Abstract
本发明公开了一种骨科器械,包括C型壁X线装置、定位器、钻取装置、关节镜、显示器和操作台,所述定位器位于钻取装置上,在钻取装置上设有进水通路和出水通路,所述进水通路用于注射生理盐水,形成关节镜的工作腔隙和工作通道,所述出水通路用于生理盐水流出,避免大量生理盐水在组织内蓄积;所述操作台用于医务人员根据显示器所显示的内固定的位置,操作钻取装置取出内固定。本发明具有操作方便、省时省力、安全有效的特点,适合推广应用。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,涉及一种骨科器械。
背景技术
随着骨科技术得到迅速发展,新的内固定方法不断涌现,新的材料和技术不仅有效的重建了骨骼的稳定性,而且减少了对骨骼血运的破坏,提高了骨折的治愈率。但随之而来出现了越来越多的内固定取出困难,各种原因引起的断钉、断板病例是令骨科医生难以回避的难题。对于这些病例无论是去除内固定还是内固定重置,均涉及到断钉取出这一棘手问题。
现有技术中急需一种能安全、有效的取出内固定的骨科器械。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术存在的缺陷,提供一种安全有效的取出内固定的骨科器械。
其具体技术方案为:
一种骨科器械,包括C型壁X线装置、定位器、钻取装置、关节镜、显示器和操作台,所述定位器位于钻取装置上,在钻取装置上设有进水通路和出水通路,所述进水通路用于注射生理盐水,形成关节镜的工作腔隙和工作通道,所述出水通路用于生理盐水流出,避免大量生理盐水在组织内蓄积;所述操作台用于义务人员根据显示器所显示的内固定的位置,操作钻取装置取出内固定。
进一步,所述显示器为LED显示器。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的骨科器械在关节镜的辅助下可以将内固定顺利取出,切口小并且少,组织创伤小,减轻了患者术后疼痛,缩短了住院时间,该器械具有省时省力、安全有效的特点,适合推广应用。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
参照图1,一种骨科器械,包括C型壁X线装置、定位器、钻取装置、关节镜、显示器和操作台,所述定位器位于钻取装置上,在钻取装置上设有进水通路和出水通路,所述进水通路用于注射生理盐水,形成关节镜的工作腔隙和工作通道,所述出水通路用于生理盐水流出,避免大量生理盐水在组织内蓄积;所述操作台用于医务人员根据显示器所显示的内固定的位置,操作钻取装置取出内固定。
所述显示器为LED显示器。
本发明的骨科器械在具体应用过程中,通过C型壁X线装置确定内固定在原切口的体表位置,沿着原切口切开2-3cm,然后钻取装置和关节镜进入,在进水通路中注入生理盐水,形成关节镜的工作腔隙和工作通道,生理盐水从出水通路流出,避免大量生理盐水在组织内蓄积,医务人员根据根据显示器所显示的内固定的位置,操作钻取装置取出内固定,再进行包扎。

1.一种骨科器械,其特征在于,包括C型壁X线装置、定位器、钻取装置、关节镜、显示器和操作台,所述定位器位于钻取装置上,在钻取装置上设有进水通路和出水通路,所述进水通路用于注射生理盐水,形成关节镜的工作腔隙和工作通道,所述出水通路用于生理盐水流出,避免大量生理盐水在组织内蓄积;所述操作台用于医务人员根据显示器所显示的内固定的位置,操作钻取装置取出内固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的骨科器械,其特征在于,所述显示器为LED显示器。
