Abstract

The invention relates to a method and a device for controlling display of a terminal, and relates to the field of terminal information processing. The method comprises the following steps: detecting whether two opposite side frames of the terminal receive preset pressing operation or not; if so, identifying preset contents selected by the pressing operation in the terminal screen display interface; and amplifying and displaying preset content in the terminal screen display interface. The invention can effectively improve the browsing efficiency of the user on the display content in the display interface of the terminal screen.

Background
When the electronic equipment such as a mobile phone, a tablet, a reader and the like displays characters and pictures, the pictures or the characters can be amplified or reduced so as to meet the browsing requirements of users.
When the general electronic device enlarges or reduces the displayed picture or text, two modes can be adopted. The connecting line can be a straight line or a diagonal line. When the connecting line is an oblique line, the pressure points on the two side frames can be respectively used as a starting point and an end point, and the display content selected by the starting point and the end point on the display interface of the terminal screen is obtained. For example, for the displayed text, if the starting point is on the first line and the end point is on the fifth line, the display contents selected by the starting point and the end point on the terminal screen display interface are the text parts of the first line to the fifth line.
In this embodiment, when the preset content in the terminal screen display interface is displayed in an enlarged manner in step S160, the preset content may be displayed according to a preset magnification, that is, the text or the picture in the terminal screen display interface is enlarged by the preset magnification.

In the apparatus for controlling display by a terminal, for the display content in the display interface of the terminal screen, when a user needs to amplify the corresponding display content, the user can correspondingly press the two side frames opposite to the terminal according to the position of the display content to be amplified in the display interface, and the terminal detects whether the pressing operation of the user is a preset pressing operation, and if so, the terminal can select the display content to be amplified by the user in the display interface according to the pressing operation of the user and amplify the display content. When a user needs to amplify the content displayed in the screen display interface of the terminal, the user can press two opposite side frames of the terminal to select and amplify the corresponding content, and then when the terminal detects that the pressing operation of the user is finished, the amplified and displayed content is restored to the original state.
In one application, when a user browses characters displayed on a display interface of the terminal in a default font size and color, if some characters need to be browsed in an enlarged mode, the two side frames of the terminal can be pressed correspondingly according to the positions of the characters needing to be enlarged in the display interface of the screen, and therefore the characters needing to be enlarged can be identified by the terminal and displayed in an enlarged mode.
