技术领域
本发明属医疗器械领域,具体涉及一种便于控制深度且不污染的心血管介入穿刺器。
背景技术
目前在心血管介入治疗时,用穿刺针直接刺入血管或用普通注射器刺入血管,然后把注射器从穿刺针上卸下,再将导丝通过穿刺针头送入血管。上述穿刺方法的缺点是,在穿刺针插入血管后,从针头座口流出很多血液,一方面浪费了宝贵的血液,另一方面污染工作台面,并且在穿导丝的过程中容易造成穿刺针位移,导致穿刺失败,增加了病人的痛苦,因此有必要改进。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题:提供一种便于控制深度且不污染的心血管介入穿刺器,避免血液流入污染工作台面,便于医生观察血液且掌握穿刺深度,也可避免穿刺针位移导致穿刺失败。
本发明采用的技术方案:便于控制深度且不污染的心血管介入穿刺器,具有针头和针柄,所述针头表面制有刻度且针头插入针柄前端,针柄上端制有导丝插入口,针柄下端制有透明管,针柄后端插入活塞,所述活塞连接活塞柄;针柄外侧设有固定柄。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点:
1、该穿刺器用活塞封闭,避免血液外流;
2、抽动活塞柄,可直接在透明管处观察血液;
3、针头制有刻度,便于医生直观掌握穿刺深度;
4、针柄上制有的固定柄能确保在穿导丝时穿刺器不发生位移。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1描述本发明的一种实施例。
便于控制深度且不污染的心血管介入穿刺器,具有针头1和针柄2,所述针头1表面制有刻度5,便于医生直观掌握穿刺深度,且针头1插入针柄2前端,针柄2上端制有导丝插入口3,针柄2下端制有透明管4,活塞7旋入针柄2空腔中且与针柄2的空腔壁紧密贴合,这样活塞7封闭了针柄2后端,避免血液外流污染工作台面,所述活塞7后端连接活塞柄8,插入针头1后,医生抽拉活塞柄8,活塞7后移,血液流入透明管4中,此时观察血液颜色,通过医生所掌握有关知识可判断穿刺位置是否正确,然后用医用胶带将针柄2外侧的固定柄6粘接在人体皮肤上以固定穿刺针的位置,之后从导丝插入口3插入导丝即可,这样能确保在穿导丝时穿刺器不发生位移,减少病人痛苦,简化医师工作。
