An embodiment of an air conditioner outdoor unit according to the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
As shown in fig. 1, the outdoor unit of the air conditioner includes a housing and a partition board 1 disposed in the housing, wherein an electrical box 2 is disposed on a first side of the partition board 1, and a heat exchanger 3 is disposed on a second side opposite to the first side. Preferably, the air guide passage communicates with the space between the partition plate 1 and the heat exchanger 3.
Specifically, a first plate of the electrical box 2 is mounted on a side surface of a first side of the partition board 1, a first air guide hole 21 is formed in the first plate, as shown in fig. 5, a second air guide hole 11 is formed in the partition board 1, and the first air guide hole 21 and the second air guide hole 11 are communicated to form an air guide channel.
In a preferred embodiment, the second air guiding hole 11 is lower than the first air guiding hole 21, so that rainwater, insects, dust and the like can be effectively prevented from entering the electrical box 2 through the two air guiding holes to damage components in the electrical box 2.
Further, the first plate of the electrical box 2 is attached to the partition board 1, preferably, the back plate 24 of the electrical box 2 is attached to the partition board 1, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, and the first air guiding hole 21 is opened on the back plate 24. The back plate 24 is provided with an air guide groove 22 on one surface close to the partition plate 1, and the air guide groove 22 is respectively communicated with the first air guide hole 21 and the second air guide hole 11, so that the first air guide hole 21, the air guide groove 22 and the second air guide hole 11 form an air guide channel.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, three sets of first air guiding holes 21 are provided, two in each set, and three sets of first air guiding holes 21 are provided at intervals. The partition board 1 is provided with a plurality of second air guide holes 11 which are arranged in a straight line. The air guide groove 22 comprises three first-section air guide grooves 221 which are respectively and correspondingly arranged with the three first air guide holes 21, the first-section air guide grooves 221 are vertical, the air guide groove 22 further comprises second-section air guide grooves 222 which are used for communicating the three first-section air guide grooves 221, the second-section air guide grooves 222 are horizontal, and the second-section air guide grooves 222 are correspondingly arranged with the plurality of second air guide holes 11, so that the air guide groove 22 is used for communicating the plurality of first air guide holes 21 with the plurality of second air guide holes 11. Of course, it will be understood that the number and arrangement of the first air guiding holes 21 are not limited to the above, and the air guiding grooves 22 may be set according to specific heat dissipation requirements, and the air guiding grooves 22 may be not limited to the above structure, so that the first air guiding holes 21 and the second air guiding holes 11 may be communicated, and the air guiding grooves 22 may be formed by grooves formed by recessing the back plate 24, or by ribs protruding from the back plate 24.
The first air guide hole 21 is provided at a position adjacent to the main board high-power component in the electrical box 2, and preferably, the first air guide hole 21 is provided above the back plate 24.
In a preferred embodiment, the heat exchanger 3 is C-shaped and comprises a first heat exchange section 31 and second heat exchange sections 32 arranged at two ends of the first heat exchange section 31, the partition board 1 is located between the electrical box 2 and one of the second heat exchange sections 32, and the air guide channel is communicated with the space between the electrical box 2 and the partition board 1 and the second heat exchange sections 32. The first side space of the partition board 1 is a compressor cavity 4, and the heat exchanger 3 encloses a fan cavity 5 of the outdoor unit.
The baffle plate 1 is also provided with the groove 12, the radiator 23 of the electrical box 2 is clamped into the groove 12, so that the radiator 23 is also positioned between the baffle plate 1 and the second heat exchange section 32, and the air exchanging heat with the radiator 23 does not exchange heat with the heat exchanger 3 firstly under the refrigeration working condition, so that the heat dissipation performance is good, and the air exchanging heat with the radiator 23 is heated by the radiator 23 firstly and then exchanges heat with the heat exchanger 3 under the heating working condition, so that the heat exchange capability of the heat exchanger 3 can be improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the housing of the electrical box includes a back plate 24 and side panels 25 disposed around the back plate 24, and the controller motherboard 26 is disposed in a semi-open space surrounded by the back plate 24 and the side panels 25. The compressor of the air conditioner outdoor unit and the electric box 2 are positioned on the same side of the partition board 1, and the compressor is arranged below the electric box 2. The hot air flow generated in the compressor cavity 4 rises from the bottom of the compressor cavity 4 under the drive of the chimney effect, exchanges heat with the controller main board 26, the IPM intelligent power module and the like in the compressor and the electric appliance box 2 through the compressor and the electric appliance box 2, takes away the heat generated on the compressor, the controller main board 26 and the IPM intelligent power module, and then leaves the compressor cavity 4 through the first air guide hole 21 arranged on the back board 24 of the electric appliance box 2, the air guide groove 22 and the second air guide hole 11 arranged on the partition board 1 to enter the space between the heat exchanger 3 and the partition board 1, thereby achieving a good heat exchange effect.
