本发明公开一种六月中旬播种种植紫罗兰的方法,包括以下操作步骤:(1)将紫罗兰种子均匀的喷上营养液;(2)将喷洒上营养液的紫罗兰种子放置在19‑24℃的环境下放置24小时,然后再将其放置在10‑13℃的环境下放置48小时;(3)将紫罗兰种子播种在育苗基质中,等到种子发芽后,每隔7天喷施一次花期调节液;(4)喷施完花期调节液后,采用紫光照射紫罗兰幼苗40‑60min。采用本发明提供的紫罗兰种植方法,能使得紫罗兰的开花期在国庆节期间,并且紫罗兰花花朵鲜艳,存活率高,提大地提升了种植户的经济效益。

一种六月中旬种植紫罗兰的方法
技术领域
本发明属于紫罗兰种植领域,具体涉及一种六月中旬种植紫罗兰的方法。
背景技术
全株密被灰白色具柄的分枝柔毛。茎直立,多分枝,基部稍木质化。叶片长圆形至倒披针形或匙形。原产地中海沿岸。中国南部地区广泛栽培,欧洲名花之一。中国大城市中常有物种,可以栽于庭园或温室中,供观赏。紫罗兰花朵茂盛,花色鲜艳,香气浓郁,花期长,花序也长,为众多爱花者所喜爱,适宜于盆栽观赏,适宜于布置花坛、台阶、花径,整株花朵可作为花束。紫罗兰可作为冬、春两季的切花,因其耐寒性较强,加温等方面的费用少,所需劳动力也少,栽培价值较高,从定植到收获的周期短,故得以广泛应用。通常12月-翌年2月上市的是室内栽培的无分枝系,3月下旬-4月上市的多是露地栽培的分枝系。一般来说,无分枝系价值较高,而重瓣的比单瓣的价格要高2-3倍。紫罗兰播种时间一般在8月中旬至10月上旬,也可根据用花时间进行调整,在温室内2月播种,则5月开花;3月播种,6月开花,依次类推,但7月播种,要等到第二年的2月至3月才能在温室内开花。因此每逢国庆节期间,因对花卉需求的增多,紫罗兰常出现供不应求的现象。
发明内容
为了解决紫罗兰在国庆期间供不应求的现象,本发明提供一种六月中旬种植紫罗兰的方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种六月中旬种植紫罗兰的方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将紫罗兰种子均匀的喷上营养液,每千克种子营养液的使用量为180-220g,其中营养液由以下重量份的组分制成:苍术19-23份、棉花根12-14份、地榆10-15份、白芍11-15份、肉苁蓉8-12份、香柠檬油2-4份、氯化钠4-6份、水180-200份;
(2)将喷洒上营养液的紫罗兰种子放置在19-24℃的环境下放置24小时,然后再将其放置在10-13℃的环境下放置48小时;
(3)将紫罗兰种子播种在育苗基质中,等到种子发芽后,每隔7天喷施一次花期调节液,其中花期调节液由以下重量份的组分制成:甘油磷酸钙1-3份、盐酸-8-巯基喹啉1-4份、聚尿苷酸钾盐2-4份、L-肉碱富马酸盐3-5份、水190-200份;
(4)喷施完花期调节液后,采用紫光照射紫罗兰幼苗40-60min。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中的营养液采用以下方法制成:将水煮沸后,然后向其中加入苍术、棉花根、地榆、白芍、肉苁蓉,继续煎煮2-3小时后,过滤得滤液,趁热向滤液中加入香柠檬油、氯化钠,搅拌均匀后,冷却至室温,制得营养液。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中L-肉碱富马酸盐中左旋肉碱的含量为57.5%,富马酸含量为41.5%。
由以上的技术方案可知,本发明的有益效果是:
采用本发明提供的紫罗兰种植方法,能使得紫罗兰的开花期在国庆节期间,并且紫罗兰花花朵鲜艳,存活率高,提大地提升了种植户的经济效益。其中营养液中的苍术、棉花根和地榆中的有效成分协同作用,能提升紫罗兰种子对高温的承受能力,使得紫罗兰种子在温度较高的环境中,种子内酶的活性不受影响,能正常的发挥功效;白芍和肉苁蓉中的有效成分协同作用后,能为种子的发育提供充足的营养物质,并且其所含的营养物质易于被紫罗兰种子吸收利用,极大地提升了紫罗兰种子的发芽率;香柠檬油能使得营养液中的有效成分,均匀的在种子表面铺展开,进而提升种子对营养液的吸收率,并且香柠檬油和苍术中的有效成分协同作用,能进一步提升种子对高温的耐受能力,提升种子的发芽率;花期调节液中的甘油磷酸钙和盐酸-8-巯基喹啉协同作用,一方面既能提升紫罗兰幼苗的生长速度,另一方面还能诱导紫罗兰开花器官的发育,提升紫罗兰植株的开花率;聚尿苷酸钾盐和L-肉碱富马酸盐协同作用,既能为紫罗兰的生长发育提供营养物质,又能提升紫罗兰对营养物质的吸收利用率,并且其中的有效成分在紫光的照射作用下,具有提升紫罗兰植株对温度变化的耐受性,能使得紫罗兰花卉在国庆期间顺利上市。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不能用来限制本发明的范围。实施例中采用的实施条件可以根据厂家的条件作进一步调整,未说明的实施条件通常为常规实验条件。
实施例1
一种六月中旬种植紫罗兰的方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将紫罗兰种子均匀的喷上营养液,每千克种子营养液的使用量为180g,其中营养液由以下重量份的组分制成:苍术19份、棉花根12份、地榆10份、白芍11份、肉苁蓉8份、香柠檬油2份、氯化钠4份、水180份;
(2)将喷洒上营养液的紫罗兰种子放置在19℃的环境下放置24小时,然后再将其放置在10℃的环境下放置48小时;
(3)将紫罗兰种子播种在育苗基质中,等到种子发芽后,每隔7天喷施一次花期调节液,其中花期调节液由以下重量份的组分制成:甘油磷酸钙1份、盐酸-8-巯基喹啉1份、聚尿苷酸钾盐2份、L-肉碱富马酸盐3份、水190份;
(4)喷施完花期调节液后,采用紫光照射紫罗兰幼苗40min。

