Abstract

本发明公开了一种热管发动机,包括壳体、设置于壳体中部并与壳体固定连接的轴套、通过轴承设置于轴套中的主轴、以及位于轴套外侧并与壳体固定连接的燃烧室,主轴的端部连接有涡流发生体;涡流发生体为圆锥台体形,涡流发生体上布置有若干根圆锥螺旋线形的工质通道。本发明热管发动机由于工质通道圆锥为螺旋线形,使得工作介质沿螺旋线运动,且工质通道的直径为0.2‑4mm,其能将工作介质划分为大量的小股工作介质流,从而能充分利用流体边界层效应,将工作介质的能量转换为轴的旋转动能输出,具有能量转换效率高,能耗低的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种发动机,特别涉及一种热管发动机。
背景技术
燃气轮机是以连续流动的气体为工质带动叶轮高速旋转,将燃料的能量转变为有用功的内燃式动力机械,是一种旋转叶轮式热力发动机。
但是现有的燃气轮机存在转矩小、能耗大等缺点。
同时对于遵守余弦规律的活塞式发动机,又存在能量转换效率较低的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种热管发动机,以解决现有发动机热效率低、能耗大等技术问题。
本发明热管发动机,包括壳体,所述壳体一端设置有进气导向管,壳体的另一端设置有出气导向管;
还包括设置于壳体中部并与壳体固定连接的轴套、通过轴承设置于轴套中的主轴、以及位于轴套外侧并与壳体固定连接的燃烧室,
所述主轴的一端连接有压气轮,主轴的另一端连接有涡流发生体;
所述涡流发生体为圆锥台体形,涡流发生体上布置有若干根圆锥螺旋线形的工质通道,所述工质通道以主轴轴心线为阵列的中心、圆周阵列于涡流发生体上;所述工质通道的直径为0.2-4mm,且工质通道的直径从进气端向出气端逐渐缩小;
所述壳体内还设置有将燃烧室产生的高温高压气体导向涡流发生体进气端的导流管。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明热管发动机,工作时,燃烧室产生的高温高压工作介质从圆锥螺旋线形的工质通道的大径端进入、从小径端排出,工作介质驱动涡流发生体旋转,将工作介质的能量转换为主轴的旋转动能输出。由于工质通道圆锥为螺旋线形,使得工作介质沿螺旋线运动,且工质通道的直径为0.2-4mm,其能将工作介质划分为大量的小股工作介质流,从而能充分利用流体边界层效应,将工作介质的能量转换为轴的旋转动能输出,具有能量转换效率高,能耗低的优点。
2、本发明热管发动机,其能利用燃气、蒸汽、压缩空气等工作介质进行工作,可普遍运用在汽车、轮船、飞机、发电机等领域,适用范围广,实用性强。
3、本发明热管发动机,涡流发生体和其上的工质通道是一个整体,使得工质通道相对于燃气轮机的涡轮叶片具有更高的抗拉强度和屈服强度等,能在高温高压情况下更稳定的保持其形态,使用寿命更长。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
如图所示,本实施例包括壳体1,所述壳体一端设置有进气导向管2,壳体的另一端设置有出气导向管3。
还包括设置于壳体中部并与壳体固定连接的轴套4、通过轴承设置于轴套中的主轴5、以及位于轴套外侧并与壳体固定连接的燃烧室6。轴套将主轴与燃烧室隔离,能对主轴起到保护作用。
所述主轴的一端连接有压气轮7,主轴的另一端连接有涡流发生体8。
所述涡流发生体为圆锥台体形,涡流发生体上布置有若干根圆锥螺旋线形的工质通道9,所述工质通道以主轴轴心线为阵列的中心、圆周阵列于涡流发生体上;所述工质通道的直径为0.2-4mm,且工质通道的直径从进气端向出气端逐渐缩小;
所述壳体内还设置有将燃烧室产生的高温高压气体导向涡流发生体进气端的导流管10。
本实施例热管发动机,可通过3D打印技术制造。工作时,燃烧室产生的高温高压工作介质从圆锥螺旋线形的工质通道的大径端进入、从小径端排出,工作介质驱动涡流发生体旋转,将工作介质的能量转换为主轴的旋转动能输出。由于工质通道圆锥为螺旋线形,使得工作介质沿螺旋线运动,且工质通道的直径为0.2-4mm,其能将工作介质划分为大量的小股工作介质流,从而能充分利用流体边界层效应,将工作介质的能量转换为轴的旋转动能输出,具有能量转换效率高,能耗低的优点。
本实施例热管发动机,其能利用燃气、蒸汽、压缩空气等工作介质进行工作,可普遍运用在汽车、轮船、飞机、发电机等领域,适用范围广,实用性强。

1.一种热管发动机,其特征在于:
包括壳体,所述壳体一端设置有进气导向管,壳体的另一端设置有出气导向管;
还包括设置于壳体中部并与壳体固定连接的轴套、通过轴承设置于轴套中的主轴、以及位于轴套外侧并与壳体固定连接的燃烧室,
所述主轴的一端连接有压气轮,主轴的另一端连接有涡流发生体;
所述涡流发生体为圆锥台体形,圆锥台体形的大端为进气端,小端为排气端;涡流发生体上布置有若干根圆锥螺旋线形的工质通道,所述工质通道以主轴轴心线为阵列的中心、圆周阵列于涡流发生体上;所述工质通道的直径为0.2-4mm,且工质通道的直径从进气端向出气端逐渐缩小;
所述壳体内还设置有将燃烧室产生的高温高压气体导向涡流发生体进气端的导流管。
