本发明公开了一种新型节能环保瓷砖养护贴膜,所述养护贴膜为多层结构,包含一聚氯乙烯柔性膜层,所述聚氯乙烯柔性膜层的一面设有一硅胶吸附层,所述聚氯乙烯柔性膜层的另一面设有一PET聚酯薄膜层,所述PET聚酯薄膜层的表面设有一防紫外线PVC薄膜层,所述防紫外线PVC薄膜层的表面设有一PE防静电膜。本发明的新型节能环保瓷砖养护贴膜质地柔软,贴附在瓷砖的表面可以有效防止瓷砖被污垢腐蚀,该养护膜可以有效减少外部紫外光对瓷砖表面釉质的损害,保持瓷砖的美观与光洁,延长瓷砖的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种建材,更确切地说,是一种新型节能环保瓷砖养护贴膜。
背景技术
瓷砖是以耐火的金属氧化物及半金属氧化物,经由研磨、混合、压制、施釉、烧结之过程,而形成的一种耐酸碱的瓷质或石质等,建筑或装饰材料,称之为瓷砖。其原材料多由粘土、石英砂等等混合而成。瓷砖被用在墙体表面较为清洁美观,但是日积月累以后瓷砖的表面会布满污垢不易去除,瓷砖表面容易被风化开裂,影响美观也降低了墙体瓷砖的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种新型节能环保瓷砖养护贴膜。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种新型节能环保瓷砖养护贴膜,所述养护贴膜为多层结构,包含一聚氯乙烯柔性膜层,所述聚氯乙烯柔性膜层的一面设有一硅胶吸附层,所述聚氯乙烯柔性膜层的另一面设有一PET聚酯薄膜层,所述PET聚酯薄膜层的表面设有一防紫外线PVC薄膜层,所述防紫外线PVC薄膜层的表面设有一PE防静电膜。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的聚氯乙烯柔性膜层的厚度为0.15-0.22mm。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的防紫外线PVC薄膜层和PET聚酯薄膜层的厚度比为2:3。
本发明的新型节能环保瓷砖养护贴膜质地柔软,贴附在瓷砖的表面可以有效防止瓷砖被污垢腐蚀,该养护膜可以有效减少外部紫外光对瓷砖表面釉质的损害,保持瓷砖的美观与光洁,延长瓷砖的使用寿命。

如图1所示,一种新型节能环保瓷砖养护贴膜1,所述养护贴膜为多层结构,包含一聚氯乙烯柔性膜层40,所述聚氯乙烯柔性膜层40的一面设有一硅胶吸附层50,所述聚氯乙烯柔性膜层40的另一面设有一PET聚酯薄膜层30,所述PET聚酯薄膜层30的表面设有一防紫外线PVC薄膜层20,所述防紫外线PVC薄膜层20的表面设有一PE防静电膜10。
作为对本发明更进一步的改进,所述的聚氯乙烯柔性膜层40的厚度为0.15-0.22mm。
作为对本发明更进一步的改进,所述的防紫外线PVC薄膜层20和PET聚酯薄膜层30的厚度比为2:3。
该发明的新型节能环保瓷砖养护贴膜质地柔软,贴附在瓷砖的表面可以有效防止瓷砖被污垢腐蚀,该养护膜可以有效减少外部紫外光对瓷砖表面釉质的损害,保持瓷砖的美观与光洁,延长瓷砖的使用寿命。
以上仅仅以一个实施方式来说明本发明的设计思路,在系统允许的情况下,本发明可以扩展为同时外接更多的功能模块,从而最大限度扩展其功能。

1.一种新型节能环保瓷砖养护贴膜(1),其特征在于,所述养护贴膜为多层结构,包含一聚氯乙烯柔性膜层(40),所述聚氯乙烯柔性膜层(40)的一面设有一硅胶吸附层(50),所述聚氯乙烯柔性膜层(40)的另一面设有一PET聚酯薄膜层(30),所述PET聚酯薄膜层(30)的表面设有一防紫外线PVC薄膜层(20),所述防紫外线PVC薄膜层(20)的表面设有一PE防静电膜(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型节能环保瓷砖养护贴膜,其特征在于,所述的聚氯乙烯柔性膜层(40)的厚度为0.15-0.22mm 。
