After the structure is adopted, the working principle of water temperature regulation of the control valve of the induction type temperature-adjustable water faucet is as follows: the temperature adjusting handle 24 is rotated through the handle part, the temperature adjusting transmission rod 23 is driven to rotate, the fixed valve sleeve 21 is fixed at the front end of the valve seat 1, the temperature adjusting valve core 22 is in threaded connection with the fixed valve sleeve 21, the temperature adjusting transmission rod 23 can further drive the temperature adjusting valve core 22 to move back and forth in the fixed valve sleeve 21, when the temperature adjusting handle 24 is rotated, the threaded end 221 and the transition section 222 of the temperature adjusting valve core 22 extend into the fixed valve sleeve 21, a gap for hot water to flow into the water outlet is formed between the water retaining part 141 and the water retaining sealing gasket 225, hot water in the hot water hole 12 can flow into the water outlet 13 from the gap, cold water in the cold water hole 11 can flow into the water outlet 13 from the water flow groove 214 on the fixed valve sleeve 21, and the temperature of the outlet is the highest at the moment; when the temperature adjusting handle 24 is rotated reversely, the temperature adjusting valve core 22 extends into the thread end 221 in the fixed valve sleeve 21 and gradually moves backwards, so that the gap between the water retaining part 141 and the water retaining sealing gasket 225 is smaller and smaller, the hot water flow flowing into the water outlet hole 13 is smaller and smaller, the distance between the step part 223 of the temperature adjusting valve core 22 and the positioning end 215 of the fixed valve sleeve 21 is larger and larger, the positioning end 215 loses the water sealing effect of the step part 223, at the moment, the cold water in the cold water hole 11 can also flow into the gap 226 through the water flow through hole by the water flow groove 214 and then flows into the water outlet hole 13 from the gap 226 through the positioning end 215, the cold water flow is gradually increased, and the mixing ratio of the hot water and the cold water is changed, so that the purpose of adjusting the water temperature is achieved; when the temperature adjusting handle 24 is rotated reversely, the water blocking sealing gasket 225 is in sealing fit with the water blocking portion 141, at this time, the hot water flowing out of the hot water hole 12 cannot flow into the water outlet hole 13, the hot water is completely closed, and the temperature of the water flowing into the water outlet hole 13 is the lowest.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the waterway control device 3 includes a waterway control valve 31 for opening and closing the water outlet hole 13 and an electromagnetic valve 32 for opening and closing a waterway in the waterway control valve, the waterway control valve 31 is installed above the water outlet end of the water outlet hole 13, the electromagnetic valve 32 is installed above the waterway control valve 31, and a water outlet nozzle 33 is connected to the water outlet of the waterway control valve 31; the induction control device 4 comprises an inductor and a controller, and the controller is a miniature circuit board. The power supply device 5 comprises a power supply for supplying power to the electromagnetic valve and the induction control device, the power supply can be a battery pack, the power supply is electrically connected with a power end of the controller, an input end of the controller is electrically connected with the inductor, and an output end of the controller is electrically connected with the electromagnetic valve 32. The waterway control valve 31, the solenoid valve 32, the sensor, the controller and the power supply in the present invention are all well known components in the art.
After the structure is adopted, the control valve of the induction type temperature-adjustable water tap has the following working principle: the handle 24 is rotated to adjust the proper water temperature, when a hand or an article enters the sensing area of the sensor, the sensor sends a sensing signal to the controller, the controller controls the electromagnetic valve 32 to be opened, then the water channel of the water channel control valve 31 controlled by the electromagnetic valve 32 is opened, the water flow of the water outlet hole 13 flows out of the water outlet nozzle 33 through the water channel control valve 31, and the opening of the water flow is realized. When the hand or the article leaves the sensing area of the sensor, the sensing signal sent by the sensor is cut off, the controller controls the electromagnetic valve 32 to close, and then the water path of the water path control valve 31 controlled by the electromagnetic valve 32 is closed, so that the water flow is closed.
The invention relates to a control valve of an induction type temperature-adjustable water tap, which has the following beneficial effects:
(1) The temperature adjusting device 2, the water path control device 3, the induction control device 4 and the power supply device 5 are integrated on the valve seat 1, so that the layout is reasonable, the structure of the faucet is more compact, and the size is smaller;
(2) The temperature adjusting device 2 is novel and unique in design and flexible in temperature adjustment, and can meet the water outlet requirements of different temperatures;
(3) The control valve of the induction type temperature-adjustable water tap is strong in universality and suitable for being installed on various induction type temperature-adjustable water taps.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, a blind hole is formed on the necking end 224 of the temperature regulating valve core 22, a sawtooth pattern is disposed on an inner surface of the blind hole, a first tooth groove (not shown) engaged with the sawtooth pattern of the blind hole is disposed on an outer surface of the first connecting end 231, a sawtooth pattern is disposed on an inner surface of a socket section of the socket through hole 243 of the temperature regulating handle 24, and a second tooth groove (not shown) engaged with the sawtooth pattern of the socket section is also disposed on an outer surface of the second connecting end 234. By the arrangement, the first connecting end 231 of the temperature adjusting transmission rod 23 and the necking end 224 of the temperature adjusting valve core 22 can be prevented from sliding relatively, and the second connecting end 234 and the sleeving part 241 of the temperature adjusting handle 24 can be prevented from sliding relatively, so that the temperature adjusting handle 24 can be rotated conveniently.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the sensor and the controller are both installed in a sensing box 41, a sensing window for sensing signals is provided at a position where the sensor corresponds to the sensing box 41, the sensing box 41 is fixed on the second mounting surface 16 of the valve seat 1 through a sensing frame 42, and a fixing platform for placing circuit connecting pieces is provided at the upper end of the sensing frame 42, so that the overall structure of the control valve is more orderly.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the power supply device 5 further includes a power supply box 51 for containing a power supply and a power supply rack 52 for installing the power supply box 51, the power supply rack 52 is fixed on the first installation surface 15 of the valve seat 1 through fastening screws, two sides of the power supply box 51 near the bottom are respectively provided with a projection 511, the power supply rack 52 is provided with a buckle 521 which is buckled with each projection 511, and the power supply box 51 and the power supply rack 52 are combined and installed together through the matching of the projection 511 and the buckle 521.

