本发明公开了一种具有散热结构的道路照明灯具,包括底板和安装在底板上的灯罩,在灯罩内设有LED灯,在灯罩的外壁上设有散热鳍片,在灯罩内设有导热金属面板,在导热金属面板与散热鳍片之间固定有导热柱杆,导热柱杆穿透灯罩,在导热柱杆的表面与灯罩之间设有防护橡胶包裹层,在导热柱杆内设有空腔,在空腔内填充有导热油体。本发明的结构设置合理,其在保证照明和防水性的情况下可有效的保证散热性能,从而有利于提高灯具的使用寿命,使用稳定性好,适用性强且实用性好。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于灯具技术领域,具体涉及一种具有散热结构的道路照明灯具。
背景技术
随着LED灯技术的成熟,各种灯具发展迅速,但是现有技术的LED灯虽然照明效果好,在路灯等灯具中,其散热主要是通过灯壳内部的散热片进行散热,为了避免外部雨水进入,需要将灯壳设置成密封状,故而会影响空气对流,从而影响散热效果,故而适用性和实用性受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构设置合理且使用稳定性好的具有散热结构的道路照明灯具。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是一种具有散热结构的道路照明灯具,包括底板和安装在底板上的灯罩,在所述灯罩内设有LED灯,在所述灯罩的外壁上设有散热鳍片,在所述灯罩内设有导热金属面板,在所述导热金属面板与所述散热鳍片之间固定有导热柱杆,所述导热柱杆穿透灯罩,在所述导热柱杆的表面与灯罩之间设有防护橡胶包裹层,在所述导热柱杆内设有空腔,在所述空腔内填充有导热油体。
在所述导热金属面板的侧面上设有用于增大接触面积的半球状凸起,在所述半球状凸起内有导热硅胶层,在所述半球状凸起上有与所述导热硅胶层相连通的导热孔。
在所述导热金属面板、散热鳍片与灯罩的接触面上均设有导热硅胶涂层。
所述散热鳍片为至少三个且均匀设置在灯罩的外壁上。
本发明具有积极的效果:本发明的结构设置合理,其在保证照明和防水性的情况下可有效的保证散热性能,从而有利于提高灯具的使用寿命,使用稳定性好,适用性强且实用性好。

见图1,一种具有散热结构的道路照明灯具,包括底板1和安装在底板1上的灯罩2,在所述灯罩2内设有LED灯3,在所述灯罩2的外壁上设有散热鳍片4,在所述灯罩2内设有导热金属面板5,在所述导热金属面板5与所述散热鳍片4之间固定有导热柱杆6,所述导热柱杆穿透灯罩,在所述导热柱杆6的表面与灯罩2之间设有防护橡胶包裹层7,在所述导热柱杆6内设有空腔8,在所述空腔内填充有导热油体9。
在所述导热金属面板的侧面上设有用于增大接触面积的半球状凸起10,在所述半球状凸起内有导热硅胶层11,在所述半球状凸起上有与所述导热硅胶层相连通的导热孔(未画出)。
在所述导热金属面板、散热鳍片与灯罩的接触面上均设有导热硅胶涂层12。
所述散热鳍片为至少三个且均匀设置在灯罩的外壁上。
本发明的结构设置合理,其在保证照明和防水性的情况下可有效的保证散热性能,从而有利于提高灯具的使用寿命,使用稳定性好,适用性强且实用性好。

1.一种具有散热结构的道路照明灯具,包括底板和安装在底板上的灯罩,在所述灯罩内设有LED灯,其特征在于:在所述灯罩的外壁上设有散热鳍片,在所述灯罩内设有导热金属面板,在所述导热金属面板与所述散热鳍片之间固定有导热柱杆,所述导热柱杆穿透灯罩,在所述导热柱杆的表面与灯罩之间设有防护橡胶包裹层,在所述导热柱杆内设有空腔,在所述空腔内填充有导热油体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有散热结构的道路照明灯具,其特征在于:在所述导热金属面板的侧面上设有用于增大接触面积的半球状凸起,在所述半球状凸起内有导热硅胶层,在所述半球状凸起上有与所述导热硅胶层相连通的导热孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有散热结构的道路照明灯具,其特征在于:在所述导热金属面板、散热鳍片与灯罩的接触面上均设有导热硅胶涂层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具有散热结构的道路照明灯具,其特征在于:所述散热鳍片为至少三个且均匀设置在灯罩的外壁上。
