If the broadcast service quantity screened by the service screening module 100 is equal to all the quantity of the service servers, the first broadcast voice queue generated by the first broadcast module 300 only includes: and screening out the service options corresponding to the broadcast services. For example, if there are three service servers in communication connection with the voice server, there are three service servers screened by the service screening module 100: bank server, credit card server and stock server, then the first voice queue of broadcasting that first broadcast module 300 generated includes: the bank business is requested to be pressed 1, the credit card business is requested to be pressed 2, and the security business is requested to be pressed 3.
