Abstract

本申请公开了便捷拆装的光源隐藏式照明灯,其涉及灯具领域,包括灯架和发光体,所述灯架包括纵向设置的连接侧板和横向设置且与所述连接侧板连接的支撑板,所述支撑板上设有灯带附着部,所述发光体设于所述灯带附着部上。本申请中的灯架包括有可用于安装在墙体等被安装体上的连接侧板和与连接侧板连接并设有发光体的支撑板,使得在安装便捷拆装的光源隐藏式照明灯时其灯架可直接作为天花暗槽,以实现将发光体和天花暗槽作一体化设置,从而在作灯源隐藏设计安装时无须再另外搭设天花暗槽,简化了安装过程,节省因搭建天花暗槽而需要消耗的人力。

【技术领域】
本申请涉及灯具领域,尤其是涉及便捷拆装的光源隐藏式照明灯。
【背景技术】
随着经济的发展和生活水平的提高,人们对家居装修中的灯饰照明设计的要求也越来越高,目前,为了避免照明灯光源的直接刺激,提高室内照明的舒适度,一般的家居装修设计中灯饰照明的安装都会采用隐藏灯源的设计,比较流行的做法是先在室内环境中搭建天花暗槽,然后再将如LED灯带等发光体安装及隐藏在天花暗槽内,使发光体的光线从天花暗槽内发出,但是这种设计需要事先搭建天花暗槽,使得安装过程较为繁琐和复杂,不便于用户使用。
【发明内容】
为了解决上述问题,简化安装过程,本申请提供了将天花暗槽和发光体作一体化设置且又便于用户拆卸和组装的便捷拆装的光源隐藏式照明灯。
本申请由以下技术方案实现的:
便捷拆装的光源隐藏式照明灯,包括灯架和发光体,所述灯架包括纵向设置的连接侧板和横向设置且与所述连接侧板连接的支撑板,所述支撑板上设有灯带附着部,所述发光体设于所述灯带附着部上。
如上所述的便捷拆装的光源隐藏式照明灯,所述灯带附着部为纵向设置于所述支撑板上表面的条状凸沿,所述发光体设于所述条状凸沿背对所述连接侧板的侧面上。
如上所述的便捷拆装的光源隐藏式照明灯,所述支撑板的上表面设有用于反射所述发光体发出的光线的第一反光纸。
如上所述的便捷拆装的光源隐藏式照明灯,所述支撑板上设有一侧面紧贴所述发光体并与所述支撑板固定连接的导光板。
如上所述的便捷拆装的光源隐藏式照明灯,所述支撑板远离所述连接侧板的一侧边上设有朝远离所述连接侧板的方向斜向上延伸的斜面挡板,所述斜面挡板上设有用于反射所述发光体发出的光线的第二反光纸。
如上所述的便捷拆装的光源隐藏式照明灯,所述斜面挡板与所述支撑板之间的夹角为150度。
如上所述的便捷拆装的光源隐藏式照明灯,所述支撑板上设有若干个形状不一的第一漏光孔。
如上所述的便捷拆装的光源隐藏式照明灯,所述发光体为LED灯带,所述灯架上设有用于驱动所述LED灯带的LED驱动器。
如上所述的便捷拆装的光源隐藏式照明灯,所述条状凸沿的端部与所述支撑板垂直于所述连接侧板的侧边之间形成绕线让位空间。
如上所述的便捷拆装的光源隐藏式照明灯,所述支撑板上设有螺纹孔,所述导光板上设有与所述螺纹孔位置相对应的连接孔,所述支撑板与所述导光板通过固定螺柱穿过所述连接孔与所述螺纹孔螺纹配合固定连接,所述连接侧板上设有若干个侧板连接孔。
与现有技术相比,本申请有如下优点:
本申请中的灯架包括有可用于安装在墙体等被安装体上的连接侧板和与连接侧板垂直连接并设有发光体的支撑板,使得在安装便捷拆装的光源隐藏式照明灯时其灯架可直接作为天花暗槽,以实现将发光体和天花暗槽作一体化设置,从而在作灯源隐藏设计安装时无须再另外搭设天花暗槽,简化了安装过程,节省因搭建天花暗槽而需要消耗的人力。

