技术领域
本发明涉及动物饲料技术领域,具体涉及一种预防猪李氏杆菌病的饲料。
背景技术
猪是我们日常生活中最常食用的肉类产品,是主要家畜之一、猪肉是日常生活的主要副食品,具有补虚强身,滋阴润燥、丰肌泽肤的作用。凡病后体弱、产后血虚、面黄赢瘦者,皆可用之作营养滋补之品。我国养猪业正处在向商品化、规模化和现代化生产转化的伟大变革时期,养猪生产结构的变化,使人们越来越重视猪病的预防和控制。猪李氏杆菌病(Swine listeriosis)主要是由产单核细胞李氏杆菌引起的人、家畜和禽类的共患传染病。猪为以脑膜炎、败血症和单核细胞增多症、妊娠母猪发生流产为特征的传染病。猪患此病较明显的症状是中枢神经系统机能障碍。产单核细胞李氏杆菌在pH5.0以下缺乏耐受性,pH5.0以上才能繁殖,至pH9.6仍能生长。产单核细胞李氏杆菌对食盐有较强的耐受性,在10%食盐的培养基中仍能生长,在20%的食盐溶液中经久不死。对热的耐受性较强,常规巴氏消毒法不能杀灭它,兽医上常用的消毒药都易使之灭活。对青霉素有抵抗力,对链霉素敏感,但易形成抗药性;突然发病,体温升高至41~41.5℃,不吮乳,呼吸困难,粪便干燥或腹泻,排尿少,皮肤发紫,后期体温下降,病程1~3天。多数病猪表现为脑炎症状,病初意识障碍,兴奋、共济失调、肌肉震颤、无目的地走动或转圈,或不自主地后退,或以头抵地呆立;有的头颈后仰,呈观星姿势;严重的倒卧、抽搐、口吐白沫、四肢乱划动,遇刺激时则出现惊叫,终归死亡。目前尚无有效的疫苗用于本病的预防。且对西药易形成抗药性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺点,提供一种预防猪李氏杆菌病的饲料。
所述的一种预防猪李氏杆菌病的饲料,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:玉米450~480份、碎米120~140份、豆粕120~150份、胚芽粕50~70份、木薯粉120~140份、沸石粉10~20份、骨粉5~10份、大蒜粉5~10份、大蓟8~12份、水牛角6~10份、地榆8~12份、黄连8~12份、生地黄5~8份、升麻6~10份、玄参6~10份、沉香5~8份。
上述的一种预防猪李氏杆菌病的饲料的制备方法为:
(1)按所述的重量份称取原料:大蓟、水牛角、地榆、黄连、生地黄、升麻、玄参、沉香,加水进行常规煎煮两次,合并两次药液。
(2)将余下原料粉碎至100目,混合,再加入步骤(1)所得药液,搅拌均匀,即得。
作为本发明的一种优选方案, 其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:玉米460份、碎米120份、豆粕120份、胚芽粕70份、木薯粉125份、沸石粉14份、骨粉9份、大蒜粉7份、大蓟10份、水牛角9份、地榆10份、黄连10份、生地黄6份、升麻9份、玄参8份、沉香5份。
上述一种预防猪李氏杆菌病的饲料中药原料功效解析:
大蓟:凉血止血、祛瘀消肿,止血、有降低血压的作用、抗菌;
水牛角:清热解毒、凉血定惊,抗休克和抗感染作用;
地榆:凉血止血、解毒敛疮,有降压、止吐、治疗急性肝损伤和对抗氧化氢诱发的溶血等作用;
黄连:清热燥湿、泻火解毒,抗菌、抗病毒及原虫、利胆、抗腹泻、抗炎和抗脑缺血、抗微生物;
生地黄:清热凉血、养阴、生津,提高免疫功能,有降血糖、抗肿瘤、抗过敏、保护心血管系统、抗真菌、止血、抗弥漫性血管内凝血和抗炎免疫等作用;
升麻:发表透疹、清热解毒、升举阳气;
玄参:凉血滋阴、泻火解毒,有解热、抗菌、保护心肌缺血、解痉、降血压、降血糖等作用;
沉香:行气止痛、温中止呕、纳气平喘,具解痉、镇静、镇痛、降压、抗菌的作用。

实施例三:
所述的一种预防猪李氏杆菌病的饲料,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:玉米460份、碎米120份、豆粕120份、胚芽粕70份、木薯粉125份、沸石粉14份、骨粉9份、大蒜粉7份、大蓟10份、水牛角9份、地榆10份、黄连10份、生地黄6份、升麻9份、玄参8份、沉香5份。

本发明的实验效果
取猪李氏杆菌病的病猪320头,每组80头,分四个栏隔离放置,每栏放入病猪80头。空白组常规喂养,实验组1采用本发明的实施例一,实验组2采用本发明的实施例二,实验组3采用本发明的实施例三,实验组的将本发明饲料进行饲喂。记录30天后猪的数据如下表:
