Abstract
本发明公开了一种处理效率高,净化效果好的具有废水处理功能的工业废气处理系统,通过利用臭氧的强氧化性对有机废气进行分解氧化,同时自转搅拌扇叶径向设置在圆柱形塔体的中部,自转搅拌扇叶搅拌时可以使臭氧和机废气进行充分的反应,保证最好的净化效果。同时通过清洗塔内部结构的改变,使得清洗塔补内部均匀的设置有若干喷头,增加了清洗塔内部的对废气的清洗面积和时间,大大提高了废气处理的效率。进一步的由于所述塔内池和塔外池之间通过废水处理装置连通,使得废水可以二次利用,实现净化系统循环用水,减少二次污染。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于工业废气处理系统,尤其涉及一种处理效率高,净化效果好的用于工业废气的处理系统。
背景技术
目前大气污染源主要有以下三个:(1)工业:工业是大气污染的一个重要来源。工业排放到大气中的污染物种类繁多,性质复杂,有烟尘、硫的氧化物、氮的氧化物、有机化合物、卤化物、碳化合物等。其中有的是烟尘,有的是气体。(2)生活炉灶与采暖锅炉:城市中大量民用生活炉灶和采暖锅炉需要消耗大量煤炭,煤炭在燃烧过程中要释放大量的灰尘、二氧化硫、二氧化碳、一氧化碳等有害物质污染大气。特别是在冬季采暖时,往往使污染地区烟雾弥漫,呛得人咳嗽,这也是一种不容忽视的污染源。(3)交通运输:汽车、火车、飞机、轮船是当代的主要运输工具,它们烧煤或石油产生的废气也是重要的污染物。特别是城市中的汽车,量大而集中,排放的污染物能直接侵袭人的呼吸器官,对城市的空气污染很严重,成为大城市空气的主要污染源之一。汽车排放的废气主要有一氧化碳、二氧化硫、氮氧化物和碳氢化合物等,前三种物质危害性很大。
现有的废气处理体统,不容易达到废气净化处理后的排放标准《恶臭污染物排放标准》GB1455-93二级标准和外排有害物质排放标准《大气污染综合排放标准》GB16297-1996,处理手段单一。
所以现有技术中,任然存在很多处理问题:洗涤效果不彻底,漆雾粉尘颗粒祛除率底;对漆雾中的有机物作用有限,排除的气体异味重;洗涤水没有处理,容易造成二次污染;处理流程设备庞大,占用厂房面积大。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种处理效率高,净化效果好的用于工业废气的处理系统
为解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是,具有废水处理功能的工业废气处理系统,包括清洗塔、与清洗塔连通的机处理塔和设置有机处理塔出口的排气管;所述清洗塔和机处理塔之间通过离心风机连通;所述清洗塔底部设置有集水池;集水池由塔内池和塔外池两个部分组成;塔外池内部设置有水泵;所述机处理塔包括臭氧发生器、自转搅拌扇叶和圆柱形塔体,所述自转搅拌扇叶径向设置在圆柱形塔体的中部,所述臭氧发生器与圆柱形塔体内部连通;
所述清洗塔的内壁均匀的分布有喷淋管,所述喷淋管从下至上成螺旋形均匀分布在清洗塔的内壁,喷淋管上设置有若干个喷头;喷淋管与塔外池内部的水泵连接。
所述塔内池和塔外池之间通过废水处理装置连通,所述废水处理装置包括快渗内池、快渗外池,塔内池的废水经过快渗内池进入快渗外池;所述快渗内池底部的周边均匀设有穿孔并与快渗外池连通;塔外池与快渗外池连通。
进一步的,所述快渗内池、快渗外池水口均设置有多层滤布。
本发明的有益效果:通过利用臭氧的强氧化性对有机废气进行分解氧化,同时自转搅拌扇叶径向设置在圆柱形塔体的中部,自转搅拌扇叶搅拌时可以使臭氧和机废气进行充分的反应,保证最好的净化效果。同时通过清洗塔内部结构的改变,使得清洗塔补内部均匀的设置有若干喷头,增加了清洗塔内部的对废气的清洗面积和时间,大大提高了废气处理的效率。进一步的由于所述塔内池和塔外池之间通过废水处理装置连通,使得废水可以二次利用,实现净化系统循环用水,减少二次污染。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体的实施例对本发明作进一步的阐述。
如图1-2所示,具有废水处理功能的工业废气处理系统,包括清洗塔1、与清洗塔1连通的机处理塔4和设置有机处理塔4出口的排气管5;所述清洗塔1和机处理塔4之间通过离心风机6连通;所述清洗塔1底部设置有集水池2;集水池2由塔内池2.1和塔外池2.2两个部分组成;塔外池2.2内部设置有水泵。
所述塔内池2.1和塔外池2.2之间通过废水处理装置连通;所述废水处理装置包括快渗内池7、快渗外池8,塔内池2.1的废水经过快渗内池7进入快渗外池8;所述快渗内池7底部的周边均匀设有穿孔并与快渗外池8连通;塔外池2.2与快渗外池8连通,所述快渗内池、快渗外池水口均设置有多层滤布,使得废水可以二次利用,实现净化系统循环用水,减少二次污染。
所述机处理塔4包括臭氧发生器4.1、自转搅拌扇叶4.2和圆柱形塔体4.3,所述自转搅拌扇叶4.2径向设置在圆柱形塔体4.3的中部,所述臭氧发生器4.1与圆柱形塔体4.3内部连通。通过利用臭氧的强氧化性对有机废气进行分解氧化,同时自转搅拌扇叶径向设置在圆柱形塔体的中部,自转搅拌扇叶搅拌时可以使臭氧和机废气进行充分的反应,保证最好的净化效果。
如图3所示,所述清洗塔1的内壁均匀的分布有喷淋管3,喷淋管3从下至上成螺旋形均匀分布在清洗塔1的内壁,喷淋管3上设置有若干个喷头3.1;喷淋管3与塔外池2.2内部的水泵连接。通过清洗塔1内部结构的改变,使得清洗塔1补内部均匀的设置有若干喷头3.1喷出,增加了清洗塔1内部的对废气的清洗面积和时间,大大提高了废气处理的效率。

1.具有废水处理功能的工业废气处理系统,其特征在于:包括清洗塔(1)、与清洗塔(1)连通的机处理塔(4)和设置有机处理塔(4)出口的排气管(5);所述清洗塔(1)和机处理塔(4)之间通过离心风机(6)连通;所述清洗塔(1)底部设置有集水池(2);集水池(2)由塔内池(2.1)和塔外池(2.2)两个部分组成;塔外池(2.2)内部设置有水泵;所述机处理塔(4)包括臭氧发生器(4.1)、自转搅拌扇叶(4.2)和圆柱形塔体(4.3),所述自转搅拌扇叶(4.2)径向设置在圆柱形塔体(4.3)的中部,所述臭氧发生器(4.1)与圆柱形塔体(4.3)内部连通;
所述清洗塔(1)的内壁均匀的分布有喷淋管(3),所述喷淋管(3)从下至上成螺旋形均匀分布在清洗塔(1)的内壁,喷淋管(3)上设置有若干个喷头(3.1);喷淋管(3)与塔外池(2.2)内部的水泵连接;