(2)将喷洒上营养液的紫罗兰种子放置在22℃的环境下放置24小时,然后再将其放置在12℃的环境下放置48小时;
(3)将紫罗兰种子播种在育苗基质中,等到种子发芽后,每隔7天喷施一次花期调节液,其中花期调节液由以下重量份的组分制成:甘油磷酸钙2份、盐酸-8-巯基喹啉3份、聚尿苷酸钾盐3份、L-肉碱富马酸盐4份、水195份;
(4)喷施完花期调节液后,采用紫光照射紫罗兰幼苗50min。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中的营养液采用以下方法制成:将水煮沸后,然后向其中加入苍术、棉花根、地榆、白芍、肉苁蓉,继续煎煮2.5小时后,过滤得滤液,趁热向滤液中加入香柠檬油、氯化钠,搅拌均匀后,冷却至室温,制得营养液。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中L-肉碱富马酸盐中左旋肉碱的含量为57.5%,富马酸含量为41.5%。
实施例3
一种六月中旬种植紫罗兰的方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将紫罗兰种子均匀的喷上营养液,每千克种子营养液的使用量为220g,其中营养液由以下重量份的组分制成:苍术23份、棉花根14份、地榆15份、白芍15份、肉苁蓉12份、香柠檬油4份、氯化钠6份、水200份;
(2)将喷洒上营养液的紫罗兰种子放置在24℃的环境下放置24小时,然后再将其放置在13℃的环境下放置48小时;
(3)将紫罗兰种子播种在育苗基质中,等到种子发芽后,每隔7天喷施一次花期调节液,其中花期调节液由以下重量份的组分制成:甘油磷酸钙3份、盐酸-8-巯基喹啉4份、聚尿苷酸钾盐4份、L-肉碱富马酸盐5份、水200份;
(4)喷施完花期调节液后,采用紫光照射紫罗兰幼苗60min。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中的营养液采用以下方法制成:将水煮沸后,然后向其中加入苍术、棉花根、地榆、白芍、肉苁蓉,继续煎煮3小时后,过滤得滤液,趁热向滤液中加入香柠檬油、氯化钠,搅拌均匀后,冷却至室温,制得营养液。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中L-肉碱富马酸盐中左旋肉碱的含量为57.5%,富马酸含量为41.5%。
试验:
选取4000粒相同品种的紫罗兰种子,随机平均分为四组,试验组1、2、3、4,试验组1、2、3采用实施例1、2、3的方法处理,试验组4采用常规的技术手段处理,除了实施例中所述的种植条件不同外,其余的紫罗兰的种植条件完全相同,试验结果如表1所示:

1.一种六月中旬种植紫罗兰的方法,其特征在于,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将紫罗兰种子均匀的喷上营养液,每千克种子营养液的使用量为180-220g,其中营养液由以下重量份的组分制成:苍术19-23份、棉花根12-14份、地榆10-15份、白芍11-15份、肉苁蓉8-12份、香柠檬油2-4份、氯化钠4-6份、水180-200份;
(2)将喷洒上营养液的紫罗兰种子放置在19-24℃的环境下放置24小时,然后再将其放置在10-13℃的环境下放置48小时;
