Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a bicycle wire tail sleeve.
Background
Generally, a bicycle cable (such as a brake cable or a speed change cable) is installed on a bicycle, and in order to prevent the tail end of the cable from accidentally stabbing a human body and scattering into a whisker shape, a tail sleeve is sleeved on the tail end of the cable, so that the tail end of the cable can be prevented from stabbing the human body and scattering into a whisker shape.
However, since the volume of the tail cover is very small, the fingers of the operator are not easy to take the tail cover for use during the assembly operation, especially when a large number of bicycles are assembled in a factory, the operator can only take one tail cover at a time for assembly operation, which consumes a lot of time, and when a large number of tail covers are stored, the tail covers are very scattered and messy, so that the defect of urgent need to be improved exists.
Therefore, there is a need for a new and improved bicycle cable tail sleeve to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a bicycle line tail sleeve, which enables an operator to hold a plurality of tail sleeves at one time so as to facilitate the operation of assembling a large number of tail sleeves, and the tail sleeves can be orderly stored and cannot be scattered.
To achieve the above objects, the present invention provides a bicycle cable tail sleeve, which includes at least two sleeves. Each sleeve is provided with an opening for sleeving a bicycle line, and a connecting section is formed between any two adjacent sleeves.
One end of each sleeve is respectively sleeved with a sleeve, and the connecting section is integrally formed between every two adjacent sleeves.
Furthermore, the sleeve members are respectively arranged at one end of each sleeve pipe far away from the opening, so that one end of each sleeve pipe far away from the opening forms a finger holding part for fingers to hold.
Furthermore, the sleeve is a plastic or rubber sleeve, and the sleeve is a metal sleeve.
Furthermore, a tapered section which tapers towards the opening direction is arranged at one end of the sleeve towards the opening.
Furthermore, each connecting section is rib-shaped.
Furthermore, the end of each sleeve far away from the opening is a closed end.
Further, a flange is radially disposed on an end of each of the sleeves adjacent to the opening.
Furthermore, one side of each flange towards the opening direction is in a circular arc umbrella shape.
Furthermore, the sleeve is a plastic or rubber sleeve, and the sleeve is a metal sleeve; one end of the sleeve piece facing the opening is provided with a tapered section which is tapered towards the opening; each connecting section is in a rib shape; one end of each sleeve pipe far away from the opening is a closed end; one end of each sleeve pipe adjacent to the opening is radially provided with a flange; one side of each flange towards the opening direction is in a circular arc umbrella shape.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention provides a tail sleeve of a bicycle line, which enables an operator to hold a plurality of tail sleeves at one time so as to facilitate the operation of assembling a large number of tail sleeves, and the tail sleeves can be orderly stored without scattering.

Detailed Description
The following description is given by way of example only, and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, which illustrate a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bicycle wire tail cover of the present invention comprises at least two sleeves 1.
In the embodiment, there are a plurality of the sleeves 1, each sleeve 1 has an opening 11 for sleeving a bicycle line 9, a connecting section 2 is formed between any two adjacent sleeves 1, the bicycle line 9 is a brake line in the embodiment, and the bicycle line 9 can be a speed change line or other control lines in other embodiments. By forming the connecting section 2 between any two adjacent sleeves 1, the sleeves 1 can be connected together, so that the sleeves can be taken conveniently and stored without scattering. In addition, the present invention can be suitably used to install in an automated boot assembly system, and each of the sleeves 1 can be installed in the bicycle line 9 by an automated device.
Further, preferably, one end of each sleeve 1 is sleeved with a sleeve 3, and the connecting section 2 is integrally formed between any two adjacent sleeve 3, so that the connecting section 2 can be conveniently manufactured and formed, in this embodiment, each connecting section 2 is rib-shaped, and can be conveniently cut to separate two adjacent sleeves 1. Preferably, the sleeve 3 is a plastic or rubber sleeve (in this embodiment, a plastic sleeve) to save the manufacturing cost, and the sleeve 1 is a metal sleeve to have sufficient structural strength.
Preferably, the sleeve members 3 are respectively disposed at one end of each of the sleeves 1 far away from the opening 11, so that the end of each of the sleeves 1 far away from the opening 11 forms a finger grip portion 4 (as shown in fig. 5) for being gripped by fingers, which is very convenient for fingers to grip, so as to easily sleeve one of the sleeves 1 on the bicycle wire 9.
Wherein, one end of the sleeve 3 facing the opening 11 is provided with a tapered section 31 tapering toward the opening 11 to tightly cover the sleeve 1. The end of each sleeve 1 remote from the opening 11 is a closed end 12 to prevent the bicycle wire 9 from passing through the sleeve 1. Preferably, each of the sleeves 1 is provided with a flange 13 radially at one end adjacent to the opening 11. One side of each flange 13 facing the opening 11 is arc umbrella-shaped to prevent one end of each sleeve 1 adjacent to the opening 11 from stabbing human body.
In summary, according to the bicycle line tail sleeve, the connecting section is formed between any two adjacent sleeves, so that the sleeves can be mutually connected together, and the sleeves can be conveniently taken and stored without scattering. In addition, the sleeve parts are respectively arranged at one end of each sleeve pipe far away from the opening, so that a finger holding part for holding fingers is formed at one end of each sleeve pipe far away from the opening, the finger holding can be very convenient for holding the fingers, and one of the sleeve pipes is easily sleeved on the bicycle line.
