Abstract
一种两路电源纯机械互锁切换装置,包括支撑底板、互锁板和固定式手柄。所述的纯机械互锁切换装置由支撑底板和互锁板和固定手柄安装在一起而组成完整的机械互锁机构,实现了当用户停电时,向其他电网或备用电源转换时的安全用电保证了设备(负载)正常使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及广泛的供配电领域,特别是涉及通信机房和医院、金融、军事等需安装两路备用电源保护的领域。
背景技术
机械互锁装置作为高低压配电产品重要的部件,是广泛应用需要两路电源配电系统上。由于在电网停电时可以马上人工转换到其他电网或其他备用电源上,为确保两路用电不会同时向用电设备(负载)供电造成灾难性后果必须要在切换时确保安全。目前市场上手动切换装置大部分是选用没有任何保护措施的单刀双掷刀闸开关,或价值动则上万元的双电源转换开关,并且在实际应用中对精密设备(负载)没有起到保护措施。导致设备(负载)时常受电流、电压不稳定的冲击。影响设备(负载)的使用寿命,固有必要设计一款新型的,造价低但实用性好的装置来解决这些问题。
发明内容
本发明提出一种纯机械互锁机构,解决在现有技术中市电停电或二路电网突然停电时,如何确保在用电安全的情况下切换到其他电网或其他供电系统中,不会发生两路电同时向用电设备(负载)供电问题。本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种纯机械互锁装置,包括支撑底架、互锁板和固定手柄等元件。所述的支撑底板是安装在各类高低压配电设备安装底板上,所述的互锁板是安装在支撑底架上面,所述的固定手柄是固定支撑底架和互锁板上面。本发明通过互锁板的左右移动,实现当正常使用的电网停电时,可以立即人工切换到其他电网或供电系统,继续给用电设备(负载)供电,保证设备正常运转。当正常使用的电网来电时,可以手动转换回来,在互锁装置的保证下不会因误操作发生两路电同时向设备(负载),提高了安全用电的可靠性。

1.两路电源纯机械互锁切换装置,包括支撑底架、互锁板、固定手柄。
2.如权利要求1所述支撑底架其特征在于安装在配电设备的安装底板上。
3.如权利要求2所述的互锁板其特征在于安装在互锁机构的支撑底架上。
4.如权利要求3所述的固定手柄其特征在于它把支撑底架和互锁板结合固定为完整机构。
