本发明公开了一种防变形免烫面料，包括上表面层、保温层和下表面层，其特征在于，上表面层的底端固定设有保温层，保温层的底端固定设有下表面层，上表面层和下表面层由抗腐蚀层、耐高温层、聚氨酯纤维层和防水层，抗腐蚀层的底端固定设有耐高温层，耐高温层的底端固定设有聚氨酯纤维层，聚氨酯纤维层的底端固定设有防水层。本发明的结构简单，造价低廉，且实用性强，通过设有聚氨酯纤维层，聚氨酯纤维层具有突出的高回弹性，有效的防止了面料变形，不需要进行熨烫处理，增加了面料的美观度，同时具有优异的抗张强度、抗撕裂强度；耐候、耐紫外线照射能力强；耐化学品、耐洗涤；与染料的亲和性好，便于面料的长期使用，方便面料的制造。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料,特别涉及一种防变形免烫面料。
背景技术
面料就是用来制作服装的材料。作为服装三要素之一，面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性，而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。
在服装大世界里，服装的面料五花八门，日新月异。但是从总体上来讲，优质、高档的面料，大都具有穿著舒适、吸汗透气、悬垂挺括、视觉高贵、触觉柔美等几个方面的特点。
然而现有的面料在折叠时都容易发生变形，影响面料的美观度。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷，提供一种防变形免烫面料，可以有效的防止面料变形，不需要进行熨烫处理，增加了面料的美观度。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了如下的技术方案：
本发明一种防变形免烫面料，包括上表面层、保温层和下表面层，其特征在于，所述上表面层的底端固定设有所述保温层，所述保温层的底端固定设有所述下表面层，所述上表面层和所述下表面层由抗腐蚀层、耐高温层、聚氨酯纤维层和防水层，所述抗腐蚀层的底端固定设有所述耐高温层，所述耐高温层的底端固定设有所述聚氨酯纤维层，所述聚氨酯纤维层的底端固定设有所述防水层。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述上表面层固定设有纯棉毛线编织成的图案。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述抗腐蚀层为碳纤维层。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述耐高温层为陶瓷纤维层。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述防水层为纳米纤维素层。
本发明所达到的有益效果是：本发明的结构简单，造价低廉，且实用性强，通过设有聚氨酯纤维层，聚氨酯纤维层具有突出的高回弹性，聚氨酯纤维层的高回弹性是目前所有弹性纤维都无法比拟的，它的断裂伸长率大于400%，最高可达800%，即使在300%拉伸形变时，回弹回复率仍在95%以上，有效的防止了面料变形，不需要进行熨烫处理，增加了面料的美观度，同时具有优异的抗张强度、抗撕裂强度；耐候、耐紫外线照射能力强；耐化学品、耐洗涤；与染料的亲和性好，便于面料的长期使用，方便面料的制造。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明，应当理解，此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
如图1-图2所示,本发明提供一种防变形免烫面料，包括上表面层1、保温层2和下表面层3，其特征在于，上表面层1的底端固定设有保温层2，保温层2的底端固定设有下表面层3，上表面层1和下表面层3由抗腐蚀层4、耐高温层5、聚氨酯纤维层6和防水层7，抗腐蚀层4的底端固定设有耐高温层5，耐高温层5的底端固定设有聚氨酯纤维层6，聚氨酯纤维层6的底端固定设有防水层7。
进一步，上表面层1固定设有纯棉毛线编织成的图案，有效的增加了面料的美观度，便于人员使用。
抗腐蚀层4为碳纤维层，碳纤维层的为碳含量超过90%的纤维状炭材料，耐腐蚀性能极好，有效的增加了面料的抗腐蚀性，便于面料的长期储存。
耐高温层5为陶瓷纤维层，陶瓷纤维层柔软、有弹性、有一定的抗拉强度，使面料穿戴更加舒适，且增加面料的抗拉性。
防水层7为纳米纤维素层，纳米纤维素层质地柔软，与皮肤接触不会伤害皮肤，穿戴舒服，便于使用。
本发明的结构简单，造价低廉，且实用性强，通过上表面层1的底端固定设有保温层2，保温层2可以有效的防止热量的散失，增加保温力度，使人穿起来暖和，便于人员使用；通过上表面层1和下表面层3中设有聚氨酯纤维层6，聚氨酯纤维层6具有突出的高回弹性，聚氨酯纤维层6的高回弹性是目前所有弹性纤维都无法比拟的，它的断裂伸长率大于400%，最高可达800%，即使在300%拉伸形变时，回弹回复率仍在95%以上，有效的防止了面料变形，不需要进行熨烫处理，增加了面料的美观度，同时具有优异的抗张强度、抗撕裂强度；耐候、耐紫外线照射能力强；耐化学品、耐洗涤；与染料的亲和性好，便于面料的长期使用，方便面料的制造。

1.一种防变形免烫面料，包括上表面层（1）、保温层（2）和下表面层（3），其特征在于，所述上表面层（1）的底端固定设有所述保温层（2），所述保温层（2）的底端固定设有所述下表面层（3），所述上表面层（1）和所述下表面层（3）由抗腐蚀层（4）、耐高温层（5）、聚氨酯纤维层（6）和防水层（7），所述抗腐蚀层（4）的底端固定设有所述耐高温层（5），所述耐高温层（5）的底端固定设有所述聚氨酯纤维层（6），所述聚氨酯纤维层（6）的底端固定设有所述防水层（7）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防变形免烫面料，其特征在于，所述上表面层（1）固定设有纯棉毛线编织成的图案。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防变形免烫面料，其特征在于，所述抗腐蚀层（4）为碳纤维层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防变形免烫面料，其特征在于，所述耐高温层（5）为陶瓷纤维层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防变形免烫面料，其特征在于，所述防水层（7）为纳米纤维素层。
