Abstract

本发明公开了一种中柱式负重旋转窗与局部开门式窗相结合的大型玻璃窗总成。目得是使大型窗实现擦玻璃时完全室内化。清除高层固定式窗及大型落地式玻璃窗擦洗时爬外，和外吊作业的意外隐患。发明要点是：由中柱及柱体中心设有的通天式轴杆的作用，依靠中柱为轴点及分两边承担大型玻璃总重量。使得玻璃框不易变形且转动灵活轻便。中柱体、上下轴承、轴承座、玻璃框架、大框架、通过中心轴杆的贯通被结为一体使得整体框架结构更加牢固。本技术可对现有使用的固定式玻璃窗变为中柱式负重旋转窗改造，使其实现擦玻璃室内化。本发明设计创新、框架牢固、封闭严实、旋转灵活、擦洗安全。适合高层建筑窗、大型玻璃窗及大型落地式窗实现擦玻璃室内化的应用。

技术领域：
本发明属于楼层建筑窗，高层建筑大型窗及落地式技术领域。
背景技术：
现有窗型：推拉式与固定式结合型玻璃窗、固定式与局部开门式玻璃窗结合型。现有窗型擦洗玻璃时都存在爬外作业及高层窗使用外吊式擦洗作业，都共同存在意外隐患。现有推拉式窗与固定式结合型窗存在封闭不严实及隔音效果差的缺点。
发明内容：
本发明就是克服以上不足，利用现有断桥铝型材的基础上，经过对部分型材进行改型研制出本技术方案。创新一种中柱式负重旋转90。的大型旋转窗，与局部开门式窗相结合解决了擦玻璃实现了完全室内化的问题，清除了爬外作业及高层外吊作业的意外隐患。
本发明采用中柱式负重分两边承载大型双层玻璃的面积及重量。并在窗框、大框凹槽中增设镀锌加强钢带加强了窗框和大框架的强度。中柱式负重窗有着可扩大玻璃面积的优点，可用于大型窗、飘窗及大型落地式窗应用。
中柱式负重旋转窗框采用中柱中心孔贯穿有通天式轴杆上、下横框设有轴承及轴承座使得窗框旋转灵活，窗框与大框间采用专用胶条进行关窗后封闭。关窗后使用专用安全锁固定框架。局部开门式窗封闭与现有技术相同采用的是两面四边式封条进行封闭。
本技术方案由于铝型材框架凹槽中增加了加强钢带，可层格式设计旋转窗。实验结果，中柱式负重旋转窗双层玻璃面积可达2-2.5m2。局部开门式窗玻璃面积可达1.5-1.8m2。最高两层格，材质必须是国标铝型材，分层式旋转窗必须是中柱对中柱垂直安装。如大型窗、低层格旋转窗必须使用安全锁。

具体实施方式：
中柱式负重旋转窗用材是现有的断桥铝型材基础上研发而来，型材改形使用现有的门窗机械成套设备即可完成，且不产生废料。采用中柱式负重旋转窗与局部开门式窗相结合的大型玻璃窗，解决了实现擦玻璃完全室内化，清除了爬外及高层外吊作业的意外隐患，且降低了擦洗成本，本技术方案可对现有固定式玻璃窗进行中柱式旋转窗的改造，使其达到擦玻璃实现完全室内化。
本发明克服了几代玻璃窗型的共有缺点，其具有设计创新、擦洗安全、旋转灵活、封闭严实、框架牢固、南北适应的优点，是窗型中的新颖窗型，适合于高层建筑窗、飘窗及大型落地式窗实现擦玻璃完全室内化的应用。

Claims (6)

1.中柱式负重旋转窗，中柱中心设有通天式轴杆上、下横框中心设有上、下轴承及轴承座，窗体可旋转180°。
2.中柱式负重旋转窗窗框上、下横框底面两个凹槽里已久型后分加装两条加强钢带，协助中柱体承载双层玻璃的面积和重量。
3.中柱式负重旋转窗框架用材为本发明技术改形后的国标铝型材。(附图说明)。
4.中柱式负重旋转窗与局部开门式窗结合式大型玻璃总成，及大型落地式窗(附图1-2)是本发明基础设计图。
5.本发明技术要点：1、解决了擦玻璃完全实现室内化的问题；2、及克服了推拉式擦玻璃窗封闭不严实及隔音效果差的缺点，是目前窗型中的创新务实产品。
6.本发明技术可对现有安装使用的铝型材固定窗与开门式窗结合型窗，进行固定玻璃窗总成中柱式旋转窗改造。达到实现擦玻璃完全室内化的目的。
