Abstract
本发明实施例提供一种数据传输方法及装置,涉及通信领域,能够在所述LAA‑LTE系统中的设备抢占非授权频谱发生碰撞之后,有效降低再次发生碰撞的概率。第一设备在确定占用非授权频谱的信道传输数据时与其他设备发生碰撞后调整所述非授权频谱的信道的空闲信道评估CCA检测时刻或检测次数;所述第一设备根据调整后的所述非授权频谱的信道的空闲信道评估CCA检测时刻或检测次数占用所述非授权频谱的信道传输数据。数据传输方法及装置用于传输数据。
