The surface of the sample is easy to freeze and skid in the process of entering or leaving liquid nitrogen at the temperature of minus 196 ℃ and falls to the bottom of the liquid nitrogen tank, and the frequency of occurrence of the situation is greatly increased along with the increase of the sample quantity. Because of the ultralow temperature characteristic of liquid nitrogen and the fact that a large amount of samples are stored in the tank body, the space is narrow, laboratory staff cannot directly stretch hands into the liquid nitrogen to pick up the samples, when the conditions are met, the samples in the tank can only be transferred firstly, then all the liquid nitrogen and the tank bottom samples in the tank are poured out, and then the samples and the liquid nitrogen are transferred back again. This operation is not only time-consuming and laborious, but also the considerable volatilization caused by the dumping of liquid nitrogen has an adverse effect on the health of the laboratory staff.

3) The mark scales are set on the long rod in the sample salvaging device under liquid nitrogen, so that whether the sample is obtained and salvaged successfully can be still known under the condition that the bottom of the tank is not clearly seen;

5) The arrangement of the two grooves on the opposite sides of the top of the hexagonal long cylinder in the liquid nitrogen lower sample salvaging device enables the salvaging device to be placed and sterilized more stably and safely at ordinary times.
