Preferably, the first fixing portion 311 defines a first gap 313 between two adjacent first positioning portions 312, so as to facilitate the installation of the first fixing portion 311 on the second connecting member 22 and make the fixing more compact.
In order to fix the first clamp spring 31 better, in this embodiment, a fourth annular slot 223 for accommodating the first fixing portion 311 is formed on the circumferential outer side wall of the second connecting member 22, the fourth annular slot 223 is formed on one side of the through slot 222 close to the second connecting member 22, and the first fixing portion 311 can be hung in the fourth annular slot 223. The fourth annular slot 223 is axially connected to the through slot 222 to ensure that the first latching portion 312 does not protrude from the outer side wall of the second connector 22.
Of course, for the first fixing portion 311 having the first notch 313, the fourth annular incision 223 may be replaced by an arc-shaped groove matched with the first fixing portion 311.

Example two:
referring to fig. 6 to 9C, the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the first embodiment is to form the card slot on the first connecting member 13 and fix the elastic member on the second connecting member 22, and the second embodiment is to form the card slot on the second connecting member 22 and fix the elastic member on the first connecting member 13, where the elastic member is a second snap spring 32.
Referring to fig. 8 in conjunction with fig. 6, the locking groove is a second annular slot 20 opened on the sidewall of the abutting slot 221, and the cross section of the second annular slot 20 preferably matches the shape of the portion of the second clamp spring 32 in elastic abutment.
Referring to fig. 7 and fig. 9A to 9C, the second snap spring 32 includes an annular second fixing portion 321 tightly fitted outside the docking pillar 131 and a plurality of second latching portions 322 uniformly disposed on the second fixing portion 321, and it is also preferable that the second fixing portion 321 defines a gap 323 between two adjacent second latching portions 322, the number of the second latching portions 322 is 3, the second latching portions 322 are strip-shaped, and the middle portion thereof is bent radially outward to form a curved surface, and when the docking pillar 131 is completely inserted into the docking groove 221, the curved surface portion of the second latching portion 322 radially and elastically abuts against the groove wall of the second annular slot 20.
In order to reduce the axial resistance when the docking post 131 is inserted into the docking slot 221 and protect the second positioning portion 322 from deformation, it is preferable that the second annular slot 20 has a trapezoidal cross section, and the matching second positioning portion 322 includes a contact portion 3222 and a first extending portion 3221 and a second extending portion 3222 extending from two ends of the contact portion 3222 toward the direction close to the central axis of the docking post 131.
In this embodiment, an annular outer flange 1311 is radially extended from the outer wall of the docking post 131, so that an annular fixing groove 133 is defined between the annular outer flange 1311 and the body 130, and the second fixing portion 321 can be fixed by the annular fixing groove 133.
Furthermore, in a natural state, the abutting portion 3222 covers the external annular flange 1311 and is spaced from the external annular flange 1311 by a certain distance, the first extending portion 3221 and the second extending portion 3222 are respectively located at two sides of the external flange 1311, and a slope 1312 is further formed at one side of the external flange 1311 close to the fixing groove 133, so that when the docking stud 131 is inserted into the docking groove 221, the external flange 1311 and the slope 1312 can limit deformation of the second positioning portion 322, so that the second positioning portion is not deformed and cannot be restored due to an impact force of the insertion.
Example three:
referring to fig. 10-13, the third embodiment is similar to the second embodiment in that the locking groove is formed on the first connecting member 13, and the elastic member is fixed on the second connecting member 22, except that the elastic member in the third embodiment is a rubber ring 33.
The clamping groove is a third annular cutting groove 30 formed in the side wall of the butt joint groove 221, an annular groove is formed in the outer peripheral surface of the butt joint column 131, the third annular cutting groove 30 and the annular groove are arc-shaped in cross section, the rubber ring 33 is clamped in the annular groove, and part of the outer wall of the rubber ring is convexly arranged on the opening of the annular groove so as to be radially and elastically abutted against the groove wall of the third annular cutting groove 30 when the butt joint column 131 is completely inserted into the butt joint groove 221. The dimensions of the third annular cutting groove 30, the annular groove and the rubber ring 33 can be set according to actual needs, and are not particularly limited herein.
In addition, in the case of magnetic connection, the second inner electrode 24 is preferably an elastic electrode capable of elastic expansion and contraction, and includes a fixed sleeve 241, an electrode column 242 movably inserted into one end of the fixed sleeve 241, and a spring 243 accommodated in the fixed sleeve 241 and elastically abutted to the fixed sleeve 241 and the electrode column 242, wherein one end of the electrode column 242 away from the spring 243 elastically abuts to the first inner electrode 15, and the fixed sleeve 241 is electrically connected to the battery 23. It is understood that the first internal electrode and the second internal electrode 24 may be made of conductive rubber, or the first internal electrode is provided in the structure of the second internal electrode 24 described above, as long as the first internal electrode and the second internal electrode 223 are elastically abutted, and is not particularly limited herein.
The invention also discloses a method for preventing the atomizer from shaking or falling relative to the battery rod, and with reference to fig. 1-14, the atomizer 1 and the battery rod 2 are combined to form an electronic cigarette, the atomizer 1 comprises a first connecting piece 13, and the battery rod 2 comprises a second connecting piece 22 matched with the first connecting piece 13; a first magnetic part is arranged in the first connecting part 13, a second magnetic part 28 magnetically attracted with the first magnetic part is arranged in the second connecting part 22, a butt joint column 131 facing the second connecting part 22 is arranged at one end of the first connecting part 13, and a butt joint groove 221 for inserting the butt joint column 131 is formed in the second connecting part 22;
an annular or arc-shaped clamping groove is formed in the outer peripheral surface of the butting column 131, and an elastic piece which is elastically clamped in the clamping groove along the radial direction is arranged on the side wall of the butting groove 221; or the side wall of the butt joint groove 221 is provided with an annular or arc-shaped clamping groove, and the outer peripheral surface of the butt joint column is provided with an elastic piece which is elastically clamped in the clamping groove along the radial direction;
the atomizer 1 passes through docking post 131 inserts docking groove 221, and through first magnetic part and second magnetic part 28 magnetism attract mutually and make atomizer 1 with battery pole 2 can dismantle the connection, the elastic component with draw-in groove elasticity block is in order to realize right the radial positioning of atomizer 1 or battery pole 2 prevents atomizer 1 is relative battery pole 2 rocks or drops.
In summary, the radial positioning of the atomizer or the battery rod can be realized through the clamping of the elastic piece and the clamping groove, so that the atomizer and the battery rod can be effectively prevented from falling off, the requirement of magnet connection on a magnet is reduced, the atomizer can be prevented from shaking relative to the battery rod, the elastic abutting between the first inner electrode in the atomizer and the elastic electrode in the battery rod is good, the corresponding resistance is kept stable and unchanged, the normal smoke amount can be ensured, and the normal work of the electronic cigarette can be ensured.
While the present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, which are illustrative and not restrictive, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.

