Abstract

本发明提供了一种全金属螺杆钻具马达和螺杆泵。目前公知的一种三螺杆泵,由一根阳转子、两根对称布置在阳转子两侧的阴转子和壳体组成。本发明的螺杆钻具马达或螺杆泵将阳转子中心与两个阴转子中心的连线的夹角设计成小于90度,那么在壳体内孔最大轮廓尺寸相等的情况下,可增加50%以上的过流面积。阳转子和阴转子啮合的有效长度大于1.3倍的导程。阴转子和阳转子两端装有径向轴承,避免阳转子和阴转子因为承受径向力而导致的磨损。

一种螺杆钻具马达或螺杆泵
技术领域
本发明涉及螺杆钻具马达和螺杆泵,尤其是全金属螺杆钻具马达和螺杆泵的结构形式。
背景技术
目前公知的一种三螺杆泵,由一根阳转子、两根对称布置在阳转子两侧的阴转子和壳体组成,由于阳转子所受径向力完全平衡,所以无需径向轴承。由于两根阴转子对称布置在阳转子两侧,阳转子和阴转子啮合的有效长度只需达到1.09倍的导程就能形成完整的密封线,将螺杆钻具马达或螺杆泵出入口的液体完全隔离开。
该螺杆泵的缺点是:阳转子中心与两个阴转子中心的连线的夹角等于180度,壳体的内孔呈扁平状,如果将此结构应用于狭小的井眼内,则存在螺杆泵过流面积偏小的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:在狭小的井眼内,增加螺杆钻具马达或螺杆泵的过流面积。
本发明为解决以上技术问题所采取的技术方案为:
将阳转子中心与两个阴转子中心的连线的夹角设计成小于90度,那么在壳体内孔最大轮廓尺寸相等的情况下,可增加50%以上的过流面积。
当阳转子中心与两个阴转子中心的连线的夹角小于90度时,阳转子和阴转子啮合的有效长度应大于1.3倍的导程才能形成完整的密封线,将螺杆钻具马达或螺杆泵出入口的液体完全隔离开。
由于阳转子要承受径向力,并且井下的介质经常含有固相颗粒,所以阴转子和阳转子两端装有径向轴承,避免阳转子和阴转子因为承受径向力而导致的磨损。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、在壳体内孔最大轮廓尺寸相等的情况下,可增加50%以上的过流面积。在相同压差的条件下,对于螺杆钻具马达而言,可提高50%以上的输出扭矩;对于螺杆泵而言,可提高50%以上的流量。
2、具有更长的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图2所示,将阳转子(5)中心与两个阴转子(6)中心的连线的夹角设计成75度左右,当目前公知的马达壳体(1)外径与本发明的马达壳体(4)外径相等时,则本发明的马达过流面积比如图1所示的目前公知的螺杆泵或马达过流面积增加50%以上,由于阳转子(5)和两个阴转子(6)之间的密封线的不对称性,阳转子(5)和阴转子(6)啮合的有效长度应大于1.3倍的导程才能形成完整的密封线,将螺杆钻具马达或螺杆泵出入口的液体完全隔离开。
由于如图1所示的目前公知的螺杆泵或马达中的阴转子(3)对称布置在阳转子(2)两侧,因此阳转子(2)不承受径向力。但本发明的螺杆泵或马达中的阳转子(5)承受比较大的径向力,且井下的介质经常含有固相颗粒,所以阴转子和阳转子两端装有径向轴承和径向轴承座(7),避免阳转子和阴转子因为承受径向力而导致的磨损。
如图3所示,为了避免在马达壳体(4)上开有销孔,提高马达壳体(4)的可靠性,将径向轴承座(7)的一端设计有耳朵(8),耳朵(8)的外径与马达壳体(4)中阳转子(5)所穿过的孔(11)相配,可以防止径向轴承座(7)转动。
如图4所示,阳转子滑动轴承静套(9)和阴转子滑动轴承静套(10)的外圆上开有缺口(12),两个静套之间相互嵌制,防止旋转。

Claims (3)

1.一种螺杆马达或者螺杆泵,由一个阳转子、两个阴转子与壳体组成,阳转子与两个阴转子啮合,阴转子之间没有啮合,转子顺次放置在壳体的平行内孔中,其特征在于:阳转子中心与两个阴转子中心的连线的夹角小于90度,阳转子与阴转子啮合的有效长度大于1.3个导程。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺杆马达或者螺杆泵,其特征在于:转子上装有径向轴承,径向轴承座的耳朵伸入壳体的平行内孔中起周向定位的作用。
3.根据权利要求2所述的螺杆马达或者螺杆泵,其特征在于:径向轴承为滑动轴承,阳转子滑动轴承静套和阴转子滑动轴承静套的外圆上开有缺口或凸台,两个静套之间相互嵌制,防止旋转。
