Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
Claims (7)
1. A washing machine filter unit, including mounting plate and filter cover fixed on surface of inner tub of the washing machine, characterized by that, the said filter cover is fixed on mounting plate through the rotating lock mechanism, the said rotating lock mechanism includes the locking part, rotate the said rotating lock mechanism, the locking part locks/disengages with mounting plate, thus realize the filter cover is connected/separated with mounting plate;
the filter cover is provided with a hole groove, one end of the hole groove, facing the mounting plate, is provided with a limiting block, one end of the hole groove, facing the mounting plate, is provided with a locking part, and the locking part is a groove formed by inward sinking of the surface of the limiting block;
the rotary locking mechanism comprises a body and a locking part extending out of the body, a locking piece is correspondingly arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the body, a limiting clamping protrusion is arranged on the inner side surface of the body in a protruding mode along the radial direction to the outer side, and the limiting block limits the limiting clamping protrusion to slide in the forward direction or the reverse direction on the partial surface of the inner side end surface of the hole groove;
a gap is formed between the locking piece and the limiting clamping protrusion, and the distance between the end part of the groove and the limiting block is matched with the distance between the adjacent limiting clamping protrusion and the locking piece;
the locking part is a clamping jaw extending out of the body, a clamping groove is correspondingly arranged on the mounting plate, the body is rotated, and the clamping jaw is rotated into the clamping groove to be clamped with the clamping groove or is rotated to be separated from the clamping groove; when the body is rotated until the clamping jaws are matched and clamped with the clamping grooves, the locking piece moves to the locking part and is clamped and fixed with the locking part so as to limit the clamping jaws to be separated from the clamping grooves;
the body and the rotatable joint of filter cover, realize locking portion and mounting panel locking/throw off through rotatory the body.

The filtering device of the washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the claw is inserted through the hole slot and is in fit clamping connection with the clamping slot, and the body is rotatably clamped in the hole slot; the hole groove is a circular hole, and the body is of a cylindrical structure.

The filtering device of a washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the locking member is a cylinder disposed parallel to the central axis of the body, the locking portion is a recess recessed in an inner wall of one end of the hole groove facing the mounting plate, and when the body is rotated to allow the claw to be engaged with the engaging groove, the cylinder is engaged with the recess to restrict the rotation of the body.
4. The filtering device of a washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the limiting clamp projection is slidably clamped on the end surface of the inner side of the hole groove to prevent the rotation locking mechanism from being disengaged from the hole groove;
the limiting clamping protrusion is of an inverted triangular structure.

A washing machine filter unit according to any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein the locking means is integrally formed with two stop blocks, the two stop blocks being disposed on opposite sides of the end surface of the inner side of the slot, the two stop blocks being slidably disposed within two stop zones formed by the two stop blocks, the two locking members being disposed adjacent to the two stop blocks.

A washing machine filter unit according to any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein the filter cover is slidably engaged with the mounting plate from top to bottom, the mounting plate restricting movement of the filter cover in the horizontal direction, the latch of the rotary locking mechanism being engaged with the latch of the mounting plate, the mounting plate restricting movement of the filter cover in the vertical direction.
7. A washing machine provided with a washing machine filter device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.
