本发明涉及一种法兰,具体是涉及一种双层带槽防滑型板式焊接法兰。
背景技术
法兰,又叫法兰凸缘盘或突缘。法兰是管子与管子之间相互连接的零件,用于管端之间的连接;也有用在设备进出口上的法兰,用于两个设备之间的连接,如减速机法兰。传统的法兰由法兰本体和一圈孔眼组成,设备之间连接不够牢固,时间长后螺栓容易脱落。

本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种连接牢固的双层带槽防滑型板式焊接法兰。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种双层带槽防滑型板式焊接法兰,它包括法兰本体,所述法兰本体横截面呈圆环状,由不锈钢层和碳钢层组成,所述法兰本体上靠近内径处设置有凸起,所述凸起呈圆环状,所述法兰本体上设置有外孔,所述外孔至少有二个,所述每个外孔的内壁设置有防滑层;所述法兰本体上靠近内径处设置有凹槽。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明一种双层带槽防滑型板式焊接法兰,使得两个设备或者管子之间的连接更为牢固,降低了设备或者管子的返修率,延长了其使用年限。

所述法兰本体1由不锈钢、碳钢或者镍钢制成。
