equipment measures the received reference signal;
the base station determines whether the second user equipment is available user equipment to be relayed or not according to the second reported information;
and if the second user equipment is available user equipment to be relayed, the base station sends relay request indication information to the second user equipment to indicate that the second user equipment can establish connection with the base station through the first user equipment.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the base station sends first configuration information to a first user equipment, and indicates the first user equipment to know whether the first user equipment is available according to the first configuration information, so as to establish a connection with the base station for a second user equipment when the first user equipment is available, and the method comprises:
the base station sends first configuration information to the first user equipment;
the base station receives first reporting information reported by the first user equipment; the first reported information carries a first comparison result obtained by comparing the first reported information with the first configuration information after the first user equipment measures the received reference signal;
the base station determines whether the first user equipment is available relay user equipment or not according to the first reported information;
and if the first user equipment is available relay user equipment, the base station sends relay indication information to the first user equipment to indicate that the first user equipment can establish connection with the base station for the second user equipment.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the first configuration information carries a first power threshold value;
the first comparison result is a comparison result between a first power measurement value obtained by the first user equipment performing power measurement on the received reference signal and the first power threshold value;
the base station determining whether the first user equipment is available relay user equipment according to the first reported information, including:
if the first power measurement value is greater than or equal to the first power threshold value, the base station determines that the first user equipment is available relay user equipment.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
the base station sends a second power threshold value to the first user equipment; the second power threshold is greater than the first power threshold;
the first reporting information also carries: comparing the first power measurement value with the second power threshold value;
the base station determining whether the first user equipment is available relay user equipment according to the first reported information, including:
if the first power measurement value is smaller than the second power threshold value and greater than or equal to the first power threshold value, the base station determines that the first user equipment is available relay user equipment.
5. The method of claim 3 or 4, further comprising:
the base station sends a first quality threshold value to the first user equipment;
the first reporting information also carries: the first user equipment performs a comparison result between a first quality measurement value after the quality measurement of the received reference signal and the first quality threshold value;
the base station determining whether the first user equipment is available relay user equipment according to the first reported information, including:
if the first power measurement value is greater than or equal to the first power threshold value and the first quality measurement value is greater than or equal to the first quality threshold value, the base station determines that the first user equipment is available relay user equipment.
6. The method according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the first reporting information further carries relay parameter information of the first user equipment, and the relay parameter information includes: any one or more parameters of the power of the first user equipment, whether the first user equipment receives a relay request of the second user equipment, whether the first user equipment is connected with a third user equipment, the position of the first user equipment and a Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) to which the first user equipment belongs.
7. The method of claim 3 or 4, further comprising:
the base station sends a first electric quantity threshold value to the first user equipment;
the first reporting information also carries: comparing the electric quantity of the first user equipment with the first electric quantity threshold value;
the base station determining whether the first user equipment is available relay user equipment according to the first reported information, including:
if the first power measurement value is greater than or equal to the first power threshold value and the electric quantity of the first user equipment is greater than or equal to the first electric quantity threshold value, the base station determines that the first user equipment is available relay user equipment.
8. The method according to claim 2, wherein the relay indication information carries: any one or more parameters of a broadcast period when the first user equipment broadcasts the available information, indication information indicating a broadcast synchronization signal, and broadcast power when the first user equipment broadcasts the available information.
9. The method of claim 3, further comprising:

and if the second power measurement value is smaller than a fourth power threshold value, determining whether the second power measurement value is available user equipment to be relayed according to the second comparison result.
76. The second ue of claim 67, wherein before the signal transceiver broadcasts the relay request message, the processor is further configured to determine whether a cell is searched, a cell without access restriction is searched, a cell on LTE frequency is searched, or a cell without access restriction is searched on LTE frequency is searched;
if the second user equipment does not search a cell, or does not search a cell without access limitation, or does not search a cell on an LTE frequency without access limitation, the signal transceiver broadcasts relay request information.
77. The second ue of claim 76, wherein before the signal transceiver broadcasts the relay request message, the processor is further configured to determine whether a downlink out-of-sync indication is received, whether a preset number of downlink out-of-sync indications are continuously received, or whether uplink data is received;
and if the second user equipment receives downlink out-of-step instructions, or continuously receives a preset number of downlink out-of-step instructions, or receives uplink data, the signal transceiver broadcasts relay request information.
78. The second ue of claim 77, wherein the relay request information carries: the second user equipment performs any one or more parameters of a second quality measurement value after the quality measurement on the received reference signal, request information for requesting the first user equipment to feed back resource pool configuration information, and a PLMN to which the second user equipment belongs.
79. A relay method, comprising:
the base station sends second configuration information to second user equipment, and the second user equipment is indicated to acquire whether the second user equipment is available according to the second configuration information so as to establish connection with the base station through the first user equipment when the second user equipment is available;
the base station sends second configuration information to second user equipment, indicates the second user equipment to acquire whether the second user equipment is available according to the second configuration information, and establishes connection with the base station through first user equipment when the second user equipment is available, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
the base station sends second configuration information to the second user equipment;
the base station receives second reporting information reported by the second user equipment; the second reported information carries a second comparison result obtained by comparing the second configuration information with the second configuration information after the second user equipment measures the received reference signal;
the base station determines whether the second user equipment is available user equipment to be relayed or not according to the second reported information;
and if the second user equipment is available user equipment to be relayed, the base station sends relay request indication information to the second user equipment to indicate that the second user equipment can establish connection with the base station through the first user equipment.
80. The method of claim 79, wherein a third power threshold is carried in the second configuration information;
the second comparison result is a comparison result between a second power measurement value obtained by the second user equipment performing power measurement on the received reference signal and the third power threshold value;
the base station determines whether the second user equipment is available user equipment to be relayed according to the second reported information, including:
and if the second power measurement value is smaller than the third power threshold value, the base station determines that the second user equipment is available user equipment to be relayed.
81. The method of claim 80, wherein the second report information further carries: the second power measurement value, a third power measurement value obtained by measuring a signal sent by first user equipment by the second user equipment, and a first power measurement value obtained from relay information sent by the first user equipment;
the base station determines whether the second user equipment is available user equipment to be relayed according to the second reported information, including:
and if the second power measurement value is smaller than the third power threshold value and the first power measurement value is larger than the second power measurement value, the base station determines that the second user equipment is available user equipment to be relayed.
82. The method of claim 80 or 81, further comprising:
the base station sends a second electric quantity threshold value to the second user equipment;
the second reporting information also carries: comparing the electric quantity of the second user equipment with the second electric quantity threshold value;
the base station determines whether the second user equipment is available user equipment to be relayed according to the second reported information, including:
and if the second power measurement value is smaller than the third power threshold value and the electric quantity of the second user equipment is smaller than the second electric quantity threshold value, the base station determines that the second user equipment is available user equipment to be relayed.
83. The method of claim 80, further comprising:
the base station sends one or more of the following parameters to the second user equipment: the maximum number of times that the second user equipment sends the relay request, the period that the second user equipment sends the relay request, or the power that the second user equipment sends the relay request.
84. A base station, comprising:
a second sending module, configured to send second configuration information to a second user equipment, to instruct the second user equipment to obtain whether the second user equipment is available according to the second configuration information, so as to establish a connection with the base station through the first user equipment when the second user equipment is available;
the second receiving module is used for receiving second reporting information reported by the second user equipment; the second reported information carries a second comparison result obtained by comparing the second configuration information with the second configuration information after the second user equipment measures the received reference signal;
the second determining module is configured to determine whether the second ue is an available ue to be relayed according to the second reported information;
the second sending module is configured to send relay request indication information to the second user equipment when the second user equipment is available to-be-relayed user equipment, so as to indicate that the second user equipment can establish a connection with the base station through the first user equipment.
85. The base station of claim 84, wherein the second configuration information carries a third power threshold value;
the second comparison result is a comparison result between a second power measurement value obtained by the second user equipment performing power measurement on the received reference signal and the third power threshold value;
the second determining module is specifically configured to determine that the second user equipment is available user equipment to be relayed if the second power measurement value is smaller than the third power threshold value.
86. The base station of claim 85, wherein the second report information further carries: the second power measurement value, a third power measurement value obtained by measuring a signal sent by first user equipment by the second user equipment, and a first power measurement value obtained from relay information sent by the first user equipment;
the second determining module is specifically configured to determine that the second ue is an available ue to be relayed if the second power measurement value is smaller than the third power threshold value and the first power measurement value is greater than the second power measurement value.
87. The base station of claim 85 or 86, wherein the second sending module is further configured to send a second power threshold to the second user equipment;
the second reporting information also carries: comparing the electric quantity of the second user equipment with the second electric quantity threshold value;
the second determining module is specifically configured to determine that the second user equipment is an available user equipment to be relayed if the second power measurement value is smaller than the third power threshold value and the electric quantity of the second user equipment is smaller than the second electric quantity threshold value.
88. The base station of claim 85, wherein the second sending module is further configured to send one or more of the following parameters to the second user equipment: the maximum number of times that the second user equipment sends the relay request, the period that the second user equipment sends the relay request, or the power that the second user equipment sends the relay request.
89. A base station, comprising:
the signal transceiver is used for sending second configuration information to second user equipment, indicating the second user equipment to acquire whether the second user equipment is available according to the second configuration information, and establishing connection with the base station through the first user equipment when the second user equipment is available;
the signal transceiver is specifically configured to receive second reporting information reported by the second user equipment; the second reported information carries a second comparison result obtained by comparing the second configuration information with the second configuration information after the second user equipment measures the received reference signal;
the processor is configured to determine whether the second user equipment is available user equipment to be relayed according to the second reported information;
the signal transceiver is further configured to send relay request indication information to the second user equipment when the second user equipment is available to-be-relayed user equipment, so as to indicate that the second user equipment can establish a connection with the base station through the first user equipment.
90. The base station of claim 89, wherein the second configuration information carries a third power threshold;
the second comparison result is a comparison result between a second power measurement value obtained by the second user equipment performing power measurement on the received reference signal and the third power threshold value;
the processor is specifically configured to determine that the second user equipment is available user equipment to be relayed if the second power measurement value is smaller than the third power threshold value.

The base station of claim 90, wherein the second report information further carries: the second power measurement value, a third power measurement value obtained by measuring a signal sent by first user equipment by the second user equipment, and a first power measurement value obtained from relay information sent by the first user equipment;
the processor is specifically configured to determine that the second user equipment is available user equipment to be relayed if the second power measurement value is smaller than the third power threshold value and the first power measurement value is greater than the second power measurement value.
92. The base station of claim 90 or 91, wherein the signal transceiver is further configured to transmit a second power threshold value to the second user equipment;
the second reporting information also carries: comparing the electric quantity of the second user equipment with the second electric quantity threshold value;
the processor is specifically configured to determine that the second user equipment is available to-be-relayed user equipment if the second power measurement value is smaller than the third power threshold value and the electric quantity of the second user equipment is smaller than the second electric quantity threshold value.

The base station of claim 90, wherein the signal transceiver is further configured to transmit one or more of the following parameters to the second user equipment: the maximum number of times that the second user equipment sends the relay request, the period that the second user equipment sends the relay request, or the power that the second user equipment sends the relay request.