Claims (14)

1. An electronic cigarette comprises an atomizer (1) and a battery rod (2), and is characterized in that the atomizer (1) comprises an atomizing sleeve (11), a heating wire assembly arranged in the atomizing sleeve (11) and a suction nozzle (12) arranged at one end of the atomizing sleeve (11), a first connecting piece (13) detachably connected with the battery rod (2) is arranged at one end, far away from the suction nozzle (12), of the atomizing sleeve (11), and the battery rod (2) is provided with a battery (23), a switch (21) used for controlling the battery (23) to supply power to the atomizer (1) and a second connecting piece (22) matched with the first connecting piece (13);
a first magnetic part and a first inner electrode (15) electrically connected with the electric heating wire assembly are arranged in the first connecting part (13), a second magnetic part (28) magnetically attracted with the first magnetic part and a second inner electrode (24) elastically abutted with the first inner electrode (15) are arranged in the second connecting part (22), the second inner electrode (24) is electrically connected with the battery (23), a butt joint column (131) facing the second connecting part (22) is arranged at one end of the first connecting part (13), and a butt joint groove (221) for the butt joint column (131) to be inserted is formed in the second connecting part (22);
an annular or arc-shaped clamping groove is formed in the outer peripheral surface of the butt joint column (131), and an elastic piece which is elastically clamped in the clamping groove along the radial direction is arranged on the side wall of the butt joint groove (221); or the side wall of the butt joint groove (221) is provided with an annular or arc-shaped clamping groove, the outer peripheral surface of the butt joint column (131) is provided with an elastic piece which is elastically clamped in the clamping groove along the radial direction, and the elastic piece is elastically clamped with the clamping groove to realize the radial positioning of the atomizer (1) or the battery rod (2) and prevent the atomizer (1) from shaking or falling relative to the battery rod (2); the clamping groove is formed in the outer peripheral wall of the first connecting piece (13), the elastic piece comprises a first clamp spring (31) fixed on the second connecting piece (22), and the first clamp spring (31) is arranged on the side wall of the butt joint groove (221) in a protruding mode and is in radial elastic abutting joint with the groove wall of the clamping groove after the butt joint column (131) is completely inserted into the butt joint groove (221); the butt joint column (131) comprises a main body part (130) and the butt joint column (131) formed by reducing the diameter of the end part of the main body part (130), the outer wall of the butt joint column (131) radially extends to form an annular outer flange (1311), an annular fixing groove (133) used for fixing a second fixing part (321) is formed between the annular outer flange (1311) and the main body part (130) in a surrounding mode, a knurling structure is arranged on the main body part (130), after the atomizer (1) and the battery rod (2) are assembled, the main body part (130) is exposed to the outside, and the knurling structure is used for a user to grasp a force application point when the electronic cigarette is disassembled; the second connecting piece (22) is provided with a plurality of through grooves (222) which extend axially and are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the second connecting piece (22), the through grooves are first annular cutting grooves (10) which are formed in the butt joint column (131), the first clamp spring (31) comprises an annular first fixing part (311) which is tightly sleeved outside the second connecting piece (22) and a plurality of first clamping parts (312) which are uniformly distributed on the first fixing part (311) and correspond to the through grooves (222) one by one, the first clamping parts (312) are strip-shaped, the middle parts of the first clamping parts are bent inwards in the radial direction to form a curved surface penetrating through the through grooves (222), and when the butt joint column (131) is completely inserted into the butt joint groove (221), the curved surface part of the first clamping part (312) is in radial elastic butt joint with the groove wall of the first annular cutting groove (10).
2. The electronic cigarette of claim 1, wherein the first fixing portion (311) defines a first gap (313) between two adjacent first positioning portions (312).
3. The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein a circumferential outer side wall of the second connecting member (22) is provided with a fourth annular slot (223) for accommodating the first fixing portion (311).
4. The electronic cigarette according to claim 3, wherein the fourth annular slot (223) opens at a side of the through slot (222) near the second connector (22) and is in axial communication with the through slot (222).
5. The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the slot is opened on a side wall of the docking slot (221), the elastic member includes a second snap spring (32) or a rubber ring (33) fixed on the docking post (131), and the second snap spring (32) or the rubber ring (33) is protruded on an outer circumferential surface of the docking post (131) and is elastically abutted with a slot wall of the slot in a radial direction after the docking post (131) is completely inserted into the docking slot (221).

