本发明涉及电动汽车充电技术领域,尤其涉及一种一体式电动汽车充电桩,包括充电桩壳体,壳体内布置充电模块的主控单元采用STM芯片作为核心处理器来控制计量模块、通信模块、打印模块、存储模块、GSM信号发射模块和人机交互模块完成相应功能,打印模块的打印输出口设置在壳体中,人机交互模块嵌入式固定在壳体的凹槽中,壳体的一侧设置用于放置充电枪的卡槽,所述凹槽的槽口设置防盗玻璃窗,卡槽的槽口设置防盗玻璃门,壳体的外壳面上设置用于刷卡来控制防盗玻璃窗、防盗玻璃门开闭的射频感应区,功能较多,既能利用各种模块对充电量进行实时监控,又能利用防盗玻璃窗和防盗玻璃门进行防盗、防雨淋,可防止充电枪老化。

一体式电动汽车充电桩
技术领域
本发明涉及电动汽车充电技术领域,尤其涉及一种一体式电动汽车充电桩。
背景技术
随着环境污染问题的日益突出,新能源汽车以污染气体排放量少、高能效、低噪声、低运行成本的显著优点,正逐步取代普通的燃油汽车。在众多新能源汽车中,电动汽车以“零排放”等优点成为汽车市场的新兴宠儿。近年来,在国家政策引导和企业的广泛参与下,电动汽车行业发展迅猛,相应的配套充电设施需求也在不断增大。但现有的充电设施大多使用功能比较单一,不够人性化,用户在充电桩对汽车充电过程中无法及时知道已充电量多少,是否充电完成等信息,造成驾驶员等待时间过长而又不能离开。同时,充电桩作为一种技术产物,它的大量普及也带来了偷盗及恶意损毁的问题,不但给生产企业带来了经济上的损失,也使得电动汽车车主无法正常充电使用,给用户带来了充电不便的烦恼。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种功能较多的一体式电动汽车充电桩。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种一体式电动汽车充电桩,包括充电桩壳体,壳体内布置充电模块、计量模块、通信模块、打印模块、存储模块、GSM信号发射模块和人机交互模块,充电模块的主控单元采用STM芯片作为核心处理器来控制计量模块、通信模块、打印模块、存储模块、GSM信号发射模块和人机交互模块完成相应功能,计量模块采用单相多功能电表进行计算电能值,打印模块的打印输出口设置在壳体中,人机交互模块嵌入式固定在壳体的凹槽中,壳体的一侧设置用于放置充电枪的卡槽,所述凹槽的槽口设置防盗玻璃窗,卡槽的槽口设置防盗玻璃门,壳体的外壳面上设置用于刷卡来控制防盗玻璃窗、防盗玻璃门开闭的射频感应区。
有益效果:使用时,车主手持IC卡放置在射频感应区上刷一下,防盗玻璃窗和防盗玻璃门自动打开,车主便可拿起充电枪进行充电,此时计量模块中的单相多功能电表开始计算电能值,并通过通信模块中的RS232串口将数据传输给主控单元,由主控单元将数据反馈到人机交互模块的屏幕上,供用户进行交易结算,其中在存储模块中存放有各类数据信息,可通过通信模块将其传输至后台运行管理中心,便于管理中心对充电桩进行实时的运行监控和交易信息的统计管理。当充电模块即将对电动汽车电池充满电时,通过其串口通信给GSM信号发射模块,由其向车主发送短信息来提醒车主充电完毕。同时,车主也可以直接发送短信至信号发射端口,询问当前已充多少电量,由GSM信号发射模块向主控制单元发送请求,经过充电模块内部的数据采集单元提取出相关数据信息后,反向回传至GSM信号发射模块,由其向车主发送充电电量等相关数据信息。功能较多,既能对充电量进行实时监控,又能利用防盗玻璃窗和防盗玻璃门进行防盗、防雨淋,当然也可选用暗色玻璃来防晒,可防止充电枪老化,提高充电枪的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1-图5,对本发明作进一步的描述。