【具体实施方式】
本申请的实施例为如图1至图5所示的便捷拆装的光源隐藏式照明灯,包括截面呈L形的长条形状的灯架1,所述灯架1可用于安装在室内的墙体等被安装体上,所述灯架1包括可用于与墙体等被安装体固定连接且成纵向设置的连接侧板11和成横向设置且与所述连接侧板11一体连接的支撑板12,所述连接侧板11上设有若干个用于与墙体等被安装体配合连接的侧板连接孔111,所述支撑板12上设有灯带附着部13,优选的,所述灯带附着部13为纵向设置于所述支撑板12上表面的条状凸沿,所述发光体3设于所述灯带附着部13上,优选的,所述发光体3为LED灯带,且LED灯带设于所述条状凸沿背对所述连接侧板11的侧面上,所述灯架1上设有用于控制所述LED灯带开启和关闭的红外线感应装置,所述支撑板12上设有一侧面紧贴所述LED灯带并与所述支撑板12固定连接的导光板2,所述导光板2与所述支撑板12之间夹设有用于反射所述LED灯带发出的光线的第一反光纸41。LED灯带所发出的光线经导光板以及第一反射纸的折射和反射作用扩散至室内其他地方,尤其是朝室内的房顶扩散,并经室内房顶的反射扩散至室内以进行照明。
进一步的,所述支撑板12远离所述连接侧板11的一侧边上设有朝远离所述连接侧板的方向斜向上延伸的斜面挡板121,所述斜面挡板121上设有用于反射所述发光体3发出的光线的第二反光纸42,通过设置斜面挡板和第二反光纸能将LED灯带直接照射在第二反光纸方向上的光线反射至房顶上并经房顶的反射扩散至室内进行照明,优选的,所述斜面挡板121与所述支撑板12之间的夹角为150度,当斜面挡板与支撑板之间的夹角为150度时,能将LED灯带直接照射至第二反光纸方向上的光线最大化的扩散至室内以提高照明灯对室内的亮度照明。
进一步的,所述灯架1上设有用于驱动所述LED灯带3的LED驱动器,且所述LED驱动器的功率与所述LED灯带的能耗相对应。通过在灯架上设有LED驱动器能防止LED灯带在使用过程中会因出现光衰或照明过亮而引起照明不均匀的现象,保证LED灯带的照明亮度满足用户的使用需要。
进一步的,所述导光板2为磨砂亚克力板。磨砂亚克力板对光线具有良好的折射和反射以及透光性质,能有效对LED灯带所发出的光线进行扩散。
进一步的,所述条状凸沿在垂直于所述连接侧板11的方向宽度为1mm,在垂直于所述支撑板12方向的高度为8mm。灯带附着部为条状凸沿能在LED灯带过长的情况下,将过长的LED灯带绕设在条状凸沿靠近连接侧板的一侧面上,如当需要根据使用环境对灯架长度裁切调整时,可不必因灯架长度的调整而换用其他长度的LED灯带,而是在组装LED灯带时将原先的LED灯带安装在条状凸沿上,并将超出条状凸沿部分的LED灯带绕设在条状凸沿靠近连接侧板的一侧面上,以方便用户对照明灯的组装和使用,进一步的,灯架在裁切后,条状凸沿的端部与所述支撑板12垂直于所述连接侧板11的侧边之间形成绕线让位空间131,设置绕线让位空间能使LED灯带绕设在条状凸沿靠近连接侧板的一侧面上时位于条状凸沿端部上的LED灯带的灯珠不会凸出并越过支撑板的侧边,以便于裁切后的灯架进行安装。
进一步的,所述支撑板12上设有若干个形状不一的第一漏光孔(图中未显示),所述第一反射纸41上与所述第一漏光孔相应的位置处设有形状与第一漏光孔相对应的第二漏光孔(图中未显示)。通过在支撑板和反光纸上设置各种各样形状的漏光孔可作为灯光装饰图案,能提高灯具照明时的美观度。
进一步的,所述支撑板12上设有螺纹孔,所述导光板2上设有与所述螺纹孔位置相对应的连接孔,所述支撑板与所述导光板通过固定螺柱穿过所述连接孔与所述螺纹孔螺纹配合固定连接,所述固定螺柱与所述导光板2之间还设有紧贴所述导光板并用于防止固定螺柱对导光板因摩擦而造成伤害以及加强导光板与支撑板连接稳定性的连接压板(图上未显示)。螺纹连接能有效固定导光板和支撑板的连接。
优选的,所述长条形的灯架1可制作成标准长度,如制作成长度为1m,1.2m或1.4m。
进一步的,所述灯架1上还可一体安装筒灯、射灯或其他灯饰件等照明配件。可实现照明灯的多功能化。
如图6所示,本申请的便捷拆装的光源隐藏式照明灯还可通过焊接的方式将两个如图1至图5所示的长条形的灯架1合并制作成直角状的灯架1,且将导光板2的形状也切割成与直角状的灯架1相配合使用的形状,以便于将灯架2安装在墙体的角落位置。
优选的,直角状的灯架1的两直角边长度可制作为0.2m或0.25m。