A control valve of an induction type temperature-adjustable faucet comprises a valve seat, a water path control device, an induction control device, a power supply device and a temperature adjusting device, wherein the water path control device, the induction control device and the power supply device are installed on the valve seat, the temperature adjusting device is installed in the valve seat, a cold water hole and a hot water hole are arranged in parallel at the bottom of the valve seat, a water outlet hole is also formed in the valve seat, a cavity for arranging the temperature adjusting device is formed in the valve seat, and the cavity is respectively communicated with the cold water hole, the hot water hole and the water outlet hole; the method is characterized in that:
the temperature adjusting device comprises a fixed valve sleeve, a temperature adjusting valve core, a temperature adjusting transmission rod and a temperature adjusting handle which are coaxially and sequentially arranged in the cavity, the fixed valve sleeve is arranged at one end, close to the cold water hole, of the valve seat and is in sealing connection with the end of the valve seat, the temperature adjusting transmission rod is arranged at one end, close to the hot water hole, of the valve seat and is in sealing connection with the end of the valve seat, a water flow groove for cold water to flow in is formed in the periphery of the fixed valve sleeve, one end of the temperature adjusting valve core is sleeved in the fixed valve sleeve and can move in the fixed valve sleeve along the length direction of the fixed valve sleeve, a gap for cold water to flow out of the fixed valve sleeve is formed between the part, extending into the fixed valve sleeve, of the temperature adjusting valve core and the inner side wall of the fixed valve sleeve, a water retaining part for limiting the stroke of the temperature adjusting valve core is arranged in the cavity, a water retaining sealing gasket in sealing fit with the water retaining part is arranged on the temperature adjusting valve core, the water outlet is arranged between the fixed valve sleeve and the water retaining part, the water outlet is arranged between the fixed valve sleeve and the water retaining handle, and the temperature adjusting handle;
the water path control device comprises a water path control valve for opening and closing the water outlet hole and an electromagnetic valve for opening and closing a water path in the water path control valve, the electromagnetic valve is arranged above the water path control valve, and a water outlet nozzle is connected to the water outlet of the water path control valve;
the induction control device comprises an inductor and a controller, the power supply device comprises a power supply for supplying power to the electromagnetic valve and the induction control device, the power supply is electrically connected with a power end of the controller, an input end of the controller is electrically connected with the inductor, and an output end of the controller is electrically connected with the electromagnetic valve.

The control valve of an induction type temperature adjustable faucet of claim 1, wherein: the direction of the cold water hole is taken as the front, the direction of the hot water hole is taken as the back, the fixed valve sleeve sequentially comprises a clamping end clamped with one end of the valve seat, a sealing part hermetically connected with the inner side wall of the valve seat, an outer thread section in threaded connection with the inner side wall of the valve seat and a positioning end positioned on one side of the water outlet hole from front to back, the positioning end is in clearance fit with the inner side wall of the valve seat, the water flow groove is arranged between the outer thread section and the positioning end, a water flow through hole communicated with the inside of the fixed valve sleeve is formed in the groove bottom of the water flow groove, an inner thread section is arranged on the inner side wall of the fixed valve sleeve close to the clamping end, the temperature regulating valve core sequentially comprises a thread end extending into the fixed valve sleeve from the positioning end from front to back, a transition section capable of moving back and forth in the fixed valve sleeve, a step part of the positioning end of the fixed valve sleeve and a reducing end positioned on one side of the hot water hole from front to back, the temperature adjusting valve comprises a temperature adjusting valve core, a water retaining sealing gasket, a temperature adjusting transmission rod, a check ring, a temperature adjusting handle and a fastening screw, wherein the temperature adjusting valve core is arranged in the temperature adjusting valve core, the water retaining sealing gasket is clamped between a step part and a necking end, the temperature adjusting transmission rod sequentially comprises a first connecting end penetrating in the necking end of the temperature adjusting valve core, a clamping part clamped with the other end of a valve seat, a sealing part hermetically connected with the inner side wall of the valve seat and a second connecting end extending out of a cavity from front to back, the temperature adjusting transmission rod is further provided with the check ring for preventing the second connecting end from extending into the valve seat, the temperature adjusting handle sequentially comprises a sleeve joint part sleeved outside the second connecting end of the temperature adjusting transmission rod and a handle part connected with the sleeve joint part from front to back, and the temperature adjusting handle is fixedly connected with the second connecting end through the fastening screw.

The control valve of an induction type temperature adjustable faucet of claim 2, wherein: the temperature adjusting valve comprises a temperature adjusting valve core and is characterized in that a blind hole is formed in the necking end of the temperature adjusting valve core, a sawtooth-shaped pattern is arranged on the inner surface of the blind hole, a first tooth groove meshed with the sawtooth-shaped pattern of the blind hole is formed in the outer surface of a first connecting end, a sleeving through hole is formed in the sleeving part of a temperature adjusting handle, a sawtooth-shaped pattern is arranged on the inner surface of the sleeving through hole, and a second tooth groove meshed with the sawtooth-shaped pattern of the sleeving through hole is also formed in the outer surface of a second connecting end.