一种一体式电动汽车充电桩,包括充电桩壳体10,壳体10内布置充电模块、计量模块、通信模块、打印模块、存储模块、GSM信号发射模块和人机交互模块20,充电模块的主控单元采用STM32芯片作为核心处理器来控制计量模块、通信模块、打印模块、存储模块、GSM信号发射模块和人机交互模块20完成相应功能,计量模块采用单相多功能电表进行计算电能值,打印模块的打印输出口30设置在壳体10中,人机交互模块20嵌入式固定在壳体10的凹槽11中,壳体10的一侧设置用于放置充电枪40的卡槽12,所述凹槽11的槽口设置防盗玻璃窗50,卡槽12的槽口设置防盗玻璃门60,壳体10的外壳面上设置用于刷卡来控制防盗玻璃窗50、防盗玻璃门60开闭的射频感应区70。
使用时,车主手持IC卡放置在射频感应区70上刷一下,防盗玻璃窗50和防盗玻璃门60自动打开,车主便可拿起充电枪40进行充电,此时计量模块中的单相多功能电表开始计算电能值,并通过通信模块中的RS232串口将数据传输给主控单元,由主控单元将数据反馈到人机交互模块20的屏幕上,供用户进行交易结算,打印机模块为车主打印充电消费信息小票,此票据可作为用户消费凭据,人机交互模块20的屏幕实现充电桩运行信息的显示和用户控制参数的输入。其中在存储模块中存放有各类数据信息,可通过通信模块将其传输至后台运行管理中心,便于管理中心对充电桩进行实时的运行监控和交易信息的统计管理。当充电模块即将对电动汽车电池充满电时,通过其串口通信给GSM信号发射模块,由其向车主发送短信息来提醒车主充电完毕。同时,车主也可以直接发送短信至信号发射端口,询问当前已充多少电量,由GSM信号发射模块向主控制单元发送请求,经过充电模块内部的数据采集单元提取出相关数据信息后,反向回传至GSM信号发射模块,由其向车主发送充电电量等相关数据信息。功能较多,既能对充电量进行实时监控,又能利用防盗玻璃窗50和防盗玻璃门60进行防盗、防雨淋,当然也可选用暗色玻璃来防晒,可防止充电枪40老化,提高充电枪40的使用寿命。
进一步的,所述壳体10中设置冷却风扇80,所述主控单元上加装温度传感器,通过温控系统来控制冷却风扇80的启停,冷却风扇80的设置为充电桩通风降温来保证充电设备的正常运行,并可降低充电桩自身功耗。结合图3,当车主开始对汽车充电时,充电模块开始运行,内部的温度传感器不断读取充电桩内温度,当温度达到预设报警值时,冷却风扇80开始工作,起到通风降温的作用。
更进一步的,所述人机交互模块20的屏幕跟竖直平面呈60度夹角布置。这样既可防止因阳光照射带来的反光问题,避免车主在使用交互界面时由于太阳照射无法看清屏幕显示而造成操作失误,同时相对市面上多数人机交互屏幕垂直安放,该屏幕按一定角度安放更加符合人体工学设计,方便车主操作使用。
优选的,所述壳体10的底部设置防水底座90。可有效避免因雨天潮湿而导致内部模块间短路损坏而影响车主正常充电使用。

1.一种一体式电动汽车充电桩,其特征在于:包括充电桩壳体(10),壳体(10)内布置充电模块、计量模块、通信模块、打印模块、存储模块、GSM信号发射模块和人机交互模块(20),充电模块的主控单元采用STM32芯片作为核心处理器来控制计量模块、通信模块、打印模块、存储模块、GSM信号发射模块和人机交互模块(20)完成相应功能,计量模块采用单相多功能电表进行计算电能值,打印模块的打印输出口(30)设置在壳体(10)中,人机交互模块(20)嵌入式固定在壳体(10)的凹槽(11)中,壳体(10)的一侧设置用于放置充电枪(40)的卡槽(12),所述凹槽(11)的槽口设置防盗玻璃窗(50),卡槽(12)的槽口设置防盗玻璃门(60),壳体(10)的外壳面上设置用于刷卡来控制防盗玻璃窗(50)、防盗玻璃门(60)开闭的射频感应区(70)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一体式电动汽车充电桩,其特征在于:所述壳体(10)中设置冷却风扇(80),所述主控单元上加装温度传感器,通过温控系统来控制冷却风扇(80)的启停。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一体式电动汽车充电桩,其特征在于:所述人机交互模块(20)的屏幕跟竖直平面呈60度夹角布置。