Claims (10)

1.便捷拆装的光源隐藏式照明灯,包括灯架(1)和发光体(3),其特征在于:所述灯架(1)包括纵向设置的连接侧板(11)和横向设置且与所述连接侧板(11)连接的支撑板(12),所述支撑板(12)上设有灯带附着部(13),所述发光体(3)设于所述灯带附着部(13)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便捷拆装的光源隐藏式照明灯,其特征在于:所述灯带附着部(13)为纵向设置于所述支撑板(12)上表面的条状凸沿,所述发光体(3)设于所述条状凸沿背对所述连接侧板(11)的侧面上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的便捷拆装的光源隐藏式照明灯,其特征在于:所述支撑板(12)的上表面设有用于反射所述发光体(3)发出的光线的第一反光纸(41)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的便捷拆装的光源隐藏式照明灯,其特征在于:所述支撑板(12)上设有一侧面紧贴所述发光体(3)并与所述支撑板(12)固定连接的导光板(2)。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的便捷拆装的光源隐藏式照明灯,其特征在于:所述支撑板(12)远离所述连接侧板(11)的一侧边上设有朝远离所述连接侧板的方向斜向上延伸的斜面挡板(121),所述斜面挡板(121)上设有用于反射所述发光体(3)发出的光线的第二反光纸(42)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的便捷拆装的光源隐藏式照明灯,其特征在于:所述斜面挡板(121)与所述支撑板(12)之间的夹角为150度。
7.根据权利要求4所述的便捷拆装的光源隐藏式照明灯,其特征在于:所述支撑板(12)上设有若干个形状不一的第一漏光孔。
8.根据权利要求2所述的便捷拆装的光源隐藏式照明灯,其特征在于:所述发光体(3)为LED灯带,所述灯架(1)上设有用于驱动所述LED灯带的LED驱动器。
9.根据权利要求8所述的便捷拆装的光源隐藏式照明灯,其特征在于:所述条状凸沿的端部与所述支撑板(12)垂直于所述连接侧板(11)的侧边之间形成绕线让位空间(131)。
10.根据权利要求4所述的便捷拆装的光源隐藏式照明灯,其特征在于:所述支撑板(12)上设有螺纹孔,所述导光板(2)上设有与所述螺纹孔位置相对应的连接孔,所述支撑板(12)与所述导光板(2)通过固定螺柱穿过所述连接孔与所述螺纹孔螺纹配合固定连接,所述连接侧板(11)上设有若干个侧板连接孔(111)。
