As shown in fig. 6, the gateway controller includes: the system comprises a Bluetooth protocol stack module, a flash flow control module, a diagnosis protocol stack module, an interaction layer and a CAN driving layer. The bluetooth protocol stack module is used for bluetooth data interaction between the gateway controller and the terminal device, and comprises the acquisition module and the refresh process control module, and is used for determining the data refresh process of the gateway controller, and the update module is used for converting the refresh data into the diagnostic refresh data, and is equivalent to a second update submodule in the update module.
According to still another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided an automobile comprising a meter, an engine and a body controller, and the gateway controller as described above, wherein the gateway controller is connected to the meter, the engine and the body controller respectively.

Claims (9)

1. A data update processing method, comprising:
obtaining the flash data sent by legal terminal equipment;
when the instruments, the engine and the body controller of the automobile meet the preset flashing condition, updating data of a gateway controller according to the flashing data;
the step of obtaining the flash data sent by the legal terminal equipment comprises the following steps:
receiving a data flashing request sent by terminal equipment; the data flashing request carries identity information of the terminal equipment;
receiving the flash data sent by the terminal equipment after the terminal equipment is verified to be legal according to the identity information;
the step of receiving the data flashing request sent by the terminal device comprises the following steps:
establishing a Bluetooth data communication link with the terminal equipment;
receiving a data flashing request sent by the terminal equipment through the Bluetooth data communication link;
after the step of receiving the data flashing request sent by the terminal device, the method further includes:
setting a flag bit of a flash request according to a received data flash request;
after the identification position of the flashing request is detected, verifying the legality of the terminal equipment according to the identity information of the terminal equipment carried in the data flashing request;
and if the identity information is matched with the pre-stored legal identity information, determining that the terminal equipment is legal.
2. The data update processing method according to claim 1, wherein the step of receiving the flash data sent by the terminal device includes:
receiving multi-group data sent by the terminal equipment; the grouped data carries a data serial number, a data length, a flash data content and a check code;
and recombining the content of the flash data in the plurality of groups of grouped data according to the data serial number to obtain recombined flash data.
3. The data update processing method according to claim 2, wherein the step of obtaining the reorganized flash data is followed by further comprising:
verifying the integrity and correctness of the reorganized flash data according to the data length and the check code;
and if the recombined flash data meets the requirements of integrity and correctness, storing the recombined flash data.
4. The data update processing method according to claim 3, wherein the data flush request further carries a target flush address; the step of storing the reorganized flash data comprises the following steps:
and storing the recombined flash data into a storage space corresponding to the target flash address.
5. The data update processing method according to claim 1, wherein the step of performing data update processing on the gateway controller according to the flush data when a meter, an engine, and a body controller of the automobile satisfy a preset flush condition includes:
determining whether the instrument, the engine and the vehicle body controller meet a preset flashing condition or not according to the power supply state of the whole vehicle, the current vehicle speed, the engine rotating speed and the gear information;
and when a preset flashing condition is met, carrying out data updating processing on the gateway controller according to the flashing data.
6. The data update processing method according to claim 1, wherein the step of performing data update processing on the gateway controller according to the flush data includes:
and converting the flash data into data which can be identified by a controller, and updating data of the gateway controller according to the data which can be identified by the controller.
7. A data update processing apparatus, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the flash data sent by the legal terminal equipment;
the updating module is used for updating data of the gateway controller according to the flash data when the instruments, the engine and the body controller of the automobile meet the preset flash condition;
the acquisition module includes:
the first receiving submodule is used for receiving a data flashing request sent by the terminal equipment; the data flashing request carries identity information of the terminal equipment;
the second receiving submodule is used for receiving the flash data sent by the terminal equipment after the terminal equipment is verified to be legal according to the identity information;
the second receiving submodule includes:
the establishing unit is used for establishing a Bluetooth data communication link with the terminal equipment;
the first receiving unit is used for receiving a data flashing request sent by the terminal equipment through a Bluetooth data communication link;
the acquisition module further comprises:
the setting submodule is used for setting a flag bit of the flashing request according to the received data flashing request;
the verification submodule is used for verifying the validity of the terminal equipment according to the identity information of the terminal equipment carried in the data flashing request after the identification position of the flashing request is detected;
and the determining submodule is used for determining that the terminal equipment is legal when the identity information is matched with the prestored legal identity information.
8. A gateway controller comprising the data update processing apparatus of claim 7.
9. An automobile, comprising: instruments, engines and body controllers; the vehicle further comprising a gateway controller according to claim 8, wherein the gateway controller is connected to the instrument, the engine, and the body controller, respectively.