The electronic cigarette according to claim 5, wherein the locking groove is a second annular slot (20) formed in a side wall of the docking groove (221), the second locking spring (32) comprises a second annular fixing portion (321) tightly sleeved outside the docking post (131), and a plurality of second locking portions (322) uniformly arranged on the second fixing portion (321), the second locking portions (322) are strip-shaped, and a middle portion of the second locking portions is bent radially outwards to form a curved surface, when the docking post (131) is fully inserted into the docking groove (221), a curved surface portion of the second locking portion (322) radially and elastically abuts against a slot wall of the second annular slot (20).
7. The electronic cigarette according to claim 6, wherein the second click portion (322) includes a contact portion (3222) and a first extension portion (3221) and a second extension portion (3222) extending from both ends of the contact portion (3222) in a direction approaching a central axis of the docking post (131).
8. The electronic cigarette according to claim 7, wherein the second fixing portion (321) defines a second gap (323) between two adjacent second positioning portions (322).
9. The electronic cigarette according to claim 5, wherein the locking groove is a third annular slot (30) formed in a side wall of the docking slot (221), an annular groove is formed in an outer peripheral surface of the docking post (131), the rubber ring (33) is clamped in the annular groove, and a part of an outer wall of the rubber ring is protruded from the opening of the annular groove to radially and elastically abut against a slot wall of the third annular slot (30) when the docking post (131) is completely inserted into the docking slot (221).
10. The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the battery rod (2) further comprises a fixing frame (25) containing a control component (27) therein, the second inner electrode (24) is nested in the center of the bottom of the fixing frame (25) and is electrically connected with the control component (27), an inner flange (29) is formed on the inner wall of the second connecting piece (22) in a radially extending manner, the second magnetic piece (28) is annular, one end of the fixing frame (25) where the second inner electrode (24) is installed is nested in the second connecting piece (22), the second magnetic piece (28) abuts between the inner flange (29) and the fixing frame (25), and the second inner electrode (24) abuts against the first inner electrode (15) after penetrating through a through hole in the center of the second magnetic piece (28).

The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the first connector (13) and the second connector (22) are made of conductive material or coated with conductive layer, and the butt column (131) is internally nested with an insulating ring (14) and the first inner electrode (15) in sequence.
12. The electronic cigarette of claim 1, wherein the second inner electrode (24) is an elastic electrode that is elastically stretchable in an axial direction of the electronic cigarette.
13. The electronic cigarette according to claim 12, wherein the second inner electrode (24) includes a fixed sleeve (241), an electrode post (242) movably inserted into one end of the fixed sleeve (241), and a spring (243) accommodated in the fixed sleeve (241) and elastically abutted to the fixed sleeve (241) and the electrode post (242), one end of the electrode post (242) far away from the spring (243) elastically abuts to the first inner electrode (15), and the fixed sleeve (241) is electrically connected to the battery (23).

A method for preventing a nebulizer from shaking or falling off relative to a battery rod, the nebulizer (1) and the battery rod (2) being combined to form an electronic cigarette, the electronic cigarette being the electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the nebulizer (1) comprises a first connector (13), and the battery rod (2) comprises a second connector (22) adapted to the first connector (13); a first magnetic part is arranged in the first connecting part (13), a second magnetic part (28) magnetically attracted with the first magnetic part is arranged in the second connecting part (22), a butt joint column (131) facing the second connecting part (22) is arranged at one end of the first connecting part (13), and a butt joint groove (221) for inserting the butt joint column (131) is formed in the second connecting part (22);
an annular or arc-shaped clamping groove is formed in the outer peripheral surface of the butt joint column (131), and an elastic piece which is elastically clamped in the clamping groove along the radial direction is arranged on the side wall of the butt joint groove (221); or the side wall of the butt joint groove (221) is provided with an annular or arc-shaped clamping groove, and the peripheral surface of the butt joint column is provided with an elastic piece which is elastically clamped in the clamping groove along the radial direction;
