Abstract

Background
Locomotive brake hose is an important accessory for interconnecting vehicles, the quality of the brake hose is a necessary guarantee for the safety of a railway locomotive, and the main faults of the brake hose are leakage and bulging.
The locomotive brake hose needs to be overhauled regularly in the use process, and wind pressure test and water pressure test are needed. The locomotive brake hoses are required to be tested simultaneously, the situation that the locomotive brake hoses burst possibly occurs in the test process, the safety of test equipment and test personnel is influenced, meanwhile, when the locomotive brake hoses are tested, more time is required to be wasted to plug the other end of each locomotive brake hose, and after the test of the common wind pressure, the gas in each locomotive brake hose is difficult to be discharged cleanly conveniently.
For example, the Chinese patent application No. 201410372797.8 discloses an electric appliance method of a brake hose air pressure constant pressure detection testing machine, but the method for improving the safety performance of the testing device and the operation efficiency is not related.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a vehicle brake hose test device. According to the invention, through the arrangement of the plugs and the rubber pads, the safety performance of the device in the test process and the operation efficiency of workers are improved, and meanwhile, through the arrangement of the lifting device, the device can rapidly discharge the gas of the tested hose.

The console 6 is used for control, monitoring and display of electrical devices such as solenoid valves, pressure gauges and the like, which are conventional in the art.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the lower part of the water tank 3 of the present invention is fixedly connected with the lifting device 10, the lifting device 10 is fixed on the test stand 1, the lifting device 10 can push the water tank 3 to move up and down, thus, after wind pressure test is performed, the hydraulic test can be directly performed, even if the pressure of the air in the tested hose is reduced to normal pressure after wind pressure test, the pressure release valve 12 is opened, then the pressure release valve 12 is closed, the water flow valve 13 is opened, water is input into the tested hose, after a period of time, the side of the original water tank 3, which is lower, is lifted by the lifting device 10, water is input into the tested hose again, thus, the air in the tested hose can be completely discharged without other operations after wind pressure test, and the hydraulic test can be rapidly performed after wind pressure test. After the hydraulic test, the same working mode is adopted, so that the wind pressure test can be rapidly carried out after the hydraulic test. The lifting device 10 of the present invention is preferably a pneumatic lifting device, and can quickly switch the height positions of both sides of the water tank 3 by an air pressure switch.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, a plurality of hose connectors 31, bulletproof cross rods 11, rubber gaskets 9 and plugs 8 are arranged in the water tank 3, the connectors 31 are connected with a hose to be tested, and the other side of the hose to be tested is connected with the plugs 8. A rubber pad 9 is paved at the bottom of the water tank 3, and a plurality of fixing holes 91 are formed in the rubber pad 9. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the plug 8 of the present invention comprises a movable rod 81, a ball-shaped handle 82, a connecting rod 83, and a plug 84, wherein the plug 84 is fixedly connected with the connecting rod 83, the connecting rod 83 is provided with a round hole, the movable rod 81 is installed in the round hole of the connecting rod 83, the ball-shaped handles 82 are arranged at two sides of the movable rod 81, and the ball-shaped handles 82 are correspondingly arranged with the fixing holes 91 of the rubber pad 9. The movable rod 81 can slide in the round hole of the connecting rod 83, and when the movable rod 81 rotates to integrally fix the plug 8 on the hose to be tested, and the spherical handle 82 on the plug enables the plug 8 to be tightly screwed and sealed with the hose to be tested conveniently, and the spherical handle 82 is designed to facilitate the installation and connection of the plug 8. After the sealing is screwed, one of the spherical handles 82 is clamped in the fixed hole 91, and the movable rod 81 can slide and the rubber pad 9 has certain elasticity, so that the operation can be very conveniently performed, the spherical handle 82 clamped in the fixed hole 91 can fix the tested hose and the plug 8, and the problem that the tested hose possibly breaks during the test can be prevented, so that hidden danger is caused to the safety of personnel and equipment.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the bulletproof cross rod 11 is arranged at the upper part of the water tank 3, the bulletproof cross rod 11 can also prevent the tested hose from being cracked and popped up, the bulletproof cross rod 11 and the rubber pad 9 can ensure that the hose after the tube is cracked can not pop out of the water tank 3 even if the tested hose is cracked, the cracking strength of the hose is obviously reduced under the action of the rubber pad 9, the body of the water tank 3 can not be damaged, and the adjacent normal tested hose can not be damaged.
As shown in fig. 1 and 7, the invention is also preferably provided with an air charging end air discharging hole 4, the air charging end air discharging hole 4 is arranged beside the water tank 3, the air charging end air discharging hole 4 is higher than the water level of the water tank 3, and the air charging end air discharging hole 4 is communicated with the connector 31 through the pressure release valve 12, so that after the air pressure test, the air in the tested hose can be rapidly discharged through opening the pressure release valve 12, and the quick water pressure test is convenient.
The working process of the invention is as follows: firstly, connecting a tested hose to a connector 31, connecting the other end of the tested hose to a plug 8, clamping a spherical handle 82 of the plug 8 in a fixing hole 91 of a rubber cushion 9, then starting an inflator 7 and an air flow valve 14 for high-pressure air test, and closing the inflator 7 and the air flow valve 14 after the air test is finished; then open relief valve 12, discharge high-pressure gas through filling end exhaust hole 4, then can carry out pressure testing, open water pump and water flow valve 13, add water to the hose that is surveyed, after a period of time, open elevating gear 10, make the high one end of raw water tank become low, former low one end becomes high, continue to add water like this, can be very convenient like this will be surveyed the interior residual gas emission of hose clean, then can carry out the hydrostatic test.
